Chalet vacation rentals in Gran Alacant

We have had one of the most beautiful holidays as a family, it is ideal for children since even at home they do not get bored. It is spacious for them to let their imagination run. The nearest beach was 20 minutes away by bone car that was great, the host advised us very well where to go and that it could be done around the area at certain times of the day. Making the excursions around the manga beaches has been one of the fun things in addition to the beaches are perfect for children which was paramount to us. Overall a nice experience we will definitely go back to a getaway.

A spacious house very pleasant to live in, an ideal location for us, fairly central, close to the beach (200 m) to the water park (3 km) of shopping centers (4 and 9 km). The pool is a respectable size and sufficient for the family. The exposure of the house makes the heat bearable thanks to the breeze brought by the sea. The kitchen is very well equipped. Carmen is very available and attentive. We will repeat this experience without hesitation!

Maria's house is small but cozy, you feel like you're at home, there is everything you need for a comfortable life, thank you Maria for your home. The house looks just like the pictures.

First, the house was just as seen in the photos , although it is more worth being in the house. I was equipped with everything you need to spend your stay on the days you need . It is super well located for beach access. Borja, very attentive, kind , very communicative and decisive. The area , it is very quiet , very nice to walk around there. I highly recommend the house , in Borja as a person , the beach and the area. We wouldn't think about repeating!

We had a wonderful week in a cozy house with a large walled garden with flowering plants and a lovely swimming pool. Excellent base for Alicante center, beaches and surrounding towns. Martina is a wonderful hostess ! If you are looking for a very good restaurant in the area: go to Zinc in Mutxamel.

Silvia was very friendly and attentive. The perfect house, everything very clean, pleasant atmosphere, very good quality, value for money, spacious, very comfortable, and just for the season it would have been cool if the pool had been open, because the weather was very good in Alicante. It's about a 30-minute walk from the beach and there's a path. You have several supermarkets nearby.

Wonderful location right on the beach. lovely spacious villa with a big, clean pool. Private parking was very helpful! The host was friendly and very helpful.

Wonderful trip with a large group of friends. Comfortable villa with lots of space inside and out. Off street, secure parking. Kitchen well equipped to cook for everyone. Beach and coastal walking within 5 mins. We loved it.

We were a group of 12 people ranging from ages 0 to 70s, and this house met everybody's needs. The house is a very well kept and modern. There's AC/heater in every bedroom and the kitchen has everything you need. I would even say that the house felt bigger in reality than the images :)

Lovely home with an incredible view on the seaside. It feels like you are almost in the sea. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped for (outdoor) lunches and dinners. 30 minute walk along the beach to Torrevieja center (or quicker by road/car)

Sergios place was a great find! It was peaceful and very close to the beach. The swimming pool was great and we met some nice families whilst there. My children had a great time. Sergios place had everything we needed and it was lovely having the terrace upstairs with sun loungers. We would 100% stay again.

The house and its beautiful terrace are big. The 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms gave us the space we needed as we stayed for 4 weeks. Outside we had plenty of space to park our bikes, and spread the toys of our little one. The house is well maintained and you can see the owner takes care of it. Wi-Fi is perfect for remote workers. The location is great: quiet area, big and beautiful swimming pool, supermarkets and beach reachable quickly by bike, it was super easy to find a car park. Neighbours are quiet and friendly. What's missing? Maybe a dishwasher, a water boiler and some decorations on the wall, but we managed without them. Enrique is a 100% amazing owner. Communicative, humble, helpful... we feel home in his house because he cares for his visitors. He provides bedsheets and towels, kitchen equipment, as well as cleaning products. The house was very clean and we had very few insects inside. We really enjoyed staying there and we want to come back. Gracias Enrique!

This was our second visit here (we came Easter 2024), so we knew what to expect. As previously, the house was/is fantastically located for beaches, the tram network up and down the coast, and a great base for a simple family holiday. Pablo is a fantastic host, and the house, although not fancy, suited us perfectly. We loved it! P.s the outdoor shower is our favourite!

We had an exceptional stay at this chalet just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The location is perfect for sea enthusiasts. The chalet is spacious, stylish and clean. Marta is friendly and attentive, and the private pool was a huge plus. Highly recommended!

We were on vacation in two families with two 6-year-olds and it was a perfect vacation. The house has direct access to the fine sandy beach with shallow sea. Direct access to the beach is priceless, and the sea view patio has the part where the table is mostly shaded for fresh lunches and dinners. The kitchen is spacious and equipped. Hector and Carlos are super helpful and kind.

Unparalleled experience. Being in Carlos and Alejandra's house was a dream with every detail luxury. The best vacation we've ever had in many years. Special energy and very good treatment. We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything, we have a hard to beat experience.❤️

Perfect stay, responsive host, well-equipped and as described. Lots of activities available and easily accessible thanks to the network of electric scooters and buses. I recommend it!
