The apartment is spacious and bright, suitable for a couple. fast internet (300mbps) and the working desk with chair allow you work comfortably. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom cover all the basic needs. The location is in 20 minutes from the town center and the sea coast and 5 mints from the hypermarket. The host is very kind and responsive, met us in person at the checkin and checkout and helped us when we discover that forgot something during leaving.

Everything was great. Very gracious and pleasant hosts. Always in touch, helped with all questions. The apartment was very clean and pllln as advertised. It had everything you need. All electrical appliances are in excellent condition. It was a pleasure to use it. The nearest beach is just a few minutes away. Supermarkets are within a walking distance. Wi-fi is good, several frequencies are available for connection. For ordinary tasks and watching movies is quite enough. However, the speed sometimes jumps and my wife had problems while hosting online conferences. So if someone needs a stable fast Internet for work, it is better to buy a local SIM card. Everything else is great. I highly recommend it to everyone! If we are in Budva again, we will definitely stay here again!!

beautiful view from the window. sunrises and sunsets. the hostess was friendly and responsive. all issues were resolved quickly. a good comfortable sofa and mattress. had a great night's sleep and rest. there is a smart TV YouTube and Netflix. the kitchen is comfortable everything works. thank you

Almir's house was enormous. It was very good that it was big and comfortable. The house has everything you could possibly need. In a calm and beautiful location. The house is immaculately clean and zero apartment. Almir helped us with everything and is a nice host. Thank you so much for everything.

The apartment was super clean and in perfect shape. The location is perfect for grocery stores (Aroma and Idea) and transportation. Parking is not an issue at all. The internet speed and stability are pretty good (if you work in tech it's quite important). The host is super friendly and responsive. I don't see any negatives about the apartment. The only thing is the clothes do not dry (even in the hot weather) but it's related to Kotor so be careful with that.

The house located in the old town, it provides easy access to everywhere such as restaurants, markets and pubs. There was not so much noise from the pubs. I strongly recommend the place.

Very clean accommodation, faithful to the photos and stunning views of the mountains. Host always available, accommodating and responsive by message. Be careful having a car is highly recommended because it is very difficult to reach on foot or thanks to public transport, and necessary to get around. The downside is the “jacuzzi” which is a tub with jets that you don't feel. Regarding the pool it is clean, has a great view of the setting sun and the valley but is not heated

The house was as described. The road to the house was a bit steep. The house was clean and just like in the photos. The house was suitable for families. The owner had thought of every little detail, there was no household item that we felt was missing. The owner was very kind and hospitable. Thank you for everything. It was a good experience for us.

I've stayed at dozens of places all over the world and I can say that Petivat Gardens is 5 STARS and is the BEST place! The hospitality is like family (but with such good boundaries). One of the owners runs a 5 star hotel so they know how to create a hospitable environ. I'm able to work and play in a sublime setting. The apartment is brand new with no kinks or adjustments. It's "white-glove" clean and all the appliances are also new and in excellent working order. It's big enough for two to work online (Zoom) without sound or Internet issues. The bed is very comfortable. The sun is delicious and brightens up the apartment. I cook a few times a week and everything is available (cookware, utensils etc.) The surroundings are serene with the sun dancing off the green-blue sea just through the trees. It's located in a large quiet farm, but just a short walk (2-3 minutes) to the main street. The olive grove, the vineyard, the flowers all make for a place of rest and fun.

Incredible hospitality! Anatoli and his wife made us feel at home. They were both very friendly and accommodated our late arrival and Anatoli even made us delightful pancakes for breakfast. Good people! Highly recommend.

We stayed in this great apartment for 14 days. The sea is great, and you can just jump in at any time. The neighbors are mostly locals and vacation there with their families. All very nice and relaxed. Loving kids! Filip was always available for us and his mom is a sweetheart. She brought vegetables, crabs from the sea to see and always asked if she can do anything for us. We will be happy to come back at any time. Thank you for everything!

Hosts are very friendly, quick to respond to messages and really helpful. The place was clean, WiFi was fast enough for video calls etc and the beach is just a 5 minute walk down the hill. Great stay.

If you want to stay in Kotor, this is the apartment for you! I rented a car and came to Karadağ and stayed in Nikola's apartment, his apartment was really nice and everything was considered for any need. The host, Nicola, is very understanding, friendly, and always ready for support. They offered me fresh fruit in her garden and the dessert they made. Quiet, beautiful, and apartment right at the bottom of the sea. Despite the winter cold, the house was very dirty. I highly recommend it to Airbnb users. I had a nice experience as she had communication with restaurants and tour people in Kotor. Greetings to Nicola, regards to the lady who helped us, was a very warm person. Next time to stay

Absolutely wonderful stay. Mira was helpful from beginning to end. The views from the hot tub were absolutely amazing. We parked on the road at the bottom and Mira helped us with our bags to the apartment. The walk up is quite steep but it wasn’t an issue for us. Would recommend having a car to get easily between locations. We would certainly stay here again!

Wow, what a showplace. This top floor penthouse is very glamorous, with spectacular views of the bay and surrounding mountains. Our group of 6 (3 couples) each had spacious bedrooms and our own bathrooms. Only one bath was en suite, but the others were convenient to the bedrooms. The place was spotless and well stocked. The upstairs had another sitting room, bedroom and bath, and a huge deck with fabulous hot tub. The views from this level were even better. The place is walking distance to Kotor’s old town, but a bit of an incline coming back. We saw lots of taxis for a convenient ride back. Take extra time to navigate to the place upon arrival. Apple Maps couldn’t quite get us there, so we stopped for help. There is a dedicated parking spot. Daca was there to happily greet us, even though we arrived late. She explained everything perfectly and was very responsive when we reached out another time. I would definitely recommend this lux penthouse!

Very cozy folk, really make yourself at home!Kitchen utensils and cleaning supplies are fully stocked, there is also breakfast in the fridge, the host Branimir is kind and friendly, very patiently answering our questions, recommended!

We messed up the road a little, the transportation ways are very narrow and uphill but the host was helpful enough to find it. It was a very pleasant and sufficient place, the host was friendly and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at this airbnb. The apartment is bigger than it looks in photos with two bathrooms, a lounge and a large terrace area by the shared pool. It was an amazing location 1 min walk from the sea front with lots of amazing restaurants. Our host was delightful and very helpful ! She was easy to get a hold of when we needed to get quotes for taxis etc! We had a really great stay!
