The ap is exactly what we needed, a block from Copacabana beach. All impeccable. Great location and the gatekeepers of the very gentle and helpful building. Enzo also very attentive and flexible with our schedules. We'll definitely be back again!

The apartment is located in one of the best addresses of Ipanema, close to good restaurants, beach and sights! The place is like the pictures and everything is very well kept and clean! The building is super safe and Alex answers us promptly!

Our experience in this Copacabana apartment was simply perfect! Since the time of arrival, we were greeted warmly by the hostess, who surprised us with a delicious welcome breakfast, showing impeccable care and attention. The accommodation is breathtaking: all very clean, organized and with a decor that mixes comfort and good taste. The location is excellent, a few steps from the beach and with easy access to everything we needed. The boys of the concierge are of a kindness only, gave us security at the entrances and exits of the apartment and many tips making the tour much better. The host was exceptional, always available to help us with any need and ensuring that our stay was quiet and enjoyable. I recommend with my eyes closed and I will definitely return on future trips to Rio de Janeiro

The apartment is excellent, comfortably accommodating up to four people. Its location is privileged, just 50 meters from the beach, which made our stay even more practical and enjoyable. It is difficult to describe how incredible it was to spend these days in this house. A very cozy house, had a room for everyone, very spacious, airy, everything, just everything in every detail was wonderful. Alem da Cristiane and Camila that were extremely helpful, Ronaldo helped us too much, and Rosana, who is a cook/cleaning, was like mother, everything was always in perfect condition, and her food is already missing. Super recommend it, it would come back a million times and I hope soon! only thank you for making our days the lightest and most unforgettable!

Where to start...? It really was an experience on the other level. From the pick-up at Felipe airport, Jeanne's warm welcome when we arrive to the last day at Casa Blanca with that unparalleled view of Rio was magical: an oasis in the middle of the city, full of peace and relaxation. It was worth every climb up hahaha (the place is high, it clearly describes it in the listing so be prepared to breathe, sweat a little, gaze at the landscape and use your legs), but watching the sunset from the balcony has been surprising. A special mention to Cristina and Marcela, ¡Que mujeres maravillosas! The photos are as is, the safe location, five minutes from the Sheraton Hotel and ten minutes from Leblon, you can walk, take an uber or buses if you get the RioCard. Without a doubt, to return to the city, it will be a mandatory stop. Thank you Jeanne for sharing your magical space ❤️

Good value, very spacious. The host allowed for a late check in which was very convenient as my flight arrived late. The airbnb is located in a residential neighborhood that is further away from the tourist areas. You can walk 15 minutes to the closes metro station (not at night though) or take an uber relatively easily. If you are a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs. Overall, a comfortable stay with everything you need and a good value.

This place is not a cool house, it is an EXTRAORDINARY environment! Summarir the details is literally impossible, I felt that every corner of the house brought a different feel. Almost as if each room told a story! This story that I wrote on my family vacations and I feel very happy with the choice I made about the place. It's a place that brings a greater sense of security than the others I've been around. All very close by car, like gym, supermarket, pharmacy and even restaurant. I found it lovely in the pictures. But personally this place is very magical. Only gratitude 🙏🏻🩷

The only thing that should be emphasized for quenestao guests going for the first time in Niterói is that the beaches that are good for bathing, are the oceanic ones, a little further from the Ingá district, approximately 13 km. Even so, I'll definitely come back more often!

The apartment is perfect! It’s close to the beach and easy walk to shops, restaurants and bars. The view is outstanding and is the highlight of the stay. Definitely recommend and I’d love to stay there again.

Amei everything! The place is excellent, the neighborhood is quiet and has several amenities nearby, such as shopping and other services. The condominium is impeccable, offering everything: restaurants, bakery, choperia, beauty salon, whirlpool, amazing pool and a breathtaking view. The apartment is super cozy, with a wonderful sofa (for a long time we did not watch TV, but the quality of the image, the pay channels and the comfort of the sofa made us enjoy a lot). I highly recommend it to those who are traveling with children; it is a much more peaceful and pleasant option than staying in Copacabana, I who already know the sights and did not want to visit again, the bar was ideal! 😊

All ok, the flat is well located in Barra, the condominium has everything, bars, bakery, market and corresponds to the advertisement, only the condominium pools need renovation, but to stay and have fun peacefully.
