Villa vacation rentals in Grad Zadar

We had the best time at this Airbnb! It is like a dream! The house has everything you could ever need during a holiday, the garden and pool area is great, also with kids , and we enjoyed having no direct neighbours. Antonela is an amazing host and the communication was great. There is nothing we would have wanted differently and we would come back anytime.

Nice place in a quiet area, has all the amenities you would need. Wifi is solid and was a good place to post up to work a little bit if needed.

We had a perfect Vacation! The house was exactly as described and the hosting was exceptional. Always got fast responses.. The Villa is a perfect place for groups and very calm. You will find everything you need (kitchen supplys are genius) for sure. Its the perfect place to spent time !!!!

Fabulous house inside and outside. Huge space, pristine house in very way. The pool table is a proper size and of very high standard. We loved the pool, hammocks and outside table tennis table. The bedrooms were large, great supply of towels and beach towels. The house was perfect for teenagers, especially with the many bikes provided. Basketball provided which was my son used in nearby Nin and my other son was able to access a gym every day in Nin also. We all agreed this was a super house and loved the sauna also. This is a big space and hotel standard. The house is private with lockable gates, and is in a lovely quiet location, perfect for cycling. Nearby cycle or quick drive to Plodine supermarket for shopping or in the village there is a Tommy Market. Christina and her brother in law were always on hand to help with any questions and we highly recommend staying here.

The house is just like in the photos:) it is very close to the sea (a few steps), even though the road through google maps shows otherwise :) a super pool with hot water, a double sauna on the first floor and a hot tub on the roof, this is what we need to relax :) we felt very comfortable there. the kitchen equipped great, 4 bathrooms thanks to which everyone had their privacy, 5 bedrooms so there is no shortage :) We hope to come back to you:) We recommend!

Villa very nice and comfortable, large bedrooms, living room, dining area, terrace. Clean and welcoming. Location approx. Unfortunately, the street was being renovated during our stay, which unfortunately made it quite noisy. Very flexible and friendly host. Overall, the trip was very positive.

The Villa is beautiful, in a remote location so much to do at the Villa the spa facilities and pool added bonus. made a special occasion my mums 60th even more special everyone loves it and host Damir was very friendly and helpful even before we arrived he made me feel at ease. so happy I got to stay here, beds comfy too

Lovely house right on the water. 20 mins drive from nearest Hub. Peaceful yet not remote. Walks in mountains behind are stunning. The Mirila (old grave sites) in the hills add. Take a look.

We had a pleasant stay, everything about the accommodation was great, the main benefit was the luxurious accommodation facilities and quiet neighborhood.

Great stay. Slight difficulty in making contact before the start of the stay, when the agent was the main contact. But once passed over to the owner it was smoother. The villa is very nice, looks just like the pictures and is in a small village of holiday homes with a couple of restaurants and bars. Should really rent a car if you stay here as there isn’t really any public transport. Overall was a very enjoyable stay, lots of daytime sits around the pool and evenings on the terrace. Would recommend to others for sure.

Very enjoyable stay. Really well looked after by the on-site host, who was full of good ideas, restaurant and boat trip recommendations very good. Two beaches easily walkable and a twenty minute walk/five minute drive into old Bibinje. Rented whole house and was great for a group of nine, private, nice beds, very clean and nice pool. Loads of fridge space. Supermarkets very close. Easy fifteen minute drive from Zadar airport.

The villa was truly stunning - beautifully designed with loads of space and lovely en-suite bedrooms, all of which had AC. This was ideal for our party of 10. Niki was very helpful and responsive when we had questions. The location was good for exploring the local coastline, taking a boat trip and exploring the historic walled city of Zadar. We all had a great holiday. I would thoroughly recommend Villa Elani.

Very accommodating host, the house was very clean and had good amenities. Beautifully spacious with enough space for 6 people and looks exactly like the pictures. The outdoor area with the loungers and the pool was great. There's nothing to complain about the price.

it's just everything, as described, Mirko welcomed me with a drink. good recommendation for restaurants and surroundings. the house is great, would book it again at any time. in the area all the possibilities for shopping, views of Zadar from the terrace, easy to find from the airport. very quiet , space to play, bathrooms are sufficiently available, for me the almost perfect Airbnb. WIFI didn't work so well, but around the corner there is unlimited 5 G for about 10 euros for 10 days. There is a grill, 2 refrigerators . Tables in the dining room and on the terrace upstairs are big enough for a group for cozy gatherings. We were 7 and everyone flew back satisfied. Thank you

Ana's place was perfect for our family of 8. We had two pre-teen girls in the living room and it worked out perfect for them. The bedrooms were for the rest of the family. The highlight was the pool. We all needed a day of rest from our travelling and this was the perfect place to read, swim, and enjoy life for the adults and the kids. In the late afternoon, it was a quick taxi-ride to the city center where we enjoyed the sea organ, the Roman ruins, a beautiful dinner and an even more beautiful sunset on the Adriatic. Ana was quick to respond and take care of a wasp issue by the pool when we first got in. We all recommend this home for your stay in Zadar!

We had a very nice stay. We arrived with a dog and child and had a great impression from the beginning. The property is fenced so it was no problem with the dog. Ana and co were very attentive and left a few treats in the kitchen after the long drive. The place is well equipped, so you could really relax while at the same time it never got boring. Each bedroom is equipped with its own bathroom, which leads to a lot of privacy in a shared vacation for three parties. The house was very clean and super equipped, especially with many bath and tea towels. With a pool, sports room, baseball hoop and ping pong table, you always had something to do. The availability of terrace with loungers, barbecue area, two outdoor seating and a large lawn with beautiful fruit trees and views of the sea in the distance with beautiful sunsets was great. A clear recommendation!

We’ve had an amazing week! The villa is more gorgeous than in the photos. It was well equipped, clean and easy access to the old town (we used Ubers which were only £4.50 each way). The pool and garden were gorgeous and were sunny all through the day. Extra touches such as pool towels being supplied and the use of the BBQ really added to the experience. You can tell there is a lot of care and dedication put into the garden and house. We would stay again anytime and are sad to leave. Thank you so much.

We had a really great time whilst staying in Anias Villa! Ania was able to let us check-in late (after midnight), which was very kind because our flight arrived late. Her son welcomed us very friendly and the communication leading up to our check-in was very informative and quick. He gave us great tips regarding Zadar and nice places within the town. The check-in into the house was very easy and the parking situation is very good (2 places infront of the house, one in the garage). Everything was exactly as described on airbnb. We had plenty of towels, toilet paper and bedding (even additional ones) and cleaning was very easy using the modern washing machine. The pool had a great temperature and the handling of the sauna and whirlpool is also very easy and intuitive. Staying in the house was very lovely in general due to the nice decor and many possibilities within the house. Ania even let us stay until the evening on our checkout day for free, since the villa was free on the next day!

Really nice place to stay for a group of people looking to spend time relaxing and enjoying the villa. (But also only a short Uber to the city centre as well!) The place was nicer than the photos and all the activities/amenities were better than we expected. Really enjoyed staying here and we would definitely come again.

Very nice place, quietly located. The direct neighboring property is in German hands and is not rented, but only used by the owner and his relatives. These are extremely manageable. The images are 100% real. Alexej speaks German very well, helps and supports where he can. Since he is not on site himself, his employees are quickly on site in case of doubt and support where they can (live in the same place). We had a very nice time.

The house is super nice and modern. Bright and airy. Located on a private road, so there isn't a ton of 'vacation noise'. Great private pool and close to great beach and dining. Janin has been nice to help us with everything.
