Family-friendly vacation rentals in Grandville

We very much enjoyed our stay at Paul's home! The layout was great and even more spacious than the pictures indicated. The home is decorated nicely and was very welcoming. This home is within close proximity to Saugatuck and Holland which gave us plenty of options for things to do. We also enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub, pool table and walking on the path into the forest. Everything we needed was provided. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Lovely place with a nicely appointed interior (thoughtful decor and amenities), and the backyard had a great firepit and hot tub. The location was super for a home base to explore Douglas and Saugatuck. It rained one of the days we visited and hanging out at the house felt cozy and warm. Chris obviously enjoys hosting and that was evident through the entire process, from booking to check out. Thank you Chris for a really great weekend. We will be back.

We just need time away and this cabin was perfect. Great views, fairly secluded, lots of interesting wildlife. Had a nice time in saugatuck as well, really liked Uncommon Grounds for coffee.

We reserved Heartland House 2 years in advance of our daughter's wedding at the Felt Estate. It was one of the best decisions we made, it was 5 minutes from the venue. We had family fly in from out of state and were able to all stay together in a family setting. The bedroom layout was perfect for 12 people, with one bedroom on the first floor for my parents who are in their '80s. There are three very nice full bathrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped, allowing us to host breakfast, as well as full dinners in a large dining room. The family room hosted several evenings of late night talks and laughter. We didn't even take advantage of the fire pit, game room and other amenities, with the wedding activities. We have definitely bookmarked this location to use again! There was room for five cars to park, and it was easy walking into Saugatuck.

The place was perfect for two people. Great location, very clean, and checking in was so easy. We enjoyed the privacy, and how close everything was to access! Overall a wonderful area and would gladly stay again!

Nick was a wonderful host. He was very communicative. The Beach was a block away. The community shares the steps. We had a diverse set of ages, ranging from 4 years old to mid sixties. House was clean and well stocked. Nice outdoor space. We made use of the hot tub and the fire pit in the backyard. Overall, we had a great time being together in a beautiful area of the country.

This is our 3rd stay at Steve and Lori’s loft condo. Perfect for our needs for Homecoming/Parents weekend at Hope College. Unique doesn’t do it justice in description. It comes with an awesome story. The condo is perfect in every way. Kitchen is filled with every gadget, beds are very comfortable, sitting areas are comfy & cozy, outside deck with hot tub is private and spacious, location on 8th Street is optimal for dining, shopping and entertainment. We will stay again and again.

Five timer's club! Fennvilla has stolen our hearts time and time again. We feel right at home the moment we walk in the door, and always leave feeling fully refreshed. The setting is magical. The space is comfy-cozy. The location is central. And the experience is unmatched. Kim is truly an exceptional host. Thank you for another delightful stay!

Kym's place is good for your soul. You can rest up and recharge in the eclectic library or go for a long walk and enjoy the historic homes...all of which have something unique to admire. You're not far from downtown, and there are many great places to eat and much craft beer to try. We would stay there again.

Our stay at Herrington Cottage was nice and peaceful. The cottage was clean, was cozy, had homely vibes and had everything needed for a short stay. The views from the sunroom and backyard were really nice. The property is fenced 3 sides and the 4th side is open to the lake. Our naughty labrador who loves water entered the lake lots of times and as Tom mentions in his listing - water is a bit murky on the property - so we had to clean up our pet a few times through the stay lol. There's a really nice clean private beach at the start of the street if you need to enter the water. There are also some good pizza and brewery spaces nearby. Overall a good place to wind down and relax - we enjoyed our time and our pet had some leash free fun - so thats what matters. Recommended.

We loved our stay at Jessica's. It was a perfect spot for 2 of us and our dog for an overnight stay. The guesthouse faces a backyard patio yard area, which is quite charming. Getting in the sauna after a long day of driving, or after hiking is the perfect ending to the day! Highly recommend this sweet spot in a lovely quite neighborhood!

