A lovely house in a beautiful location. So calm and peaceful. Felt like it was an upmarket and quite exclusive place to stay. Fabulous big garden with the pool, sun beds, hot tub and gazebo area. All provided lots of opportunities to enjoy the sunshine and all enclosed behind a beautiful bamboo fence. We went to 2 restaurants and our favourite was the Cadianda; very friendly and great for lunch and dinner. And we visited antik Cadianda thanks to the lovely local taksi man, recommended by Alper. Very little excavation to date and the remains are scattered over a wide area in a huge pine forest. So tranquil and some of the structures are fabulous. Alper is a brilliant host. Kind, informative and very pleasant. We are looking forward to returning as soon as we can.

Very cute village house, everything you need in the house. It has a magnificent garden. It is right in Kayaköy and on foot, you can easily reach everything you need and you have the opportunity to visit the historical Kayaköy. 20 min by car to the city center I recommend going to the cold water bay, we love it. We are always traveling with our dog. The garden of the house is very suitable for the dog. But we had a very sad incident the day we checked in. Our dog beat up one of the chickens around the house and killed him. We also apologize to my host for this again. Also, thank you so much for your understanding. I am really sorry. In summary, we came back with a lot of pleasure from our holiday. Be sure to experience this house. I love it. Happy holidays to everyone in advance.

This place is absolutely amazing, we initially planned to stay here for two days, however we decided to stay for longer due to how homely everything felt. The home itself is beautiful, it was extremely clean and contained everything we needed to feel extremely comfortable. The host was extremely eloquent and handling everything so well, he even offered to assist us with advice for the rest of our trip around Turkey. Despite the area being beautiful and peaceful, there are lots of supermarkets within a 4 minute walk away alongside a pharmacy and everything else needed for a completely comfortable stay. The host even offered us freshly baked cookies! Can't wait to visit again later this year :)

When we reached the house with our family of 3 and our dog, Ms. Gülden and Mr. Yusuf welcomed us very warmly. The house was spotlessly clean and very tidy. Everything a home should have, and even more, was available. The house was cool because it was a little high altitude in terms of location and on the edge of the forest. Which allowed us not to be overwhelmed by the heat and sleep comfortably. We didn't feel the need to turn on the AC at all. The garden was quite large and surrounded by a fence. Our dog enjoyed it freely in the yard. The pool was small but enjoyable It was ideal to start the day fit in the morning. The surroundings were very quiet and peaceful. There was no sound other than the occasional distant dog barking. Our hosts were caring. They often asked if we needed anything. The only address we will stay in when we come to Fethiye. We would like to thank Ms. Gülden and Mr. Yusuf for everything.

The host, Mr. Kamil and Ms. Havva, were as close as a phone call and interested in any of your needs or requests. The place to stay was both a private and safe neighborhood. In general, the house had all kinds of equipment to meet your daily needs. If you are traveling with your private vehicle, you can relax more about transportation.

Everything was considered until the arrival of refreshments in the refrigerator, disposable hotel slippers, shampoo conditioner in the bathroom. The host was very helpful and very professional with everything. This is the first time we've seen an airbnb so clean. Everything was brand new and complete.(There was a smart TV, coffee maker, toaster, etc.) The amenities and location of the house were incredible. It was 3 minutes drive to the marina. In short, we were very satisfied with everything. We didn't have any trouble with anything. You can go with your eyes closed. If we could visit Gocek again, it was definitely a place we would prefer again.

Can was extremely approachable before our trip and whilst we were in Dalyan . His mother Arife was equally as approachable considering her limited English . She was a kind lady always willing to help ! On our final day she came to say goodbye and offered us water melon . The pool is well maintained , the maintenance guy comes every second day . The neighbourhood is peaceful but within easy walking distance to the town and supermarkets. The weekly Saturday market is 300 metres away so very close to get all your fruit and vegetables. I highly recommend Can’s property and we will return to this oasis in Dalyan.

We really enjoyed staying at Erol’s place. The location is convenient, even though there is no public transportation nearby, but taxis arrive very quickly, and for 400 lira you can get to the city center. The beach is within walking distance from the house, but we also visited many other beaches around Fethiye. Erol was always available and helped with any questions we had. Thank you! We hope to come back again.

We were extremely pleased with the house and the host we stayed in. Everything was thought out and complete in the house; the cleanliness, order and comfort were really perfect. There were four of us at the accommodation. The place was very clean and exceeded our expectations beyond our expectations. Everything was super nice and very private. The hosts were so sweet and helpful. For German standards, the accommodation was very upscale, luxurious and lovingly furnished. Everything is available in kitchen and the electrical appliances were all clean and new. The bedrooms were both air-conditioned. The space was nicer than the pictures in the ad.

Ali was a fantastic host to us. He was a great help with our check in and leaving. The apartment was spacious. clean, well-equipped, and very affordable. Highly recommended!

One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed so far . Everything is as described. Magical place to relax and unwind. The whole house has a meditative, positive and calming vibe. Enjoy, the beautiful sunset on the terrace with a glass of wine or the panoramic views of Kabak Bay. The host Nazim is great he is always around to help. I highly recommend this place. Mr. Tufan is not just a host but "a role model for those involved in tourism".... I have no words for the house (it has everything and even more than a family will need) we are a family of four persons and we felt like we were in our own home.... We had a great time and every concern I had.... For example: To call a good restaurant for the eve of the year.... I have to say that i am a big fan of Gökbel region and the view of the apartment was the main reason i booked it. Place is pretty much like it is listed. View is super nice and the terrace is super comfortable. Both iztuzu and kargıcak bays are within driving range. I would definetely recommend this place if the host solves the little issue with hot water. It is a little hard to find the balance between burning hot and cold water. Overally we enjoyed our 3 days stay and it will be a good option on my next visit to the region.

We had a lovely holiday at Okan's house. It was really helpful during the booking process and during the stay. The house is 10 minutes to Oludeniz beach. Just above the world-famous valley of Butterfly. It has a very large area of land. The pool attendant arrives early in the morning and cleans the pool. Every point of the house dominates the sea view and the spectacular sunset view. We've accumulated beautiful memories here. We will be back. Many thanks :)
