Large clean apartment. Large kitchen and very big walk in shower. Very happy here! Small balcony in bedroom and larger one in the family room. Walking distance to old town was very close. Only 6 minutes away. Scenic Church just down the main street and a children's park. Fresh vegetable store and a small local food store right out front. Definitely a good place to stay near Old town

The place is clean, private and has parking which is good for the city of Plovdiv, its new and Valeri was very responsive for all questions and queries that we had. Would recommend to everyone visiting Plovdiv.

Martin was a great host and look forward to booking with him again. He was very responsive and even met me at check-in to explain the facility. The apartment was spacious and clean with all amenities needed for my three week stay. The location is perfect for sightseeing and restaurants, being just a five minute walk to the city walking district.

This is a beautiful and comfortable flat in the heart of Plovdiv. Right next to the pedestrian center. Newly remodeled and very clean. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Plovdiv.

Svetlin and Mariya'splace was clean,comfortable and well-maintained,located in a grray neighborhood close to downtown,groceries and restaurants.

Lovely little place, walking access from downtown. Everything is refined in detail and a lot of love and means have been put into it! The host's attitude was extremely nice and helpful! The apartment was clean and cozy! I would visit again and recommend with both hands! :)

Quiet and cozy apartment. Good communication with the landlords. An absolute bonus for me was the large window looking out to a blooming in my stay linden and clear. I would love to use it again.
