Guilherme very good host, although he did not receive us, he was very friendly and attentive to any concerns. The premier hotel, the spectacular attention as well as the facilities. We really enjoyed our short stay, I would definitely pick it again.

Me and my family love the accommodation, so much so that we extended our stay! The hotel structure is very good

Accommodation exactly as in photos. The location is perfect. We only use the car to go a little further away. The accommodation gate goes straight on the sidewalk, which is less than 1 block from the indoor street. The room has 1 double bed and 1 twin bed. The temperature in the city was 13 to 25 degrees. The room is warm and the blanket supplied our needs. We didn't get cold. Hot shower. Mr Olavo received us super well.

The flat is perfect and very spacious. The host sent all the directions in advance and made himself available for any questions. The accommodation is available for 24-hour checkin and checkout, which is very practical, and the receptionists were very friendly. The accommodation has everything we need, appliances, towels, pillows and blankets. It was in impeccable cleaning. The place is safe, quiet and beautiful. It was great to go for a walk in the condominium and around the lake. Well located, easy to go to the attractions tando de Gramado as de Canela. I recommend and I will definitely be back.

All great and super well served

I went with my husband and two young children, it was wonderful days, the children loved everything, Edgar promptly answered all my questions, very considerate. I didn't even want to leave the hotel! As for Edgar, everything was perfect, the only problem was that on the last day we couldn't enjoy the pools because the indoor pool was closed for maintenance and at the same time they also closed the outdoor pool due to a problem with bees that would be captured by an expert, and so we were without a pool, which made the children sad. But in short it was soooo worth it!!

We loved the space! Everything is well organized, clean, smells nice! Perfect. I highly recommend it. The outside of the hotel (swimming pool and parks) was great for relaxing and for the kids to play. It also offers recreation. My daughter loved it. 🥰

Julia was an excellent host that made our whole experience enjoyable and free of stress. The apartment was excellent and the resort is absolutely beautiful with lots of amenities and closed to everything. We highly recommend our host and her place and will definitely be back!

It was spectacular. The hotel is fantastic and the attention Adriano Renato gave us was sensational, very attentive, helpful and considerate. Breakfast is a true gastronomic feast. The bath is excellent and the bed is very cozy. We will certainly return!!!!

We had a wonderful experience in the stay we had at Laghetto Golden Resort, Gabriela was very agile in everything that was requested during our negotiation, the place is very new inaugurated less than 1 years ago, the structure is excellent and super indicated for families with children, where the structure of the Resort is welcoming and aimed at a perfect experience, the fact that it is a standard structure Laghetto a reference in Serra Gaúcha is the guarantee of a perfect choice.

We love the stay! Everything is perfect, better than in the pictures! The apartment, the service, the pool!! We chose to buy the coffee (R$38.00), this one was perfect, with bubbly and live piano! The kids really enjoyed the playroom and the pool! We were in 3 adults and 2 children we will come back for sure!!

The room is clean, with great space for 2 adults and 2 children. The bed and sofa bed are comfortable. Bed linen and bath towels are of great quality. The hotel structure is excellent. Breakfast with many options and very tasty. Janaína answered all questions and clarified all the details of the stay. I recommend the accommodation.

Amazing resort!!!! ALL heated pools, impeccable room. Alexandre's room is on the ground floor, but no noise can be heard from the hallways. The blackout blinds completely shut out the light in the room. If you like to sleep late, just close everything and you won't even know if it's day or night. The hotel has a restaurant, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, which is worth every penny. One of the benefits of renting with Alexandre is that you don't pay for private parking, and you get a discount on hotel meals. Anyway, it was all 1000%, for sure when we return to Gramado, we will stay again at Alexandre's accommodation! 👏🏼

Second time staying in this place incrivél! Cleda was very attentive and promptly answered my doubts! The venue has room service and has a microwave, if you need dishes you can pick up at the Resort restaurant. It was wonderful!

Our stay at Buona Vitta was wonderful! Worth too much, all impeccable, resort staff are polite and helpful, royal breakfast and high-end accommodations! I recommend to everyone who is looking to relax on their vacation at this location! Diego was enlightening and took away all our doubts, letting us know everything. Really a great choice!
