Childfriendly house close to sea and city center

There are two options to get into the city center. 1. 10-15min walk to bus stop "Beryllgatan". From here you take bus 50 Brunnsgatan. The bus takes 14 min to city center of Gothenburg. 2. 5min walk to bus stop "Melongatan". From here you take bus 90 Frölunda Torg. This bus takes about 8 min. From Frölunda Torg there are several diffrent options depending where you are heading. Bus takes about 20 min in to city center of Gothenburg. There is also trams to take in to city center. Takes about the same time depending where you wana go in town. Frölunda Torg is a major hub for buses and trams.

Townhouse of 130 sqm with four bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room on the upper floor. Two bathrooms with shower. Dining table can be extended with seating for 8 people. To the house there is a parking space. Nearby is also a swimming pool and ice rink. Cleaning is done before check-out of the tenant. Sheets and towels is to be brought by your guests.

Family friendly townhouse close to the city/sea.

Welcome to our house in the western part of Göteborg. Here, you are close to both the city (which you reach by bus in 10 minutes) and the sea (which will take you about 5 minutes by car). The house is suitable for about 8 people or two families. It’s a quiet neighbourhood with playgrounds and football fields nearby and we also have a supermarket just down the street about 300 meters from the house. Will have easy access to everything from this centrally located accommodation, but still close to nature by the meadow farms, botanicals and Slottskogen. In the first floor, there is a fully equipped open plan kitchen to the living room with exit to the garden. There is also a TV room and a toilet. On the second floor there is a bathroom with 1 large shower and a separate toilet. 2 large bedrooms, both with double beds and exit to balcony. Behind the house is a lush garden with seating.

Our house i situated in a nice and calm area. The house have a modern kitchen, three large bedrooms and a big living room. A spa with sauna, one bathroom o with bathtub and toilet. One toilet on the first floor. Sunny terrace and a balcony. 5 min walk to the tram from the house. It is 5 min with tram to Liseberg and 10 min to center. There is a pathway through the woods that takes you to Delsjön in 20 min. 5 min from the house you find a small grocery store and restaurants.

This is a small oasis in a quiet townhouse area, only 20 minutes ride from Sweden's second largest city of Gothenburg. It is close to lake, nature and the pulse of the big city, with Lerum's most well-stocked grocery store within short walking distance. In other words, there's almost something for everyone. For the day we live four people here, mom Åsa with three sons. We also have a cat that lives with us. If you come by car, there is a garage that you can use.

Semi-detached house about 10 min from Gbg city. Several patios with ample room for lovely barbecue nights. On the patio find a Weber gas grill. On the terrace in the front, there is a large lounge group. A garage driveway for 2 cars. In the area there is an Ica store, a bakery, 3 pizzerias and a sushi bar. It is 5 min walk to the bus stop which takes you into the city center in about 10 min. We have a code lock that allows for no-person check-in if desired!

Charming house with a sunny terrace

Välkommen till Mariedalsvägen! Här bor du lugnt, nära skog och natur men också nära till de charmiga torgen i Alingsås och livsmedelsbutiker. Bara runt hörnet ligger E20 som på under 30 minuter tar dig till Göteborg. Vi har vår privata parkering med plats för 2 bilar och vi har två cyklar ni gärna får låna.
