Beautiful modern home with quality amenities and beautiful finishes. The house was clean upon arrival, no complaints. The exterior with its swimming pool, terrace and magnificent rooftop sea view are a real advantage. The neighborhood is quiet and secure. Check-in instructions are clear, host is available and responsive if needed.

A haven of peace in a very beautiful villa that is both very functional and tastefully decorated. He was able to offer us and recommend super cool activities We really enjoyed staying in his house, very comfortable with a breathtaking view of the sea, in a quiet area. very nice terraces, garden and pool available very nice. Wonderful stay in a quiet, secure property, surrounded by sugar canes. Tropical birds and plants punctuated our days. We felt at home: ultra complete kitchen equipment, including a Weber BBQ grill... hot water booster... Canal Sat. The pool oscillates between 26 and 30 degrees. What about the hospitality and kindness of the owners, Ginette and Martin? Always listening, good advice, we were welcomed as guests! Anyway, great! A car is essential, ask Ginette for advice.

Fell in love with this place! walking distance to a peaceful beach, super close to the supermarket ie a minute drive (walkable too) , close to well known restaurants .. a real hidden gem!

A beautiful villa with soothing decor and excellent taste. We couldn't be better equipped. Marine is charming, caring and has thought of everything in every detail (up to the cooler for other aperitifs or picnics in the evening on the beautiful beach of La Preneuse a stone's throw away!). Quality bed linen, comfortable beds, in short a delicious moment! We'll be happy to go back🥰. Everything was perfect!

Maria’s apartment is obviously a property used by herself. It made our stay easy as apartment from putting food in the fridge everything was there. Three aircon units and fans. Large water containers provided. Comfortable beds and a lovely balcony up with the coconuts. The view of the sea and the reef is stunning. The gate from the premises gave us immediate access to the beach and within 350 yards at least 19 restaurants with lovely food. Maria also put us in touch with a local taxi driver who also supplied hire cars. We had a lovely economical 4 door auto for £20 per day. Couldn’t have been happier.

We had a nice stay, beautiful place quiet and safe. Closeness to the beach, restaurants and others. I will be happy to recommend this place.

Great stay!!! Beautiful view of the lagoon. Very well-equipped and very clean accommodation. Guy is very responsive, responds quickly to requests. Guy arranged the airport transfer for us as well as the car rental. A big thank you for the hospitality of his parents and Micheline the lady who takes care of the cleaning in the apartment My wife, my daughter and I thank you all for hosting us and we'll see you soon.

Great stay at Sanjay's! The place is comfortable, clean, located in a very peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. The beach is very close, the bus is about ten minutes walk to Grand Baie or Mont Choisy. There are other properties in the building but no promiscuity, the shared pool and garden are very nice. It's just missing a place to put a table outside so everything is perfect! Definitely recommend.

We had a great time. The accommodation is perfect, in a great location, there are no downsides. Sabrina is extremely friendly and the exchanges with her were very pleasant. I would recommend it in a second, we hope to come back. 🤞🏼

Our stay in Flic en Flac was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to a stunning penthouse apartment and the most incredible host, Ian. The three bedrooms, each with king-size beds, offered unparalleled comfort, ensuring blissful sleep every night. But the real highlight was the private rooftop with a jacuzzi and breathtaking views of Flic en Flac and the mountains—a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening sunsets. The apartment itself was impeccably designed, with a fantastic kitchen, a cozy sitting room, and top-notch amenities. It’s kid-friendly too, making it perfect for families—we’re already planning our return! Now, about Ian: he’s simply the best host we’ve ever had. When minor issues arose (Netflix setup and a rooftop power socket), he resolved them instantly—think electricians on speed dial and a brand-new firestick for Netflix. His attentiveness, warmth, and efficiency turned an amazing stay into a perfect one. Book this place without hesitation—you’ll thank me later!
