A very comfortable place, three bedrooms, four beds, two full bathrooms, very equipped kitchen, washer, TVs, everything you need for your stay. Lurdes is wonderful, great proactive communication and responsive, very kind person. The house is in a very quiet street with small and nice restaurants just a block away. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in São Romão or Seia area. Thanks to Lurdes for being so attentive and letting us stay at your very nice place.

The house is big and very charming, with beautiful old furniture, fireplaces, a big kitchen and a big garden (with orange trees and donkeys coming by). At the same time, everything has been renovated, so the bathrooms etc are very modern. There is a bakery and a small shop next door, but the village is very quiet. We really loved our stay in Joao's house - it was much more than expected and we would gladly come back one day! Thank you!

We have been two families, five days, very comfortable. Comfortable apartment with covered basic amenities. André provided us with an Italian coffee maker since we are not to use capsules. Close and open treatment of André in communication.

A repeat experience! I was previously contacted if we learned the time of entry to the house and when we arrived home there was a super cozy temperature in every division. Linda made a point of leaving a basket of products from the area that were wonderful. The super-equipped kitchen, like everything needed for a stay and family and friends. The whole dwelling was well taken care of, clean and with various details that made us feel at home.

The space is great! A super cozy house, very warm for the cold days of the mountain! Very well equipped! Pena to have only one night!

The accommodation is perfect, very large, very clean, beautiful. The whole neighborhood is beautiful. The host is a very good guest. It's like my very elegant luxury dream house. I recommend it to everyone, it is the best quality to travel or live for sure that if we come back to this accommodation, the best of my life than in love with the accommodation ❤️

It was a fantastic stay, in a different space but very cozy and perfect to escape the city. The home was beautiful and so was all the common spaces. The great pool and perfect for relaxing in privacy and in the middle of nature. Thank you ☺️

We greatly enjoyed our stay (in May 2024)in this apartment. There is plenty of space, everything is clean and tastefully decorated. We found it a shame not to be able to access the garden... The unusable pool (as specified in the description because we were only in May) despite 30 degrees outside. We still adapted...a little disappointed. The real downside for us was the quality of the bedding. In both double bedrooms, the mattresses should be changed, we had back pain when we tried both beds. The children's room was pretty comfortable though. To know if you are bringing children, there is no playground, outdoor recreation... the pools are open only from June and no matter the outside temperature.

Great apartment, very cozy, both myself and my family, we like it very much and we have plans to return soon.

We booked for 8 people and had the entire villa, but there were only 3 bedrooms in the main villa. An additional bedroom with its own kitchen was offered separately. The separate room was amazing, but it would’ve been better if this setup was mentioned in the listing. The property was very clean and exceeded expectations. Carlos, our host, was helpful and quickly resolved a short circuit and fire alarm issue, even providing extra wood for the fireplace to compensate. On checkout day, the water pipes froze, leaving us without water. Carlos responded quickly, but it delayed our plans as we checked out late. This was inconvenient, and I hope measures are taken to avoid this in winter. Despite these issues, the stay was great, and I would return. Clearer communication in the listing and winter-proofing would make this property perfect!

Memorable stay!!! We loved the house (which was very clean), the pool was perfect and very well maintained, the view... The environment was very beautiful and calm. We will keep a very good memory of our vacation and meeting the parents of Romeu who live next door to the house. We felt like we were welcomed by our family, they are a lovely couple, very kind, warm and concerned about the well-being of their tenants. I stayed for a weekend a couple with the aim of staying with a view of the mountains and going to get to know the surroundings a little and we were very well received, super helpful and considerate. We were allowed places to visit in the vicinity and the friendliness as well as the availability were always present on the part of both of them. Casa that matches the photos, which does not always happen and with a tremendous quiet. I recommend

Great location, spacious and cozy house, the basement is exceptional and we take the opportunity to barbacue after the visit to Loriga River Beach.

Beautiful private spot. Paul was amazingly helpful and communicative, any queries answered immediately but also he didnt invade our personal space. Perfect balance. Amazing host. Very relaxed and the house had all the amenities we could want. Definitely recommend.
