Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Green Lake County

Great location close to downtown but also in a quiet neighborhood. The home has everything that we needed for our short stay, as we spent the days away from town. Everything worked for us and was very clean with the exception of the kitchen counter which must have been overlooked by the cleaners. The only minor negative for me was the small upstairs shower. Otherwise everything was great. I would definitely stay here again.

We were in Green Lake for a wedding and Doug's house was in the perfect location. The house has a great front porch and had everything we needed. Nice towels and sheets!

This house was an ideal place for our quiet New Year's friend get-together. The place was spacious and clean, free of clutter, with plenty of bedrooms and beds for our 8 total people. A minor drawback was that the WIFI/internet connection was very poor. My wife and I were the only two people at first, and it barely worked. Then, adding 6 more people trying to connect, we simply just used our phone data. We had four cars present for our guests and they all fit in the driveway very well, however, we do find it difficult to see how 10 cars would fit. Other than that, our stay was very enjoyable and would recommend this house. Especially in the summer when the lake would be a bit nicer and not middle-of-winter cold.

We had the best time staying here with our family. The main house was more than spacious but the carriage house was just as welcoming. Everything was fully stocked and we needed little-to-nothing for our stay. Very pleasant experience with this host!

We loved our stay! We stayed here for Friendsgiving, with a group of friends and our dogs. The place is cozy, has a great view and is incredibly peaceful. The house is clean with great amenities and very family friendly. Communication was great and check in/check out was easy. Highly recommend this place!

This place was magic for not only us, but our small children as well. I taught them a few songs on the piano and now we have one that wants to take piano lessons! That's a win in my book! The hot tub was a HIT!!!! The kids used it morning, noon, and night. We asked for the temp to be turned down and it was promptly addressed. I thoroughly enjoyed the fireplace, even made smores! The kids would all snuggle around it and relax as well. The grounds are magical and the wraparound porch looks like heaven. Had it been summer I could see us sleeping on the swings. Check in was super easy and Tom met us shortly after arriving. Showed us around, gave us all the tips and tricks, and even made us a fire. Brian the owner checked in on us multiple times a day ready to answer any questions we may have. It was an amazing trip. Kids are already asking to go back in summer!

Great place to go for comfort and to take grandchildren for recreation -many things for them to do and enjoy (esp. the water park, train ride, miniature gold, etc.)

Our stay at the Old Schoolhouse was great! The house was clean and well organized and had all the things we needed. The grounds were beautiful and we had a great time swimming in the pool, relaxing in the hot tub, and gathering at nights around the fire pit. Communication from Heather was fast and she thoroughly answered my questions. We had a great time at the Old Schoolhouse and would absolutely stay there again! Thank you, Heather!

Stayed here for deer hunting in the area. Able to bring our dog, which was great. They even were kind enough to help us out and let our dog out for us...so appreciated that and let us have a later check out. It was a great up north type feel of a cottage.

Doug's cabins on Green Lake are terrific! We were there for a family reunion of over 20 people and 4 of us had cottages 3 and 5. The area with the grills and firepit became a gathering for our family who were also staying in two other locations. We made group meals. The screened in porch was nice for meals and the picnic tables got a lot of use. The included boat slips for the cabins allowed us to have our pontoon close by and the other slip came in handy for our brother-in-law to come over from the marina across the way. We walked to the Goose Blind and Adam's Rib downtown and had nice meals. Enjoyed the E-bike rental and going all around this charming area. The kids got hooked on the fishing and enjoyed the nearby beaches. We will be back! Thanks for a great place to stay!

Beautiful scenery! It has lots of room ! Loved the basement had a huge sectional couch as did the first floor. The beds were super comfortable! We would love to come back!!! Decorated so cute for fall/Halloween. Very homey!!!
