Vacation rentals with a sauna in Goyang-si

The host was very kind and carefully prepared the daily necessities, so I had a comfortable stay. The building itself is old, but I can feel that you cleaned it thoroughly, it is wider than other Gangnam studios, and the location of the accommodation is strong, so if you see convenience and value for money rather than the interior, I would recommend it:)

It's about a 5-minute walk from Samsung Station and has Hyundai Department Store and COEX right in front, so the location is really great. It was nice that it was a neatly organized room. In the review, someone said that the water pressure was so strong that they laughed, but as soon as I turned on the water, I was sympathetic and laughed. I was grateful that the host responded kindly.

When I saw the decorations and props of the house, my young grandchildren loved it. There were many shops nearby, so I was able to take out and eat comfortably at the hotel. The heating was good, so I was able to sleep warmly, and the hot water came out well in the shower. I was happy that I was able to sleep comfortably the day before leaving the country.

Overall, Haewon’s place was wonderful and her communication was spectacular. Would definitely stay here again!

Best place I could've hoped for

Great place with lots of amenities and convenient location.

I had an amazing stay for the past few days! There were so many ameneties in the house that are very helpful for us such as international adapters and microwave. The rooms are very clean, as well as the kitchen and the toilet. There are many marts around the area within walkable distance and it's quite easy to navigate around with Naver Map. Only downside is that is quite difficult to climb uphill with heavy luggages as the house is located quite high up and the hills are steep. Overall a great place to stay in located in a good location. Definitely recommend! 🩷

Location is pretty near myeongdong, which is good. However; the steep slope to the residence made many taxis unwilling to drive up. With young children and old folks, the constant climbing up and down proved a challenge especially when it started snowing and parts of the slope was slippery. The basement level and the 3rd level is also separated from the main building which houses the 1st and 2nd level. Overall, Jenna has been a very helpful and responsive host who tries her best to accommodate to requests and solve problems. The rooms are clean and functional. Toilets do not have separate shower stalls so floor gets all wet. Nothing a little cleaning up can’t solve though. Washer; dryer, dish washer; microwave, kettle, water dispenser, refrigerator, induction cooker, cups, bowls, plates, utensils and cutleries were all provided. Jenna also provided extra toilet and kitchen towel rolls as well as threw in a case of tangerines for us. Heating in the house was good.

It's been a long time since I was looking for a place to gather relatives because there was a concert in the house, and I decided according to the conditions I was looking for. The house was as shown in the pictures, tidy and nice. When I contacted you, you responded quickly and kindly let me know if I had any questions. Thanks to you, the whole family had a great time. Unbelievable once in a lifetime experience we will never forget! The place is remarkably perfect in the traditional Korean style furnishings and design with 5 Star amenities and quality finishing. As a realtor in Beverly Hills, I have seen the best of what money can buy of home design and this home is nothing shy of absolute perfection and detail in design. Liz, the owner, goes above and beyond with excellent communication and responsiveness. She recommended the best coffee shops, restaurants and even offered to drive us to several locations. We declined since we never wanted to leave the peaceful private home. The neighborhood has the finest cafes and foods with views of the mountains that will not disappoint. The price was absolutely worth this experience. The only thing sad was leaving this tranquil environment. We are envious and grateful to have been able for our family to stay here.
