Was a perfect place for our golf group. We had a great time and Walt was an exceptional communicator and host. Cant wait to go back next year!

Alice’s place was a perfect fit for our family. It was spacious yet cozy, remote and peaceful, yet conveniently located, and had all the amenities and touches of home. We had the best time sledding at the local hill she recommended to us, skiing at sugarbowl a quick drive away, and cooking delicious meals in their open concept kitchen. Not to mention the hot tub! Highly recommend.

This is our favorite place to stay in Truckee! We are repeat visitors. The adjacent hillside is AWESOME for sledding with kids, and there are several sleds at the house. The house has lots of books, games, and some toys to keep kids entertained when indoors. The house is clean, modern, and well-stocked. Leighanna is a fantastic host -- responsive and kind. One slight downside for us: One person in our family is sensitive to pet allergies and has allergies that trigger when we stay here (this is a dog-friendly house, as is clearly advertised). So if you have pet allergies, bring your Zyrtec and/or Benedryl.

I grew up in Quincy so I know how beautiful and peaceful it is in Plumas County. Even so, this location has some kind of magic. Every window has a great view, l loved cooking on the gourmet stove, the house is steps away from Spanish Creek. There is a spectacular train track in the sky which is an engineering masterpiece. If you enjoy reading on a window seat, it’s downstairs in a sun filled room waiting for you. My husband and I will be back. The driveway entrance off the highway is super sketchy, but the second time we drove it was easier, that was the single issue we had with the property.

My friends and I were spending a few days in Downieville for Mountain Biking. Evan’s place was perfect. It was close to the town and bike shop, and restaurants. It was easy to find and a binder with instructions for everything is inside the home. We neglected to read the parking instructions because they were buried a ways back in the binder. We parked in the wrong spot initially but then a neighbor told us we needed to move. I found the instructions and moved and then put the instructions closer to the front of the binder.

Colin was very responsive to our questions and flexible with our changes in plans. The place was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was super convenient—close to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and just a 15-minute drive to Soda Springs. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Location couldn't be better. If you have to walk further than 3 minutes for a restaurant then you probably got lost somewhere along the way. We went for snowboarding and Lisa's place was warm the whole time and is 30 minutes or less from several places. The pictures do the place justice, amazing aesthetics. The ONLY criticism would be spotty WiFi but that could have been due to the recent winter storm that came through during our stay.

Brandon and Lisa were great hosts, they were prompt in responding to our queries. They have a beautiful cozy place, and we were in love with it especially with a lot of snow covered surroundings. The place was easy to find, had a dedicated parking spot, was clean and tidy. The view from bedroom was great, waking up to snow filled surroundings. Overall an easy recommendation!

My family enjoyed our stay at Lori’s beautiful Truckee townhome. It was very clean, well-equipped, and tastefully appointed. The location is fabulous as it’s walking distance to Truckee town’s lovely restaurant and stores. We enjoyed walking to town after a day of skiing at Palisades. Lori is a very helpful and responsive host. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed every moment staying in the Linda's place. The condo is spacious and basically has everything you might need. We will definitely miss this leather chair! Linda was super-helpful and responsive.

Everything was in good shape! We could tell the home was well loved. It was very convenient for the downhill slopes at Tahoe-donner, and had plenty of games / entertainment options inside, as well as enough space, to handle time indoors. Would recommend, especially for any families with kids.

Great spot - perfect for my kids to walk to ski/snowboard lessons and play in the snow.

We loved your place! It was super safe with no stairs. Love the horseshoe and sand volleyball and pool and Jacuzzi! Thank you for keeping it well stocked as we wanted for nothing. We will definitely come back! Thank you.

Had a great stay! Perfect location for skiing and access to town. Loved the stocked and very organized kitchen. Would absolutely stay here again in the future!
