Grassy Key vacation rentals

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this amazing condo. The unit was very clean, with cold AC and plenty of space. The hosts thought of everything, with plenty of dish detergent, paper towels, linens, and even pool towels and laundry detergent. We especially enjoyed the adjacent large boat slip with plenty of parking space for the truck and trailer, plus spaces for other vehicles of our group. There was a storage room with bikes, large ice machine, chairs, and other items, plus kayaks, hammock, pool, grill, and even a fish cleaning station, and plenty of outside seating with the two large tables on the lower level. The hosts were very accommodating. I can't wait to return the next time I stay in Key Largo!

Excellent stay in a wonderful location! The rooms were ready for sleeping in and the kitchen was ready for use. The central AC was warmer than expected at night particularly on the 3rd floor. Overall it was a pleasant experience and would gladly recommend this spot to family and friends.

10/10. The RV was clean and roomier than expected. The kitchen was fully stocked and the campground was walking distance from a grocery store which allowed us to cook full meals. We appreciated all the thoughtful details like the drying rack and the outdoor fridge. Julie is absolutely lovely and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again :)

Place was better than the pictures portrayed! One of the nicest rentals I've stayed in. The bed was a Tempurpedic and definitely the most comfy rental bed I've slept on 👌🏻 Apartment was clean and roomy. Snapper's bar was walking distance and a real cool spot! Live music, which you could hear from the rental but music stopped promptly at 10:00 p.m., good food and awesome atmosphere. Our only regret is that we didn't stay there for longer. Highly recommend this location.

Martha's place was just as expected, super clean, comfortable and so cute! There is everything that you can want with a fully equipped kitchen, lots of bath towels, beach towels, and all the toiletries you need! The property is just as pictured, beautiful beach area with lots of seating, bbq grills and a swimmable/snorkelable beach! The lagoon was very tranquil and relaxing to swim and kayak. We had an amazing vacation!

We have used several AirBnB’s and this is the most well equipped place we’ve ever had. It is clear the owners also use this as a vacation home and not just a rental property and the fantastic amenities show that. It’s quiet and cozy and has plenty to do at the property as well as in the area. We will absolutely consider returning!

It’s a beautiful place and convenient to everything. They gave some great suggestions on places to eat and rentals which were really helpful. They were available when I needed to reach out to them. Just a Wonderful experience and I can’t wait to book our next visit here!!! Rebecca

Beautiful property with all the comfort of home! Very clean and organized. This was the perfect location and home for our family of 5. We have a 17, 15 and 9 year old, lots of entertainment for all the kids! Best family vacation ever!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Fernando’s condo. We booked the condo with another couple and we each had our own room, bathroom and plenty of space in the shared spaces (living room and kitchen). The home was clean and decorated using a beach theme. It gave a cozy feel. Pictures were as described and the local restaurants we tried were all delicious!
