It was our first stay in Montenegro and Jas and Rosa made it an unforgettable memory. Both were very helpful and made us feel quickly at home. The house and location are beautiful . Jas gave us many tips and was always available for questions. A heartfelt thank you also to dear Rosa . I can only recommend this accommodation. We will definitely come back

Marko and Marica were gracious, friendly and fantastic hosts. The property was immaculately maintained, very well prepared and with a superbly equipped. The location is fantastic, so peaceful and with a great relaxing atmosphere. Marko met us at the nearby petrol station to show us how to get to the property including how to navigate the tight corner. The first drive up and down was quite tricky but was fine after that and no problem in a large SUV. Highly recommended place, very good location to explore Kotor Bay from and an oasis of calm where time slows down.

Jelena and her family were incredible hosts, the house was spotlessly clean, the pool and view were magnificent. Definitely a house to be preferred on every trip. The location is great, all the historical cities are at your feet.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking surroundings. Nestled in the heart of Montenegro's natural beauty, the villa offered the perfect mix of privacy, peace, and luxury. The home itself was very inviting, giving us an immediate sense of comfort and relaxation. It felt like a home away from home, with cozy interiors that were well-maintained and beautifully decorated. The villa had all the modern amenities you could ask for, while still maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. One of the highlights was definitely the outdoor area. The swimming pool was pristine and kept clean every day by a friendly groundskeeper. The villa felt like a hidden gem, far enough from the hustle and bustle but still conveniently located to explore the local attractions. Ivan is a wonderful host. Very clear and quick communication. We would hughly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a serene, luxurious retreat in Montenegro. You won't be disappointed!

We had a fantastic stay. The host was great and our family loved the home and pool.

This villa was even better than we thought it would be - spacious, clean and the view was outstanding. The location was perfect. You can walk easily to Kotor old town (about 10min walk) but still enjoy the quietness and peaceful environment. The house was big enough for 4 adults and 2 toddlers and we had two baby beds aswell. There were 2 big bedrooms with Queen size beds and two smaller bedrooms with two seperate beds. 2 bathrooms and a small extra toilet. The kitchen was excellent for cooking. Perfect for bigger groups or families! The host was the kindest and answered to all of our messages right away. Thank you so much for having us!

We were in Montenegro for a week, enjoying the sea in Petrovac and discovering the country by car. The appartment was very nice, clean and with everything we needed including parking space for our rental car. It is very well located, the beach is easily reached on foot and so are all necessary shops, restaurants etc. Our hosts were very kind and available, which contributed to our excellent vacation week ! We can only recommend staying at this appartment if you are looking to spend some time in Petrovac !

Our time in Risan was fantastic! Risan is at a great spot in the bay of Kotor. Not too crowded, but well situated to visit the must-go-to places. The Apartment was very clean and equipped with everything we needed and nothing more, don't expect a TV or anything too fancy. It was perfect for us, we spent a great family time. Just outside there is a great private terrace directly at the water with ample space to sit, spend time and have a swim. There where 2 kayaks free to use, which we took advantage of (went to the island with the church on, called our lady on the rock). A near mussels farm was great to have really fresh sea food and fish, other restaurants/shops nearby. Marko was a fantastic host, who made us feel welcome from minute 1 on. He and his father gave us all the inside tips and information we needed. Thanks for that if you are reading this Marko! We very much recommend this great place in Risan! This will certainly not have been the last time we where in Montenegro.

My husband and I stayed here for two full months. During this time we were able to work from home and enjoy the sea and Molunat every day. We also took the opportunity to get to know the region of Konavle, Dubrovnik, the coast of Montenegro and the city of Mostar, in Bosnia. The house was very clean, comfortable and well equipped, which is especially convenient for long stays like ours. Also the hosts are very friendly and attentive to any needs. In the village there is a small market for daily shopping and in the town of Grouda, twenty minutes by car, there are more options. Although there are three daily buses to Dubrovnik, I think it is important to have own mobility. I recommend this place to anyone who enjoys the tranquility and contact with nature. For us it has been a real pleasure to live and work in front of the sea during these months. Thank you for everything Helen and Maximilian!

If you're looking for a stunning view of Budva this place is for you. We never imagined how beautiful this place would be and we hope to come back in the future!

