Vinay's place was super spacious with a great view, easy access and safe. It is also in a very nice area in Mumbai which is close enough to the main city to be convenient but also far away enough to feel private. There are many many great restaurants and bars a stone's throw away from the flat. Cleaners come in every morning and the property is well looked after. Thank you Vinay!

The host as well as care taker both were very active & responses immediately for any requirement, it's in one of the best location, linking road market is very near anyone can book auto from the street and go to the market. rest all were outstanding in the property.

very peaceful stay in the green lungs of Mumbai. Everything was clean and exactly as described in the listing. I especially loved how Samrat has turned the walls of the room into a space for guests to scribble thoughts and leave messages. If you're looking for a nice, budget-friendly BnB, this one is it.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy and well-maintained apartment. Sabeena is an excellent host who communicates promptly and made the entire process seamless. Very well furnished and great interior , best in a city like Mumbai , it comes with all kinds of utensils and cutlery and the best thing in the apartment was the PS4 , very chill and cozy vibes. A must stay apartment.

Pavan was very responsive. His flat was clean and well arranged. Everything was good. Internet TV was a nice touch. The flat was smaller than what we expected. When we arrived we had to wait outside for 15 min as Pavan was coming down from 16 th floor. However after that it was very smooth. Pavan was always very prompt...in answering our queries, providing small things like hooks, tea, hand wash etc. Overall I will say it was pleasant stay, worth the price for two people but may be a bit congested for three people. We enjoyed Pavan's hospitality and thank him for everything.

Seema and Javid have not only been wonderful hosts but also a good advisor for guests coming from other states or overseas. They have been very responsive and proactive for the safety and comfort of their guests. Property Manager Arif and Caretaker Vishal have been following the footsteps of Seema and Javid. Good place to stay for business traveller's or families who want to have a homely feeling while visiting Mumbai. I recently stayed at an Sibu's Airbnb located in a posh locality of Malad West, and I must say, it was an excellent experience! The area was surrounded by all the basic stores and shops, making it extremely convenient for daily needs. Security-wise, it felt very safe and secure throughout my stay, giving me peace of mind. The apartment itself was perfect for a cozy and relaxing stay, offering a beautiful Green Mumbai View that was truly refreshing. Sibu went above and beyond by ensuring everything was in place. A maid came daily to clean, which kept the place spotless. The kitchen had all the essential amenities, and the bathroom was immaculate. The host was polite, supportive, and always ready to assist, making the experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay in Mumbai!
