Accommodation as described and photos, very clean and ideally located for visiting Paris, Versailles, Thoiry Zoo. Very available host who checks in throughout your stay. Nice welcome with welcome gifts. Our kids were very happy to be able to play in the garden and at home. I totally recommend it.

Very nice house as described and photos, very well furnished, tastefully decorated and very well-equipped. since check-in is self-contained, we did not have the opportunity to meet Celine; however our various exchanges went very well, pleasant and accommodating host. We had a great time with family with kids and were all delighted. I recommend without hesitation

I was very lucky to grab this place with a promotion. The location is really great with safe neighborhoods and many restaurants. We enjoyed jogging to Eiffel Tower every morning. The studio was big enough for 2. The bathroom was a little bit small, but it is equipped with what we needed. It was a great place so we could feel it like home. Thanks for the hosting.

We stayed At Marine's apartment for the Olympics, and it proved to be so much better than staying in a hotel. It was great to come back from an event and being in an apartment together (we were three) rather than staying in individual hotel rooms. It is a very convenient location; the metro and RER stations are a five - ten minute walk; a small supermarket is twenty metres down the street, loads of cafes and restaurants. Also it felt like a proper Parisian expereince staying in a Haussmann building. Overall excellent expereince.

We came to spend a romantic weekend at this place. The environment is soothing and pleasant to rest. The listing is suitable for two people. It's very beautiful and modern. Nothing else to say.

Jean- Fabrice was a five star host. We did not meet in person but he responded very quickly to any inquires that we had. The apartment was well stocked with towels and beds were very comfortable. The balcony was lovely with plants and seating areas. The bus lines were close and we found the grocery store across the street handy. I would recommend this place for anyone traveling to Paris.

I stayed in the apartment for 15 days and only one word to say: PERFECT. All the useful and essential amenities are present, the bedding is very comfortable, everything is done so that you feel at home. The bathroom nickel the kitchen nickel living room nickel especially if you are alone. I recommend 10000%. The apartment is so nice that we forget the 3 floors, the private parking is very nice especially in this area of Rouen. Excellent cleanliness.

Seemingly very welcoming as well as the host, very warm, it feels very comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood, quiet building, shopping center approximately 15 minutes by car a little less. Hosts very responsive, attentive and present when needed. Thank you very much for the welcome, for sure, I'll be back ☺️
