Vacation rentals with a kayak in Golden Bay / Mohua

A stay we will remember. The place is beautiful and thoughtfully designed and furnished, great open views of the bay and great location. We had a wonderful chilled and relaxing stay here.

We had an incredible week staying in Tata in this batch. Loved our stay and the house was perfect! Kylie was very responsive and proactive in her communication. We would love to stay again!

This was a great peaceful place to stay. It allowed us to spread out and enjoy the rural surrounds. The property exceeded our expectations and Alistair was very responsive. To our questions. The new outdoor baths were a favourite, as were the multiple parts of the deck to enjoy at different times of the day.

This is a beautiful place set in an amazing location at the foot of a forest reserve with walking and biking tracks. lovely private back yard with huge entertaining space. Saw lots of wildlife around, birds and rabbits. 10 mins walk through bush or empty road to stunning beach, shop and restaurants. Would definitely go back.

Great place for our family group, the large family bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs suited our families requirements perfectly. Great secure outdoor space for kids.

Fantastic home absolutely loved our stay. I feel the photos truly didn’t do the view justice, it was magic just amazing so much better in person. Having a morning coffee on the veranda everyday looking at that view, how could you not get into holiday mode! Lots to do in the area, 5 minute walk if that to beach and restaurants. Lovely clean home and fabulous hosts great communication would absolutely stay again. Also thanks so much for the goodies on arrival 😁

River Road Retreat was a delight to stay at, and Peter and Rebecca lovely hosts. The cottage is beautiful, clean and in a gorgeous setting surrounded by fields, and with stunning views to the hills in the distance. We loved the welcome bottle of wine and yummy nibbles, as well as the delicious breakfast served every morning. The air is fresh and clean, the water absolutely pure, and after three days we’ve returned home refreshed and reenergised. Wonderful!! Big thanks from us!!!

Great place to stay. Very very clean with all the amenities plus more that you may need. Beds super comfy and Tineke went above and beyond to make our stay extra great!

Was a lovely location & ideal facilities for what we wanted. Hosts were very friendly & it was a nice restful haven to come back to each day after going to busy well known beach areas nearby to meet up with family each day. Thoroughly recommend it.
