Great place to stay in Granada

Best wifi in Nicaragua! This was a perfect place to stay to get some work done and walk out to see the sights when we wanted. The hot water was a huge plus and the space felt huge. The extra charge for the AC was kind of a bummer because the room gets extremely hot if you don't leave the doors to the kitchen open. I would highly recommend this place!

It is a cute little apartment in historical style. It has a very quiet and beautiful location in a dead end street. The apartment was clean and everything we needed.

We had a fantastic week long stay here. The small apartment is located in the rear of the courtyard right next to the pool. After spending almost a year in Mexico over the last 2 winters I was amazed at how quiet it was despite being very close to the core of the city. Despite having 6 apartments it felt very private and was rarely more than half capacity with the pool rarely used despite it being very clean and well maintained. Granada is a compact city and the location isn't very far from all of its highlights. The bed was comfy and the kitchen had most everything needed to prepare basic meals. We had a small issue on arrival. The building was closed and locked with noone on locatio, but it was a holiday (January 1). I speak some Spanish and was able to eventually find a neighbour who knew an employee who could let us in. Although we didn't need it, the host was nice enough to offer a flexible check out before our departure. Ask about 2nd floor availability for volacano views.

The location and accommodations were outstanding, however the owner should do more to improve the last kilometer into the home. The road is nearly impassable especially under rainy conditions. Although the host on the property was very attentive and helpful, the dishes need to be replenished. We only had 3 dinner plates, and lack of utensils.

My family used this house for a week when she visited Nicaragua.The house was very nice and comfortable.The shower is warm and air-conditioned.The kitchen has all the utensils you need.The surroundings were peaceful and made for a good night's sleep every day.The host and his family are very friendly and ready to help if there's anything I can help you with. We had a happy time in Granada.If I ever come back to Granada, I will definitely use it.Life in Granada was a very nice memory for us. Thank you very much

A great place to call "home" when visiting the amazing town of Granada! It is spacious - clean - comfortable - and in good walking distance to the market, park and more. It was nice to have a kitchen that was in great working condition :) Janice was a FANTASTIC host! Quick to respond and very helpful. Having a pool right outside the door was a nice bonus (only wish it came with more pool chairs, but we survived!) We would absolutely stay here again. We felt safe - taken care of - and cozy.

The place is very nice, the treatment was exceptional and all the staff very helpful and friendly. We actually had a personal problem and Don Harold very kindly helped us. From the beginning and end it was a very pleasant stay, the location is perfect for walking, getting to know and eat. My family and I were very happy with everything and would definitely stay there again.
