Enjoy your stay at this very nice 2 yr old 1 bedroom with king bed 1 bathroom vacation rental located on Lawwill Rd close to Barkley lake. This shaded lot is perfect for boaters or just to kick back & enjoy the country like surroundings. Amenities include pergola swing, gas grill, 2 covered porches very secure area. I can't say enough about our great experience at Ron and Kathy's! The place is exactly as described, warm and welcoming. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the screen porch listening to the birds and the water lapping at the shore. We also had a campfire one night and watched the sunset. If you need some peaceful and quiet days this is the place for you! Ron and Kathy were so friendly and helpful with local fishing recommendations. 😊 We would definitely stay here again!

I was in town staying with family and it’s located next door. It made the trip so special and the opportunity to catch up on some much needed sleep. Comfortable and quiet which is exactly what I was looking for that week! So was so patient even when I had fallen asleep and blocked her driveway. This was the first stay of hopefully many to come!

We had a great time at Connie & Jerry’s home overlooking the lake. Beautiful views and a warm inviting fireplace, just can’t be beat! It is very private and peaceful for this time of year. Connie & Jerry were always quick to respond to any questions we had. They were wonderful hosts. We really appreciate them sharing their home with us and hope to return again in the future.

We had a wonderful time! When we arrived, there was a small problem with getting into the house, but the delay was my fault in not reading the instructions ahead of time. Ron was very responsive and corrected a small issue with the door code quickly. I value a host’s ability to correct issues as much as I value experiencing “the perfect stay.” Ron checked all the boxes there. 👍 The home was a perfect setup for our family, and everything was very clean. Having the interstate near the home was a minor detractor, but the proximity to boat ramps and the total cost of the rental more than made up for that. Overall, our experience was great, and Ron was an excellent host. We would recommend this rental to anyone in the future.

An amazing oasis for a family and extended family. I Hosted a week long family gathering and Thanksgiving and it was amazing. As a retired veteran, mom and grandmother i was more than happy with the home, location and Lake views. Everyone was happy and we made endless memories which is what mattered most to me.
