Vacation rentals with breakfast in Greenport West

The appointments were rich and exquisite. By far the nicest of a dozen places we’ve tried. The master bedroom was a suite of bathing, dressing, sitting and sleeping quarters and there were three more bedrooms with private baths. The two basement bedrooms were serviceable and spacious.

Really enjoyed our stay! Bob and Joan are delightful, helpful and very responsive. Their home is comfortable, clean, and great for families!

We had a fabulous time. The house was lovely and Linette was an excellent host. We enjoyed our stay and made memories with family—perfect vacay!

Amazing stay! The house is very clean. The pool was fantastic - it was heated which came in handy the last day. The kitchen was very well stocked. Would definitely stay here again!

I don't even know where to begin. as soon as we booked Jennifer messaged us to welcome us and even offered us an early check in. which we totally appreciated. We had asked if we could install the AC unit and responded right away and even offered to send some one over to do it for us. She even ordered additional toilet paper and trash bags and had them sent to the house. We Airbnb quite a bit and when I tell you Jennifer is a SUPER HOST she truly is! The house is stunning and centrally located to everything. But what makes it feel like home is how she has it set up. Jennifer's communication is spot on. She is super friendly and makes it feel like you are speaking with your friend from the neighborhood which is pretty cool. We HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend staying with Jennifer and one of her Airbnb's!!! ❤️

Sabrina was an amazing host! She was very responsive and proactive when helping me and my friends locate the Airbnb, and was always available in the event we had any questions. Her place was lovely and walkable for the wedding we attended. Thank you again Sabrina for trusting us with your space!

Wonderful place for a weekend getaway from the city life. I needed a flexible check in due to happenings with work, and Donald had no problem providing easy access to my tentative arrival. Very smooth process of check in and checkout, and very friendly host. Super communicative so you’ll have no issues communicating back and forth! 10/10, will visit again soon

Margie’s place is an amazing hidden gem. The inside is very clean and comfortable. The outside is an experience of its own. The lake will drop your blood pressure immediately. Gorgeous surroundings. The dogs are friendly and lovable. We will be back! 👍🏼

This place was as described. I wouldn’t change my rating for these 2 things but…the location is really too far from Mystic to casually walk there. Also the home is very close to a major highway and the noise was pretty loud and did keep me up at night. Not a deal breaker but if you need quiet to sleep it’s a consideration! The space was clean and comfortable and Susan is very communicative! Very nice that she stocks the kitchen with necessities for breakfast including some delicious homemade muffins!

This was a lovely air B&B, in a beautiful, quiet location, yet close to the town of Niantic (10 minute, easy drive), as well as gorgeous regional parks. We had a wonderful stay here, and our host made everything easy and clear. The suite was fresh-feeling and very clean. Kitchen area was well-supplied and exactly as described. Linens and bed felt like hotel. We had glorious weather, and with the special “perk” of kayaks on-site, we went up the adjacent tidal estuary twice, and were treated to osprey fishing, kingfishers on the banks, cormorants and ducks, a bluebird(!), herons and egrets, and peace and quiet. What a spot! We also got to explore Niantic, with a sunset meal on a restaurant deck, overlooking the water. We walked, biked, and hiked in several parks around the area, with gorgeous beaches, wetlands, and woodlands. Thanks to the location, I think we saw the best of this area, which we'd never been to before. Plus we discovered the renowned bakery/cafe, Sift. Perfect!

Great location! Apartment is decorated beautifully and very comfortable. The only con I think worth mentioning in case you are a light sleeper is that you can hear every footstep taken in the unit above - other than that it was a great place to stay!

This place was such a gem and an ideal location if you are visiting for a campus visit. They are so kind and responsive and the amenities make you feel right at home. I will definitely be returning. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at Truman's house. We felt at home in the quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. We loved the eclectic pictures and little touches in the house. Mary Ann’s home is a beautiful gem in the right spot. Perfect for birding, a short walk to the beach, or a quick drive to the wineries. Mary Ann was respectful of our privacy, was great at communicating, & always kept us in the loop. She is the ideal hostess & I would definitely recommend her place. We had a fantastic time.

A dreamy South Hamptons getaway!! Superb location to explore the village, venture to the beach, or simply relax on the front porch. Jayne has perfected the bed & breakfast experience in her warm, historic home & made our stay one we won’t forget! Hope to be back. Thanks Jayne!

This property and its location in the Hamptons is perfect. And Monika goes long past the extra mile to make you feel properly “hosted”. Beyond that, the AirBnB review character limit prevents me from doing justice to how truly extraordinary Monika is as a host or how equally wonderful the property is to experience. Sufficed to say, this was the best AirBnB experience we have ever had anywhere, period, full stop. We will absolutely be back.

What a treat! I grew up in Madison and didn’t realize this amazing bed and breakfast was right under my nose! Michael was incredibly friendly and helpful and the space was fantastic. I will absolutely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful space, central location and delicious breakfast!

Love the place , very very well put together with brochures for people who arent familiar with whats in the area , everything clean and neat so definitely would love to return again !

Had an excellent stay at Johnny & Mark's, the hosts were a perfect amount of friendly, helpful and welcoming and yet gave you your space as well. We loved using the bikes and breakfast in the morning too. We had a very memorable time and would definitely return and recommend to all!

I have stayed with Barbara 3 times now. She is always personable and helpful. The setting of her home is lovely and peaceful.