The pictures don’t do it justice, you have to stay there to really see how gorgeous it is.. it was so extremely peaceful and welcoming pulling up. I arrived at night and there were two Christmas trees already lit that looked so beautiful at the main house. I would absolutely stay here again, the location is absolutely beautiful and just what I needed!

It was our first visit to Saugatuck and this place was perfect for us (2 adults). It had everything we needed and were hoping for during our stay. It's in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood conveniently just outside the downtown area with all the shops & restaurants. Joncie was a great host — always friendly and quick to respond with clear communication. Highly recommend, definitely would stay here again!

The Miner house was perfect for our family vacay. Just as pictured and described, we were tickled to find it decorated all in a fall theme. We loved the location- 10 min to beach, groceries, downtown museums, or restaurants. Tucked away in a cozy quiet neighborhood, no loud music, no sirens, no traffic noise, we felt very safe. The cleaning was perfect & spotless- no pet fur, no dust, no crumbs. The kitchen had EVERYTHING (and more) that we needed to cook multiple times daily. The dining space is in the kitchen, worked good for 5 of us, might be cramped for more. Upstairs doesn't have a door, which was fine with two kids up there, but a heads up if expecting more privacy. The yard was great- clean (no dog poo) and perfect set up for bonfires, grilling, dining, relaxing. The host has thought of pretty much everything. This was the best prepared home I've stayed at. Highly recommend.

It was a very cozy space, filled with blankets and a fire for when it got cold. It was nice for the weekend!

We had a great time here. The condo is in a good location and very clean and neat. The bed was comfortable. We didn’t utilize the pool or hot tub but we did scope it out. It looks like a great area to watch the boats come in and out of the harbor.

The area of Saugatuk and Douglas is fabulous with a lot of cafes and restaurants. The town is very quaint and picturesque. A lot of great farm to table restos and a wonderful farmer's market. The place was gorgeous with a pool. And a lot of towels for swimming. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking family meals. The "baby suite" was especially nice with a fridge in the basement. And the rooms upstairs had a master bedroom with en suite bathroom. Another smaller room and a room with bunk beds share a bathroom. The shower heads were great! Nice fluffy beddings and we all slept well with lots of privacy between families and kids. The living room and kitchen were very nice with enough room for kids to play and great for dinners and breakfast. Great patio area for reading, working and relaxing by the pool. We had a wonderful family stay! Our home away from home. Very relaxing and we loved staying at this house. We'll be back!

Stayed for a mom’s getaway with a couple friends. The place is so unique and wonderfully furnished and decorated - some very delightful art and knick knacks to explore. It is set back in a peaceful wooded area and was a quiet, fun getaway for us. Will definitely book again for the whole family to use the amenities like the pool and hot tub! Thank you.

I’ve rented a number of places in this area and Riverdance was very special! The home was clean and well appointed with all you need. Location awesome - everything we like to do (downtown Douglas, downtown Saugatuck, Oval Beach and hiking trails) was 10 mins or less alway. Kitchen well appointed. The star was the pool and we enjoyed it so much! A pool with no fencing between the pool and the river - that is rare and GOLD! Todd was great to deal with and very responsive. Great property, great stay!

Great home for a retreat weekend with plenty of space for our large group. Hosts did an amazing job at providing recommendations for things to do nearby and had clear instructions for check in/out. I wish the area was a little more walkable, but overall an amazing weekend!

This is a great place to stay in Saugatuck/Douglas if you are looking for all the feels in autumn. I’m sure it has that during the other seasons as well. The pool/hot tub were perfect. Outdoor fire pit and games provide plenty to do for the family. Inside is very cozy and modern finishes. 5 minute drive from everything you need in the area. Very solid property

I brought my cheer team to work and to bond. The house was amazing. There was plenty of room for our entire team. The pool was a definite hit!! We loved our entire stay!! Our host was extremely welcoming and helpful with anything we needed. There was even an awesome welcome basket which was a great way to start our stay!!
