Bijay and Bibek are great host and very friendly. The property was spacious and clean. They also helped with the local trip packages etc.

The listing has stunning views, and is really well done up on the inside. The host is really very gracious & accommodative. We sadly had to cut our stay short due to some hygiene & ammenity issues at the listing. The host was having a bad day, with some electricity/water issues (which were mostly down to bad luck on the day), but still was very patient & understanding of our concerns and went out of their way to support us. I'm sure that the host would work on the maintenance/hygiene feedback. This is a really good & cosy listing (and will be even better once maintenance/hygiene feedback is taken into account), and I would definitely love to try it again next time I'm in Kathmandu!

I love this little gem in Kathmandu - Jason and his family make you feel at home every moment. They were helping me with every single detail during my stay. The place itself is even more beautiful than pictures and the little community around makes a super quiet cozy and homy environment I will be definitely back (and very soon) Thanks!

Would definitely stay here again. Amazing spacious place in peaceful and quiete neighborhood. Walking distance from Thamel. Hosts were very helpful and responded withing minutes.

Apartment was very cool and clean. Cozy as well. Modern place. Only thing I would change was the bathroom. But overall it was good :)

Located within walking distance of the city zoo, this nice apartment is a great place if you need to do some remote work while you are in town. There are several nice restaurants within easy walking distance and in the evening the streets were quite quiet. The two bedrooms were large and clean with an open living/dining room. It was the perfect space for us to travel to different parts of town and be able to come home and do our work. We look forward to staying there the next time we are in town.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Rem Maya and her family for their warm hospitality and clear communication. I truly appreciated being picked up from the airport upon my first arrival, which eased my concerns about finding the location. The area itself is very quiet, with narrow streets that help minimize traffic. Once you become familiar with the New Baneshwor area, the location proves to be quite convenient. I enjoyed my stay, and booked the next for another week when I returned to Kathmandu. I look forward to returning in the future.

Absolutely stunning property! The mountain views from the living room window are breathtaking. The private terrace was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the fresh air. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. They made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kathmandu. It's a true gem!

Clean and peaceful stay with a few unavoidable insects as the unit is on the lowest floor. Joe was very responsive in answering qns & sharing tips. Apartment is bright and has plenty of space. Drinking water and coffee were provided. To go to the unit, one needs to walk down a flight of metal stairs. If the luggage is very heavy, it may be a problem. A couple of power trips occurred but were restored within minutes.

Great place to stay I a calm and lively area. Restaurants and shops are close by and the Thamel district is just a footstep away. The host is super kind and tries to arrange everything you need. His boy is adorable and opened and fully explained us the apartment. Thanks for the wonderful stay at your place.

Eten's apartment is really clean and beautiful, very close to the Swayambhunath Temple you can hear lots of prayers and singing from really early mornings. One of the rooms didn't have air-conditioning but we actually didn't need it because the nights weren't really hot. Eten was really friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this apartment.

Nice spot with lots of privacy and quiet surroundings in spite of being close to a busy road - Jyoti the host is friendly and super responsive he also has great respect of you being a guest and wouldn’t enter the property without your approval -

Uttam was the kindest and most hospitable host I had, his family was extremely generous and welcoming! They always cared a lot for our wellbeing and made sure we have everything we need. The house is very spacious, air conditioning worked very well, we had hot water, drinking water, android tv. I enjoyed so much staying here, I even had a family dinner with Uttam family and had an amazing conversation together. Much love and gratitude!

Lilen’s place was fabulous. If you want an authentic home away from home, this is it. We felt like we were experiencing Nepali life, watching neighbours from the balcony and listening to the city’s surrounds. It’s about 20minute walk to Thamel and 40min Dubar Square which means that the hustle and bustle of tourist focus centres aren’t far off but far enough away that you feel local and neighbourly. Lilen’s family were warm and welcoming and only a message away. The place was clean and comfortable and we had no issues.

We loved this place! It was very central and the host was very accommodating. Great spot to enjoy the very best of Kathmandu. Lay out of the apartment was great.
