Fabulous 3-bed Holy Loch Home

MarcoRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Absolutely lovely house in a beautiful location overlooking Holy Loch. We felt right at home after a few hiking trails and fishing on the piers and lochs of Argyll. The house was in pristine condition and had everything we needed. Could not ask for more! Glad to know there is an excellent place to stay next time we want to explore more of the Argyll islands, highly recommend!

We had a wonderful New Year here. The stunning and ever changing views across the Clyde from the large living room windows are excellent. A great place to relax, draw and spot wildlife. The place is spacious and plenty of room for 2 couples. This is our 2nd stay and we loved it.

Luxury Waterside Lodge on Loch Lomond, Scotland

LouiseRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Mel’s place is nothing short of incredible. From the minute we booked to the minute we left Mel was friendly, accommodating and helpful. The welcome hamper was perfect for us and very generous. The place itself is idyllic. It feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere but yet you have everything you want and need on your doorstep. The house is clean, well equipped, comfortable, warm (we stayed in February!) and has lots of high quality features. The view over the loch is incredible and changes everytime you look at it which only made the whole trip even better. We managed a boat trip with Cruise Loch Lomond on Mel’s recommendation and a walk up to the hydroelectric station again, on Mel’s recommendation. Both amazing experiences. I would recommend a stop at the farm shop in Luss for some square sausage and rolls for breakfast. Thanks Mel 🙂 Lou, Darius and the kids.

Luxury holiday home with hot tub & games room.

GillianRating, 5 stars4 days ago
We had a great stay at Gleann FIA. Great big kitchen to cook in with all utensils. Private back garden to use the hot tub but the best bit of all was the games room/bar upstairs - where we spent our time in the evening with the kids and big kids. Thanks again - I’m sure we will be back.

Historic cottage next to loch lomond Luss

JanetRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Excellent location. Beautiful view of Loch Lomond. Just what we needed to break a long journey. Very comfortable cottage, nicely furnished. Perfect garden for sitting out, with fabulous vews. We enjoyed breakfast in sunshine! Only improvement would be for Jinjin to gain advice about the open fire baskets, & maybe to get better fitting ones.

Cardwell Bay Gourock

AgnetaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Had fantastic time in Lisa's flat even with Storm Eowyn keeping us indoors on the Friday. This is the second time I have booked it the first being for my son, daughter & son-in-law for my father's funeral. This time it was for my sister and myself. Can't complement it enough and its a lovely place to stay between Greenock and Gourock. We will use it the next time we visit Scotland.

Small but lovely flat with beautiful Loch view

VictoriaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I booked Suz’s birthday place after an awful experience in Largs the night before. Her responses were so quick I felt reassured straight away. The instructions were clear and the flat was perfect. If you’re from London it doesn’t seem small! The decor is bright well designed. The loch was wonderful for running beside during my sunny stay and I loved the 21 Grains bakery. It’s very close to Glasgow airport and is well connected by trains and buses. I was actually spectating at Inverclyde in Largs and it was perfect for that too.

Wee Bothy at Carnell Estates

HannahRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Had a lovely couple of days here for my birthday- the cottage really feels like a home from home and there are lots of little extras which make the experience, such as games, paintings, pantry items and we loved watching the birds on the feeders - we saw wood peckers and a buzzard sat in the tree opposite. Adrienne is really responsive and made the experience really easy for us! Thanks again x

The little cottage is truly a place to feel good! We stayed with our two children (6 and 9 years) and everyone felt right at home! Everything is so pretty and friendly! And of course the best is the stunning view of the water - and into the pretty garden! In spring a sea of flowers! We were very sorry to only be there for a night! Thanks so much Dora & John!

Peaceful lochside Highland retreat

StaceyRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
This stay was just what we needed! Peaceful, beautiful views and a cosy cottage with a log burner that had pretty much everything we needed. Overall our stay was fantastic. Loved being lochside (the bench outside is perfect), exploring the area and having lots of lovely animals to view either in the loch or right next to the door. We were lucky enough to see any species of birds, seals, otters and even red squirrels!

Nothing short of amazing! A nature lover’s paradise (even with the Scottish weather). Got dry weather for an hour one morning haha so had a lovely breakfast in the garden. Met two tiny (literally newborn) lambs in the field next to us! All wobbly on their feet. So cute!! Friendly hosts, very clean and well decorated.
