Bijay and Bibek are great host and very friendly. The property was spacious and clean. They also helped with the local trip packages etc.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, thanks to the cleaning staff who did an amazing job and were so kind. The location was super convenient, with a shop right in front of the gate, making it easy to grab anything we needed. The host also thought of every little detail there were glasses for wine, whiskey, and juice, as well as all the plates and utensils we could possibly need, which made our stay even more comfortable. Everything about this place was perfect, and I had no issues at all. I enjoyed it so much that Im going to book it again for July. Can’t wait to return!!

I had a great stay in this apartment ! I could have stayed there for months because I felt so good in it. The sun coming into the accommodation is a very positive point during the winter, as well as the very pleasant rooftop ! The accommodation also has several warm blankets. Everything is well thought out. The kitchen is perfect for cooking. I also celebrated Christmas in this accommodation, in good company and we were able to cook without any problem. Aashraya was a great host, and also a guest for Christmas ! I will keep very good memories of my stay in Kathmandu, partly thanks to this superb place and the friendliness of Aashraya. 😀

Would definitely stay here again. Amazing spacious place in peaceful and quiete neighborhood. Walking distance from Thamel. Hosts were very helpful and responded withing minutes.

Located within walking distance of the city zoo, this nice apartment is a great place if you need to do some remote work while you are in town. There are several nice restaurants within easy walking distance and in the evening the streets were quite quiet. The two bedrooms were large and clean with an open living/dining room. It was the perfect space for us to travel to different parts of town and be able to come home and do our work. We look forward to staying there the next time we are in town.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Shristee's place! The apartment was more spacious than I expected, it was clean and well-equipped. The location was perfect, it was close to Jhamsikhel, with plenty of lovely shops and restaurants within walking distance. Communication with Shristee and her mom, Jayanti, was very easy. They were incredibly accommodating, promptly addressing any requests or questions we had. Since we stayed for three weeks, they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, providing extra bed sheets, towels, additional kitchen items, and even a small bathtub for my 5-month-old. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay. We’d gladly return for another visit!

My family and I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The host went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. They were incredibly accommodating to our needs, ensuring that everything was tailored to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We requested heaters, and they provided us with the necessary immediately and even helped us to set it up. As we travelled with a toddler and needed a pail and small bucket for his showering arrangements, they accommodated our request immediately. They made us feel extremely welcomed and provided us with our needs with a big smile. The host accomodated to out late check out request with no additional cost. We were really grateful for this as it helped me to handle my child's needs easily. Excellent accommodation, weekly cleaning, boiler with water, lots of dishes and kitchen appliances. Excellent, friendly and helpful host: Ami helped me with my luggage, met me and saw me off. I also received some recommendations from him on local restaurants and the market, recommend!

I and my wife Stayed at Amar’s place for a week and was left wishing we could stay longer. Everything right from the beginning went swimmingly well. Amar was very responsive providing all instructions to get to the apartment and check in process. Once at the apartment, we were greeted by Suresh we was very professional at dealing with any of our requests very swiftly. The property itself was well maintained and clean with good proportioned bedroom, living room, kitchen and private bathroom, exactly as described. The property is located in a quite area but within a walkable distance to cash machine, grocery store, nice restaurants (Thakali, Korean etc), pretty coffee shops and good taxi (Pathao) availability if required. We would highly recommend this place for anyone that wants a peaceful and convenient stay in Kathmandu.

Perfect place to stay in Boudhanath--close to the stupa, quiet location (which is rare for the area), and beautiful clean rooms.

Uttam was the kindest and most hospitable host I had, his family was extremely generous and welcoming! They always cared a lot for our wellbeing and made sure we have everything we need. The house is very spacious, air conditioning worked very well, we had hot water, drinking water, android tv. I enjoyed so much staying here, I even had a family dinner with Uttam family and had an amazing conversation together. Much love and gratitude!

Apartment was very cool and clean. Cozy as well. Modern place. Only thing I would change was the bathroom. But overall it was good :)

The place was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Both husband and wife were incredibly responsive and provided excellent local recommendations. We felt right at home and would definitely book again on our next visit to Kathmandu.
