Cozy little modern apartment near downtown Denver. The location is great if you want to checkout the surrounding areas. Drivable distance to Colo Spngs, Breckenridge, Boulder, and downtown. The location is nice to walk around, got a lot of nearby parks, and restaurants. Would definitely recommend some pizza at Fat Sully’s (2 min walk from airbnb) and Tacos Jalisco (about a 15 minute walk)

The room is very nice, the kitchen utensils and kitchen utensils are very well equipped, the kitchen and bathroom are also very clean, and it is also very warm to stay in winter. There are supermarkets such as target and walmart in the surroundings, and it is also very easy to drive to the freeway and to park back. Overall felt very good, recommended

I loved staying at Sue's place. The photos can't quite capture how bright and spacious it feels, even though it's a cozily small apartment. The bathroom is especially accommodating, with two sinks and a beautiful shower. There are windows all around, so the place is full of natural light during the day, and there are multiple options for keeping it bright at night (including excellent night lights). And it's really free of decorative clutter, so there's room to spread out your own stuff for a comfortable long stay. Thank you, Sue, and I hope to stay there again on my next trip!

This was a LOVELY place to stay in Littleton, CO. We hope to stay here whenever we visit our son. The home was very clean with wonderful soft beds. Great HOT shower with lots of towels. The kitchenette would be great for longer stay. We had a great time.

There’s too much to state, but I will start with the cleanliness. I consider myself OCD when it comes to certain items. Marilyn’s home is 100% OCD friendly in terms of very detailed cleanliness! She was the perfect host! She checked in on us to make sure we were absolutely satisfied. The home is even better than described! If you look around, you can find anything you can possibly expect for a modern and functional home to contain. I would not only recommend Marilyn’s home, but I am going to go out of my way to share my experience so others can experience this beautiful, picturesque, quiet, and inviting place! Veronica’s place was central for all of our holiday activities in The Denver metro- she was proactive and helpful with communication and went out of her way to make sure our family was satisfied. Highly recommend!

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay. Very comfortable environment to return to after long days of exploring the Denver area. Aracely was very easy to reach when questions needed to be answered. The home was super clean and possessed everything we could have possibly needed. Would gladly return!

We had such a wonderful stay at this Airbnb property. The instructions were clear and made our stay convenient. The layout of the house was perfect, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax. The media room, hot tub, and exercise room were fantastic amenities that we thoroughly enjoyed. The kitchen supplies were well-stocked, making it easy to prepare meals. The cleanliness and safety of the location were also top-notch. Overall this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had, and I would give it a five-star rating across the board. The hostess kindness and hospitality were truly appreciated, and I look forward to staying at this property again in the future.

I have stayed in several units at this complex in the past and this by far was the best! Beautiful view of the mountains each morning and evening! Quiet and private. Bed was extremely comfortable. Will definately be booking this unit again!

Clean residence in walkable neighborhood. Ample space to cook. Good host communication. Nice to have designated parking space. Earplugs provided in bedside tables, recommend for garbage collection day. Overall enjoyed our stay. Would recommend for friends who don’t mind sharing a wall and bathroom.

Great place overall, had many things we could use. The place was very cozy and it felt like another part of my own home. The surrounding area is something else though, the neighborhood is not something I like to stay long for since I saw a lot of homeless people. Other than that, the air bnb I got was perfect!

We enjoyed our first visit here so much we made sure to stay here again ! Great location and very clean place. Mark is always very responsive and helpful with any questions you may have. Also, flexible with our check-in we landed a little earlier than we were supposed to and was very kind enough to let us check in early. Will definitely try and stay here on our next visit if it’s available.

very quaint condo, felt very at home. Dani was very responsive and gave clear directions on how to find and get inside her place. everything was clean and smelled great. it's a very pet friendly environment and you'll hear dogs barking from time to time but aside from that it was a pretty quiet area and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony! Great experience will be looking at staying here again in the future