Beautiful house, spacious, clean and comfortable, with the most amazing views out of the windows and the balconies! Photos don't really do it justice. Glenda was so helpful with everything, booking us a transfer from the airport to the airbnb and advising us on buses and cabs and restaurants once there. We were a group of 10 friends and it was ideal for us. The only thing i'd say is if you have limited mobility and don't have a car you might struggle to get up the final hill to the house, but we were all able-bodied so it was fine!

The host is very nice, free pick up, the room is also very clean, there is salt oil, you can cook your own meals.We especially enjoyed the room.

Thank you for a great stay! The view is sublime. The location is central; several nice places are easily accessible (by bus). Nearby places to eat, supermarket for the much needed nearby. Especially the hospitality of Jelena and Nikolai was the icing on the cake. It started with a warm welcome. You can ask all your questions and tips, but also for a nice chat. We were allowed to taste the homemade "womens" and eventually "stronger" liqueur and this was shared extensively. We found a very nice addition to our stay. All in all, highly recommended for a nice, relaxed and cozy place! Thank you!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! Everything was perfect. The house itself was stunning—much better than it looked in the photos—and was situated in a breathtaking location, nestled in the forest and close to a beautiful waterfall. The hosts were incredibly kind, warm, and attentive, taking care of everything we needed. Since we visited in winter, we were initially worried about whether the house would stay warm, but it was wonderfully heated. The hosts even provided more than enough firewood every day to ensure our comfort. We stayed during New Year's, and the thoughtful touch of a beautifully decorated Christmas tree and a bottle of champagne from the hosts made our experience even more special. I wholeheartedly recommend this place—it’s truly a gem, and I can’t praise it enough!

An amazing host, and apartment, in a beautiful location ideally situated between Tivat and Kotor. Dusan and his mother, Mika, were so lovely, generous and exceptionally welcoming. We would not hesitate to come again!

10/10 would recommend this place to anyone. For a small town it has the BEST seafood i have ever had in my entire life. The village is quiet with beautiful scenery and a spectacular beach. This was a true vacation if you like peace and quiet. The center city is 30 min away which was perfect. The hosts were phenomenal and accommodated us when we were a day late due to car troubles. Cannot say enough about them! The house was beautiful, clean and most important had air conditioning !!! The people in the village were so nice and went above and beyond for visitors. Please make a trip here because you’ll be glad you did <3

Jelena was very hospitable and helpful. She allowed us to check-in early due to an early flight. My 2 year old had a wild time at the large garden and wonderful orchards. The house was the right size and kitchen had all that was needed for family cooking. The house had air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom which was amazing in the August heat. The area around the house is absolutely stunning. Though roads are very tricky, so not great for access through public transport or for inexperienced drivers. Overall we had an amazing time and would love to visit again.

First of all, it is a very peaceful place. The entire place was immaculately tidy. Most significantly, it is very close to the sea. There is a shower in the garden, it is a good idea to take a shower after swimming in the sea. There is also a small market very close to the house. Most things are available. There is a borek shop on the other side. Definitely try it. Jelena and her mother promptly answered all our questions. It was especially nice to have a conversation with her mother.

We stayed with Branka and her husband for two weeks. The place is as shown on the pictures and in the description. There is everything you need to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the accommodation! The two are fantastic hosts. They are incredibly accommodating, helpful and kind! If you have any questions, you always had an open ear for us and when the oven didn't work properly, you immediately ordered a new one and had it installed. Thanks for a great stay with you!

What a beautiful home and stunning view. We had a fabulous week here and were very lucky with the weather. Andrea was a fantastic host and her communication and support was excellent. You will definitely need a car staying here - there are so many beautiful spots to visit and it’s slightly off the beaten track (which we much prefer). Wish we had planned to stay longer :-(. We did not try out the local restaurants in Krasici but Luštica bay is very close and has lots of seafront restaurants to choose from. We would highly recommend a stay at this property.

Superb accommodation in a quiet location a short drive away from Risan and Morinj which have all the amenities you need. The size of the house was the first thing that struck us on arrival, equalled by the tasteful decor but then topped by the magnificent views from the upper bedroom and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped, spotless and well used in our case with the roof terrace providing the perfect breakfast location. Anja was always very quick, helpful and friendly in her messages and provided a great recommendation for the Sunday Market in Risan which is well worth getting up early for, a great mooch followed by breakfast and coffee at the sea-front bar. If you're looking for classy accommodation in a quiet location with views to die for Anja's House is the perfect place
