Very privat and big, better by car but has a close supermarket and the beach is only 15 min away.

The house is generously sized and nicely decorated. The amenities are almost complete, we didn't lack anything. The rooms are large. The house is quiet and you can walk about 5 minutes to the very beautiful Baltic Sea beach. We liked everything very much and we highly recommend this place.

We have already booked the small house for the second time. It's a small house half with a great garden. It's very quiet, away from it all. There is a possibility to barbecue. The kitchen is very well equipped, everything you need is available. We definitely prefer to arrive with a car, so you are much more flexible. A special thank you to Piotr in terms of communication. It was just great.

House is amazing for families! We were there with three families over the weekend and had children from 1-6 years with us. It was very great! Super child-proof with plastic dishes, high chair and stair protection, as well as playground in the garden. For the older ping pong table, billiard table and super sauna. A small aunt Emma shop in the village provides you with the most necessary. I'm sure we'll be back!

The space is modern and clean. Marzena was easily accessible for questions. You should have a car, but if you are looking for peace and quiet, you will definitely find it here. The fenced garden for the dogs a big plus.

Magda and Pawel have made a little paradise there. The houses have everything you need. The sea is around the corner, supermarket around the corner. Car is not needed. The house we were in is super nice, modern, cozy, you can also retreat. Working wifi. Everything just right. And the two are super nice, you feel picked up on the first contact. A beautiful, stylishly decorated house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We stayed for a week, 4 adults and two children and had a great time. The kitchen if fully furnished, you will find everything you need (maybe except a microwave - missed that). Everything was absolutely clean, the place is really quiet, great for a family holiday. Didn´t try out the pool, but the playground (2mins away) was a great hit with our 2 and 5 year old. The sea is about 15-20mins by foot and the beach is wonderful - wide, clean, with beautiful sand. The area is much less crowded than some more central parts.

The place is amazing. Very well equipped, very clean and perfectly furnished. Pan is responsive and very polite to messages. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to stay at Pan's next time in Kołobrzeg. See you soon, hopefully:)

A great place, well above our expectations. High standard of living and entire housing estate. Security, pool ; top notch. Contact with the owner quick and no problem. 3 shops about 5 minutes walk away. Dinner table with homemade dinners, 2 minutes from the apartment. We'll be back. Highly recommend!!!

Uday stay. Self check-in is a very convenient form. The keys to the apartment and trash were hidden in the lockbox. We were easily given instructions on how to check in. The apartment is modern, clean, and exactly as described. Free parking across the street, where there were always free parking spaces, and a city bike station right next to it. The location turned out to be very convenient. There are restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as a park where we can easily and quickly get to the sea. Also close to shops. We were traveling with a dog, so the proximity to the park was important to us. Thank you for your hospitality and we recommend this place to others.

We were very pleased. A very nice apartment just off the Baltic Sea. I can definitely recommend. We would definitely come again. :)

The apartment is nicely decorated, very clean the beds were very comfortable for us. It was particularly positive that there are many things for the beach in the apartment. Umbrellas, chairs, sand toys and much more. In addition, there were more sets of the normal towel and bedding. In the kitchen there is everything important. It could have been more knives and plates - 1 set each, otherwise it will be a little scarce between breakfast and dinner. The host was quick in communication and always helpful. She speaks German, English and Polish, which was very convenient for us. A car parking space is available and the location is ideal for a short way to the beach.

I would recommend it. There were four of us with 2 kids and they slept great on the pull-out sofa, there was enough space. What I loved was that the accommodation has a great terrace with sufficient expiration for the boys(4 +7y). 10/10 was that you had 2 beach chairs there with a windbreak, a volleyball, beach ball game and board games on site. The basics in the kitchen were available(sugar,salt,pepper,oil,coffee+filters,tea various, soap,etc.)really great!! Everything is fine, clean, equipped. Distance just to the sea. Easy to negotiate. Pool heated by advantage. Parking on premises. Shop within reach. Friendly host. Perfect conditions. We were happy.

We enjoyed our stay very much, but unfortunately they probably renovated a panel house across the street, and it was noisy every day. There's not much to do in the city, maximum walk to the harbor. We drove to the sea daily to Svinoústi. The kitchen was well-equipped and we didn't miss anything. Thank you so much for a great stay.

Krzystof's apartment is highly recommended. Very aesthetic and cozy. The apartment is very bright due to the location, but also protected from sun due to the construction. Especially at high temperatures a great advantage. All rooms have blackout curtains. The balcony is nice and big. The bathroom is great with a rain shower and a large wall mirror. In the bathroom there is also a washing machine. Krzystof is a very enjoyable and always very easily accessible host. We lacked nothing. We would love to come back.
