Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Grado-Pineta

We stayed here for one week with our 3 kids. The place is beautiful, very quiet yet close to Koper, a animated city (about 10 min by car). It's a good spot to start a trip to one of several beaches (20-30 min), famous caves (30-40 min) or Ljubljana (1h drive) or even hiking in the Triglav area (2h drive). The house itself is very nice, clean and offers everything you need. The kids especially loved the big pool which they could access whenever they wanted. Andreja is very kind and helpful and gave us a lot of great Tips. Thank you very much!

Wonderful stay at this AirBB. In a very peaceful location yet close to attractions in Slovenia and Croatia. The house had everything we needed, great kitchen, and loved the indoor fireplace!

Accomodation has perfect position , very close to main square with restaurants and coffee bars. Was clean ready to enjoy Piran old town atmosphere. What we especially enjoyed was top roof terase - very nice view specially for sunset.

Francesco and his family are really great, genuine and very pleasant people were very helpful, they made us feel at home. We were in 5 masks to visit to see the race of the covid climbing Castelmonte, the convenient location to reach the track and once we returned after the race we felt in paradise, a beautiful garden, well-kept and above all the roof with a table great for alfresco dinners. We will definitely be back highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay in this quiet and picturesque place. The hosts were extremely helpful and likeable – they even brought us fresh tomatoes from their garden in between. We received a bottle of wine to welcome us, which was a very nice touch. The house is modernly decorated, yet it has retained its historic charm. The garden was pleasantly shaded almost all day which was perfect for the hot days. We were there with 5 adults and one toddler and would be happy to come back.

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

At Mevlida's apartment, we felt like at home and enjoyed our stay very much. Check-in was easy. The apartment and the house in general were really clean and cosy arranged. Our highlights were pool and our huge private terrace. Mevlida is an easy-going, open, child-friendly and helpful host who welcomed us warmly, was very responsive and provided us with all information and hints to what we can do and where we can go (beach, restaurants etc). If we come to Istria again, we would love to stay at Mevlida's place again. Dear Mevlida, thank you for your plum cake and Croatian delicacies - everything was delicious!

We really enjoyed our stay at Simone's apartment. The flat is beautiful and welcoming - large, bright rooms, a perfectly equipped kitchen and two beautiful roof terraces with views on the city centre and the sea (certainly on of the highlights of the flat). The connection to the city center and other areas is very good by bus. Simone was super available and friendly during the stay. We would love to come back! Thank you!

Emanuel and his parents are very nice and warm hosts. The apartment is very nice and corresponds to the photos. A highlight is the very lovingly designed garden with jacuzzi. Supermarket, restaurants and the sea are within easy walking distance. Thank you for the wonderful holiday.

Our stay at Nataša’s apartment was just amazing. The apartment is located in quiet neighborhood, not too far from the beach. Inside there is everything you need even for a longer stay like washing machine and dishwasher. Nataša was really friendly and helpful, she even recommended a place where to buy best seafood in the city. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay in Portoroz. We were promptly greeted at check in and our hosts went out of their way to be accommodating by providing many tips, suggestions, and directions . Our room was spotless and it was a bonus to have onsite parking. We would highly recommend this place.

Everything went well with Aleks, he was helpful by telling us where to find everything. It is a nice flat with a great view.

Everything was great ;) we felt very comfortable: whether beach, padel, tennis or a drink at the bar in the evening - the accommodation was just great for our family vacation for six.

Susy was the best Airbnb hostess I have ever experienced. She got out of her way to assist us with everything we needed, from communicating in Italian with our driver to ensuring we catch our very early flight safely. She proposed a lot of places in Trieste, but most importantly she shared the experiences of hers and her family in Trieste, helping us see the city through the eyes of a local. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures, cozy, picturesque and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped (eg butter, jam, rusks, tuna etc.), however Susy kept providing us with delicacies from Trieste. Grazie miele, Susy and Francesco, you made this trip a lot more beautiful to us!

The apartment was very clean and in superb location: a few mins walk to the beach and walking distance to the city centre. The premises are green and peaceful with a nice pool, in front of the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay a lot, appreciating outstanding contact with the host, who is a very nice and helpful person. Will definetely return.

The apartment (especially the kitchen) is really superbly equipped and very stylish. It is quite large (3 rooms, large kitchen, bathroom) and is very close to the center. Everything is easy to reach on foot. A luxury is the parking space in the yard. The apartment is certainly one of the best at the apartment market in Gorizia. We felt very comfortable for a week, which also contributed to the host's binding and unobtrusive nature. The contact with her was straightforward, she was always available and very helpful. Highly recommend.

We were there in the off-season. Everything was super organized. She was very accommodating and flexible with arrival and departure. The terrace is excellent for enjoying in the evening hours. I'm sure we'll be back.

We had a lovely time at Ericas apartment. We travelled with dog and child and therefore the location was great, it is not direct in the center, but really close to the beach and has everything one needs and the balcony is very large and nice. The toys in the children's room were a nice touch. Comunication via message was easy and she was always available in case we needed something. Thank you for everything!

As for us, it was an extremely positive experience. When we parked the car in the garage we used buses or moved on foot and visited everything we wanted. We had a great time in the apartment and it has a lovely view. I recommend watching the sunset with a glass of good red wine. An unforgettable experience.
