Overall a great location, within walking distance to busses that’ll take you to anywhere in no time. You can see the Namsan tower from the street, and street is quite and safe. Olivier was a kind and responsive host! Highly recommend.

Absolutely great, convenient location. The place is a newly built, clean building that is very modestly priced. It's surrounded by restaurants and shops. The host provided very helpful, clear instructions and was very responsive. I highly recommend this place if you're traveling alone or with a friend.

Beautiful stay and helpful host

It is a great option for the price. The host is very friendly and willing to help. Location is top notch - quiet but very close to Hongdae with its bars, restaurants and shopping. The nearest subway station is very convenient for getting to and from the airport and getting around the city in general.

It was a great place to stay comfortably with friends! The terrace is also spacious, so it's very nice, but I'll go eat meat next time!

It's in a good location, but I don't have to worry about noise. Post office and optician store upstairs commercial building Because it was a house. The interior was pleasant and I was satisfied. I had a comfortable stay.

Five people played, and I stayed so comfortably!! There were a lot of rooms, a lot of beds, and it was so nice ~ ~ It was equipped with wine glasses, openers, and tableware, so I used it well, and I didn't have a barbecue, but there was a terrace, so it was very comfortable. There was even Netflix + YouTube on TV, so it was the best. I highly recommend it as a party room. 🎉🎉

My group of 6 adults and 1 teenager had a great time at this accommodation. The host is a friendly Korean lady who is very helpful and went the extra mile to pick us up from the bus stop (we took a bus directly from Incheon airport) and walked us to her place. The hanok looks as described, very warm and cosy despite the -4 degree nights. The toilets and rooms are very clean, spotless bedsheets, clean pillows etc.. To the host: We loved the space. Thank you for hosting us, and for the lovely breakfast you prepared for our group every morning. Hope to see you again.

A building that usually seems to be used as a dormitory or something. I liked that there was a large space, restaurants, and meeting rooms in a good location (Hongdae). Even though there were 8 people, there were a lot of good spots, so we chose each other where we wanted to go and sleep. The stairs are cute. However, even though I was prepared to look at the other reviews, the entrance slope was... huge. I thought it would be overturned up the drive up. I took a taxi because I had luggage, and only 1m in front of the entrance was accessible by car, and the walk up was almost like a rock climbing. If possible, it would be easy to access from the upper street of the house to go down and up the stairs. We had a lot of work to do, but it was really nice to have a separate meeting room with a beam projector. We sat down and had a comfortable meeting, discussing and eating sweets. There were many places to plug in the charger adapter, so we were able to charge it without noticing each other. However, since it was a bunk bed, the person sleeping on the second floor had the disadvantage of having to charge it to the outlet in the center of the first floor bed when sleeping. The bedding and dresser... it looks like it needs to be more clean. It was somewhat dusty, there were some bug corpses, and there were a few brown marks. I put a coat in the dresser, but it was a bit dusty. However, I was satisfied that there were no bed bugs. Overall, it was a very satisfactory accommodation for the price. Thank you.

JoungHwa is the most wonderful host I’ve come across in Korea. Even before we arrived, she had already prepared a list of places and attractions to help us with our planning. Yummy food, places of interest and even hair salon and local markets. She helped us book the strawberry farm visit which only allowed phone booking. Also the taxis to and from the airport. Whenever we had a question, she answered it within minutes. Truly appreciate it. Her place was so wonderful and had all the necessary amenities and more. She set up a Christmas tree and lights which added to the ambience. She even prepared breakfast for the next few days in the fridge, a lot of snacks for the kids, and heat packs. She specially bought fresh coffee beans the morning we checked in. Everything was perfect. The location is great as it only takes 15 minutes bus ride to most of the attractions. The only thing is it’s on a hill. So it’s advisable to get a taxi to bring your luggage there.

Hwang is a great host and this is a nice place to stay, right outside the subway

It was an accommodation in Itaewon, and it was quiet and nice because it was a residential area a little far from the downtown area. It was also fun to stay at the accommodation and see Itaewon Street. I'm also satisfied with the interior and kitchen utensils.

200% intention to return. This place is cleaner and cleaner than the pictures. I don't know who did the remodeled interior design inside, but I think you did a great job. I rested well and quietly. The bed is big and fluffy. The water pressure is so good and I went in the winter, and the room is very warm. The TV is big, and there's nothing missing.. I'll come again.

It was a beautiful accommodation surrounded by trees in a quiet rural village in Ganghwa-do. It was nice to meet a place that was 100% consistent with my purpose of wanting to rest quietly and relax. In each interior, props, and household items, I saw the host's care for the environment and care for nature. I also made my own coffee and tea and drank it well. There was a lawn yard, so it was good for the puppy to run around, and he responded kindly and quickly to any inquiries, and I left the charger. Thank you so much for sending the package. I didn't get the romance of visiting when it was the hottest and drinking tea and reading on the porch, but I definitely want to visit again in winter.

It was neatly organized, and the heating was turned on in advance because it was cold. It was also nice that you wrote in the instructions that you didn't have to worry about floor noise. I found a place to play comfortably with my friends, and I used it well thanks to them.

It was a fantastic and affordable staying there to us. For the location on the hill-side, we felt a little tough due to being with kids on the first day but it made us satisfy to do a kind of exercise on foot. Air conditioning was pretty good in the hot weather as well. Paul has responded on from Reservation to Checking out very well, saved the parking spot and tried to make it safe for the accommodation as well. Thank you for having us in Seoul for 2 weeks.

The place is located in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the metro station. Check in process was very smooth and the host heated up the place for us in advance so that was very nice! It has everything we needed for our short trip in Seoul and I highly recommend this place.

It’s only 15/20 min walk from lotte world and lotte tower and you can enjoy the view during that walk 🤌🏻

The place is very clean, communication was 5+, everything matched the description. The place was slightly difficult to find and I personally would suggest adding bed lights for the 2nd floor and bigger couch or more armchairs on the 1st floor.

We felt very comfortable and was a great place to stay, especially if you want a feel for a residential area. The subway was very accessible from this place!

1. Best place to stay if you love shopping in gangnam. It's pretty much close to so many restaurants and shops 2. Gaining access to public transport is super easy as the place is close the bus stops, train stations and taxi drivers are everywhere 3. The host is amazing! Mr Lee was very helpful with my inquiries and gave myself a tour around the local area. 4. The apartment was spacious with plenty of space (much bigger than the usual apartments). 5. Overall I had a blast staying there :) Would highly book it again if I were to visit Gangnam again
