Vacation rentals with breakfast in Grassau

I cannot express enough how kind Seema and her partner were to us during our stay. We managed to check in early and we're even provided small breakfasts in the morning and coffee free of charge! The hospitality could not have been better. The house was large and spotless as well. We 100% recommend!! Thanks both 😃

Die Unterkunft ist top gelegen unmittelbar zum Skigebiet Steinplatte! (Ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto, Kostenlose Parkplätze). Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet und hat einen direkten Zugang zum großen Balkon. De Frühstücksraum steht auch am Abend zur Verfügung wo gekocht werden kann. Roswitha hat uns herzlich aufgenommen, Tipps gegeben und sich wirklich um alles super gekümmert! Sehr Sympathisch! Das Frühstück wurde jeden Morgen frisch zubereitet! Wir würden jederzeit gern wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft und Roswitha als Gastgeberin Wärmsteins empfehlen!

Alex and Karoline’s are amazing kind hearted hosts who made us feel very welcomed in Munich in their beautiful house. Alex was very proactive communicator with local recommendations and guidance for any inquiries we had. It is sweet touch of the owners’ to serve lovely breakfast every morning. One of the few AirBnB’s we felt like home. Flexible check-in timings, house was very easy to find with free parking beside the house if you are reaching by car. Convenient location one of the nearest S-Bahn stops is “Mittersendling” 12 mins walk from the house in 9-13 mins reaches Munich Hbf we used this way of transportation however you have plenty of bus options also nearby. Clean house with comfy beds. We would definitely choose Alex’s house for our next visit.

Mein Aufenthalt war super schön , Aleksandra ist sehr herzlich und hilft bei Fragen sofort. Das Zimmer war Mega sauber und die Aussicht vom Balkon ist fantastisch und alleine der Ausblick ist eine Reise wert. Jederzeit gerne wieder, ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke für Alles . So wünscht man sich Airbnb.

Wir haben eine Nacht auf der Durchreise in der Pension verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden mit allem! Das Frühstück wurde mit sehr viel Liebe zubereitet, beinhaltete regional und selbst hergestellte Komponenten und war sehr lecker. Gern wieder :)

Das Häuschen war genau das, was ich für ein paar Tage am Tegernsee gesucht habe. Michaela ist ein herzensguter Mensch und immer um das Wohl des Gastes bemüht. Vom ersten Moment an fühlt man sich wie in Omas Stübchen und unheimlich wohl. Es gab jeden Morgen ein abwechslungsreiches Frühstück und nette Gespräche, wohin es am Tag gehen wird. Michaela hatte immer Tipps parat und gute Ratschläge, wie man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln am Besten zu den Wanderzielen gelangt. Am Ende meines Aufenthalts erkältete ich mich und bekam prompt eine Teekanne und Wasserkocher gebracht. Wirklich ein ganz toller Aufenthalt, den ich nur jedem ans Herz legen kann. Zur Unterkunft gehörte auch ein Stückchen Terrasse, welche bei warmen Temperaturen zum verweilen einläd. 100 m um die Ecke ist direkt der See, 10 min entfernt die nächste Bushaltestelle. Wer morgens zudem noch gerne mit Kuhglockengeläut und Pferdchen aufwacht, ist hier goldrichtig.

Der Aufenthalt war toll, das Zimmer war klein aber gemütlich, besser als die Fotos erahnen lasse. Das Haus ist sehr schön. Claudia ist äußerst hilfsbereit, flexibel und sehr freundlich. Dank ihr alles hat genau für mich gepasst und ich hatte einen stressfreien aufenthalt. ich komme gerne wieder.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was absolutely beautiful—charming, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. It was a perfect match for our trip. The small garden was such a peaceful retreat, a lovely spot to relax and unwind after a day out. The location was also excellent—close to everything we needed, yet calm and quiet. We really appreciated the personal touches: a selection of interesting books, a few different beers and a bottle of wine, and even a bucket of fresh fruits waiting for us as a surprise. It made us feel instantly welcome. Everyone we interacted with was so kind and helpful. We had the pleasure of meeting the host’s husband, who was especially generous with his time and assistance. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and we would gladly stay again. Highly recommended!

Vielen Dank an Norma-Maria & Michael für diesen tollen Aufenthalt und die uns entgegengebrachte Gastfreundschaft: absolut herzlich und liebevoll! Nicht zuletzt durch die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, die wir erfahren durften. ☺️ Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen hoffentlich nochmal wieder oder werden uns an der Ostsee bei einem Kaffee ☕️ sehen. Besonders dankbar sind wir für die Tipps und Empfehlungen für unsere Tagesaktivitäten. Das war sehr hilfreich und angenehm. Hier sei beispielsweise die Empfehlung für das leckere Frühstücksbuffet im Kranzbichlhof (sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen) zu nennen. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und können bzw. müssen diesen Aufenthalt unbedingt empfehlen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und bietet beste Erholung inmitten der Natur. I was looking for affordable place to stay near Saalbach-Hinterglemm during the FIS alpine world championship. I found it at Hans´s place. Hans and Corrine were great hosts, Hans picked me up with his car when I arrived to the train stationand gave me good recommendations about the local bus transport. His house is Schuttdorf - 5 minutes by bus from the Zell am See tran station. Room and facilities were very clean. There is a breakfast in the morning (included in the price). The neighborhood is very quiet, and you need 5-10 minutes by bus to reach Zell am See (depends where are you going to). Nearest bus station is 8 minutes of waking from Hans´s house. If you are looking for affordable place to eat, I can recommend grill pub Papa Joes which is 10 minutes of walking from Hans´s house. Big and tasty pizzas,burgers and sausages. It looks pretty ordinary from the outside, but the quality of food, portion size and price is great for such an expensive destination as Zell am See is.

Die Aussicht von Zimmer war atemberaubend. Claudia war sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück hat keine Wünsche übrig gelassen. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr sauber. Eine Pension, die ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehle.

A wonderful stay. Beautiful view from the windows on the surrounding mountains, valleys, and villages. Very clean and nicely renovated, and the theatrical theme makes this place truly a unique stay. The rooms are well equipped and very well designed, making you feel comfortable and making the room feel spacious and modern. A great place - highly recommend it!
