We loved our stay here, the house & surroundings are beautiful. The photos of johns house were great but it’s actually more stunning in real life, we were so happy to stay here. It has everything you could need like a home from home and really don’t need to leave the property but it is great that there are 2 pubs within walking distance. The scenery and surrounding are just spectacular. John was very helpful and responded quickly when we contacted him. Highly recommend staying here. Thanks John, my family and I had a great time.

We loved our stay in Lochgoilhead, it was peaceful, but still had things for us to do. There’s a great park for children under the trees too. Howard was very helpful and we had such a comfortable stay, we would definitely come back.

Fantastic cottage in a beautiful location with everything we needed. We very much appreciated the welcome gifts of chocolates, wine and fruit, plus the groceries. Cosy, comfortable and quiet with great views. We would be happy to return.

Would definitely recommend staying at Colin and Irene’s. The accommodation is lovely, spotlessly clean, very convenient and very well maintained. Colin and Irene are great hosts, very welcoming and hospitable, always available if needed. We received such a warm welcome with home made scones! The perfect place for us to stay to visit family. We will definitely be back.

Best place we stayed at during our trip in Scotland. Such a beautiful location, with a lot of activities to do. Canoeing on the Loch was a real bonus! It is very peaceful to sit by the water and we were lucky to spot dolphins on our last day! Games room was also great fun for the family! Douglas is an amazing host and super friendly, and gave little extra gifts to our children which made them extremely happy 😊 Highly recommend and would definitely come back. 👌

Great place to stay. Lots of communication on how to enter and leave the property. Very spacious so no one felt on top of each other. Very private but close to local attractions too! Would recommend!

We had a great overnight stay. The appartment is small, but exactly what we needed. Neat, spotlessly clean, comfortable - and loads of breakfast choices and snacks provided. We were greeted personally by our very friendly host. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing Easter break at Bob's Place and he was a great host and nothing was too much trouble. The charming accomodation was full of character and was very well equipped .We loved the interior design with some interesting statement pieces. The huge roll top bath was an added bonus to soak our aching muscles after walking amidst the breathtaking scenery. We very much appreciated the lovely shortbread, a nice touch that refelected the warmth of this home from home and just when we thought it couldn't be more welcoming we were given an Easter Egg . The patio was the perfect place to sit and enjoy the beautifully colourful garden and there's even an outdoor woodburner for chillier evenings. Stirling's places of interest including the amazing castle were within walking distance of the accomodation , as were both the train and bus stations should you wish to go further afield in this stunning part of Scotland. We would definitely stay at Bob's place again.

This is a really lovely place to relax and unwind. Very well equipped kitchen was used for cooking a couple of evenings, the air fryer produced the most perfect salmon, moist and tender. The living space is just so easy to relax in, and comfortable - the open views of the surrounding have been well planned out to enable you to really enjoy the outdoors even whilst you are indoors! Ever so clean and fresh smelling, nice hot water with lovely pressure. All good and everyone happy. I would not hesitate to recommend this place and Phyllis is a great host, happy to accommodate any questions and queries. We wish we were able to stay longer.

Fantastic place to stay in a lovely village. We felt right at home and it was lovely to have a chat with Andy. The cottage is just lovely with everything you need to self cater. Really comfortable furniture and bed and lovely little touches. We will definitely be back.
