Whenever I travel and I have to stay in an AIRBNB, I really appreciate the host's attention and in this case she highlights the kind and thoughtful attention of Don Carlos, she makes you feel at home, I definitely recommend it.

Great place! Coco was super attentive and kind. There's a great co-working place in case you need to get some work done. It's not within walking distance of city center but easily accessible by taxi / car. If you drive you'll need to park at separate place about 5 min walk, which could be a hassle by night. I didn't have any issues.

We really enjoyed our stay at Carlos's place. The place looks exactly like the photos, having an A/C was really great as it was very hot in Granada. The center of Granada is about a 5-minute walk away, a small supermarket is right at the corner of the street. Carlos was super nice and gave us helpful tips. We would come back anytime.

A great place to call "home" when visiting the amazing town of Granada! It is spacious - clean - comfortable - and in good walking distance to the market, park and more. It was nice to have a kitchen that was in great working condition :) Janice was a FANTASTIC host! Quick to respond and very helpful. Having a pool right outside the door was a nice bonus (only wish it came with more pool chairs, but we survived!) We would absolutely stay here again. We felt safe - taken care of - and cozy.

Perfect. Extremely clean accommodation, very welcoming hosts, peaceful place that has everything you may need for your stay. I would recommend it 100%. Booking in this home will allow you to contribute to Emma and Eden's great educational projects.

The room is very clean and tidy and therefore pleasant to rest. It has optimal conditions for someone looking more than resting to feel good in the place where you are..

This is a great place for a short stay. Slightly away from the center but comes with easy parking. The kitchen is adequate for everything you need. Great for the price.

I had a great stay at Casa Bloom. It’s located a bit outside of town but everything was walkable and within 10-15 minutes. I worked during my stay and the wi-fi was quick. Everything is super clean and there’s a cleaner every day. Coco was a great host and always available whenever I had questions or needed assistance booking a ride. I would definitely stay again!

Eden and Emma are fantastic people! These are people who genuinely care about other people and as a result have created a great place to stay! They made sure that we had everything we needed and more! Over and above what we needed or asked for! The accommodation is brand new and so everything is in pristine condition with real attention to detail. Also the fact that it’s a little off the “beaten path” means that you get a genuine, authentic Nicaraguan experience! I would definitely stay here again!

This is the place you dream of staying when you are in a Colonial city like Granada. Has the old fashion classy look with all the new amenities like AC, wonderful bathroom, and updated kitchen. The foyer is beautiful with a nice pool. I wish I could live there and grow old with my wife. Carlos and his team are responsive and accommodating. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Great appartment close to everything in Granada. The mosquitos are a little bit annoying if you want to watch tv in the livingroom but just use mosquitospray and then you are fine. The plunge pool is nice to cool down.

We had a wonderful time in Granada and even extended our stay by one day. The place was good, and the location was perfect – everything was within walking distance. But the best part of the whole place was Carlos! An absolutely fantastic host. Thank you for everything!

The place is conveniently located in a picturesque part of town that felt safe. Apartment appears to be part of a historic colonial home, high ceilings and airy inside. We enjoyed opening the balcony door to let the fresh air waft into the dining / sitting area. Birds outside in the morning sang beautifully near the flowering tree adjacent to the home. It was a bit noisy at time because of the proximity to the street, but to be expected for a home downtown - wish I had brought ear plugs because I’m a light sleeper. Art on the walls was enjoyable to look at. Kitchen was adequately stocked with more than the minimum equipment to cook with. I would’ve liked a bit more luxuries and comforts but it was worth the price nonetheless. The service from Carlos’ team was pleasant and prompt.
