Vacation rentals in Granja de Rocamora

Sam could not have done more to make our stay better. The flat has absolutely everything you need; from the basics to things like shopping bags for groceries, to milk and butter in the fridge amongst many other things. You have a nice outside space upstairs, and it’s a 2 minute walk into the centre of the village. Comfy beds and sofas; English TV stations and parking always available right outside the flat. If you plan to stay in Sucina I thoroughly recommend this place.

Superb house, very well-equipped, close to shops and restaurants and not far from the beaches. Jon was also responsive when we needed to ask him.

Lovely place to disconnect from work, amazing views, perfect for relaxation, especially the outdoor area with the kitchen, pool and jacuzzi.

The location of the house was really good. There was the sea, walking areas and great restaurants across the street. There was everything you could need in the house. The landlord was friendly and caring. If I come again, I will stay here again.

We had a lovely stay. Everything was as advertised. Close to the sea and on bus route, we travelled into Alicante and Santa Pola easily. It was quiet because we visited out of season but we found plenty of places to eat. Owner very pleasant and responsive. Thanks for letting us stay x

Lovely private place to spend time relaxing with family (4 adults & 4 children) with lots to do for the kids, not a single mention of them being bored throughout the whole 10 nights stay, which is highly unusual 😂 The outdoor BBQ area was the star of the show on most evenings! Just a few minutes drive to and from shops such as Carrefour and Aldi, so everything you could possibly need for your stay is easily accessible. The host is extremely friendly, helpful and responsive for any required needs. Would highly recommend this host and property to anybody wanting to stay in Elche for a relaxing time away from normality.

Very clean and tidy apartment. Everything was like new. There was no noise from the neighbors as often in Spain. I can't think of anything to complain about the apartment. I'll be back. I forgot my pants hanging on the coat rack. When I asked how to get back Silvia responded right away even brought them to me about 15 kilometers away. Thanks!

What can I say, FANTASTIC all of it!! Great location apartment was spotless, Maria was brilliant from start to finish. I stayed with my girl friends to celebrate 50th there first time in Benidorm and the weekend was brilliant. The balcony was the icing on the cake super views, watching the world pass by. We were able to sunbathe on the beach and nip back to the apartment as and when. Clean safe great location lovely restaurants not far from old town or you could venture to the new town, what more could you want. Thank you so much I I will Most defiantly be booking your apartment again.

The apartment corresponds in everything to what is detailed, 3 spacious rooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room with terrace… It has everything you need to spend a few days without any problems. Everything is very clean, comfortable beds. Around the corner there is a supermarket, 3 bakeries, and a little further on the promenade with plenty of options to eat. It is located on 2nd row from the sea, but it is a 5-minute walk and you get to the beach, which is sandy and very good for children. It has a garage for a large car that makes everything easy. Roberto was there for us and quickly answered my questions. He was flexible with the schedules. He came to give us the keys and show us the entire apartment. Thank you very much for everything and I hope to see you soon because we will definitely be back
