Probably the best house in Valencia. We felt like at home, the appartments are fully equipped, everything as described. Great neighbours, clean swimming pool and a lot of beaches around. Grocery stores are 5-10 minutes by car. The host is very responsive and Angela is really nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

What would stand out most is how attentive and close Peter was. Airbnb caused us a problem and Peter was very available and helped us as much as possible. The house is phenomenal and comes with everything you need to have a great vacation.

The house was ready, all kinds of services inside it, phenomenal cleanliness, amazing views, the pool despite being communal we were alone. Raquel was facilitated, very good and helpful.

The only thing that wasn't the case was the children's high chair. We had to do without. Otherwise nice place, I can recommend.

Just a lovely house in a quiet neighbourhood,walk to beach, walk to choice of three grocery stores within five minutes, easy access to highways to explore the larger surrounding area. Lovely covered deck to enjoy morning coffee, great private yard for sunshine. Damienne is a great host and responds quickly to any communications, nice to have the manager just a few doors away if you need her. January and February had great, comfortable central heating, I imagine the air conditioning is also good in the summer as I noticed the units on the wall. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect when our family visited. Off street parking in a gated community. We will return.

Great person, very attentive, friendly and very communicative. Double beds in every bedroom with large TV and air conditioning. Large kitchen and with all the appliances you can imagine. Very large patio with BBQ. The pool is 10 meters very well. Stay 250 meters from the beach. Supermarket 100 meters away. We will for sure go back to your place.

We had a wonderful few days. The house is just as described in the listing. Everything is very comfortable to go with children, the beach nearby, the pool... Inma was very attentive to everything we needed and was very kind to us. We would definitely repeat.

We recommend this spacious and very clean space 200/100. Listing photos are as described. We stayed there for a week and were very satisfied. I highly recommend it for people who come with family or friends: you will have all the comforts you need and much more. Roberto is a great host, he deserves much more than 5 stars: lovely, attentive, he ordered a crib and a kettle for us on the day of our arrival even though it was not included in the rental. Very responsive and really attentive, he hosted us very well in his accommodation. We'll be happy to go back. Thanks again Roberto and hope to talk to you soon.

we had a lovely weeks stay.. used the pool several times.. really enjoyed chilling in the hammock on veranda over looking the pool.. my only issue was the wifi was pointless.. despite the router showing all signs of life we simply couldn't get any signal we therfore had to use our own mobile data and unfortunately the signal for the area was poor.. ps you will find the hammock in the cupboard in the hall.. and grounds around the pool are pristine.. will book again if we return to Denia..

Good location to disconnect for a few days and rest, close to the village but away from the massification of Semana Santa. José was attentive at all times. The pool was open even in April being a tipzo.

We had a fantastic stay in this charming house in the Old town of Denia. Everything was exactly as described and the host was very friendly and quick when responding. We would love to come back.
