Vacation rentals in Giverny

We had a great weekend with the family at Anne and Nicolas's place. Everything is perfect for 8 adults and 2 children without forgetting the baby (equipment, games, pets outside...).

We had a pleasant stay at Nathalie's. The accommodation is very well maintained and well-equipped, the living room is spacious and the rooms are in pristine condition. Nathalie is very accommodating on schedules and even provided us with a crepe maker. We also appreciated the little touches at check-in. One downside is that a bedroom is missing shutters or blackout curtains.

Thanks again to julian and Anca , for their hospitality and availability . Very responsive and attentive . The house is as described , very clean , very good bedding , we had a great time . I highly recommend .

We had a wonderful week at Delphine's in August. The house is set in beautiful grounds and the views over the peaceful countryside were wonderful, especially in the late afternoon with the sunset. We enjoyed using the covered pool, even when raining, and the pool house has a fridge and toilet which meant with young children we didn't need to walk back up the hill path to the main house. The tennis court and basketball net were also was a big hit and she provided lots of balls and rackets to keep everyone entertained. There is a lovely boulangerie in Chambray, and big supermarket nearby in Vernon, and the location is great for taking day trips to the coast and surrounding towns. Check in and check out was smooth with the friendly Martine showing us around the house and providing all the details, even using a translation app so we could communicate and understand each other well. It really was the perfect week for relaxing and switching off for a while.

We had a great time at Chalet du Cerf Volant. The setting is exceptional, perfect for relaxing, with many walks nearby. The cottage is tastefully decorated by Olivier. We really enjoyed the beautiful Christmas decorations. The Chalet is well heated, and the wood fire added a warm atmosphere, which was particularly nice with the cold outdoor temperatures (we are rather chilly!) in December! Olivier is a welcoming, available and attentive host, which greatly contributed to our comfort. Although only one of the three bedrooms is really suitable for young children (<4 years old in our case), we had a memorable time with the family with four adults and two young children. We recommend this cottage and Olivier as host without hesitation and hope to come back soon!

Celine and Sylvain are very welcoming. The accommodation, half-buried, is quiet and well highlighted. There are two bedrooms with windows to the inside of the unit. The first has a double bed, the second a double bed and a single folding bed. The sofa in the central room is a convertible. the kitchen is properly equipped and easy to use. There is also tea and coffee which is nice for a check-in. Celine and Sylvain have a booklet with useful local addresses, and visits. They also offer a way to charge electric cars for compensation for electricity consumption. This is a place I recommend and will happily return to.

Gite rented to celebrate our son's first birthday with our families. Very nice lounge area with the stove. The large table was more than appreciated for meals together. Very well equipped kitchen with lots of dishes and a large, very convenient fridge. Games and toys available for children and adults alike. Anne-Sophie was adorable throughout our exchanges and very understanding and flexible on check-in and check-out times. Thanks to her we were able to enjoy her reunion until the end! Thank you again!

We stayed with Celine and Cédric in the middle of winter: under its old air, the accommodation is well insulated and well heated, whether adults or children, there was never any discomfort. The space was clean, tidy, and ready to welcome us (there was a flare-up in the stove when we arrived). Afterwards it is an old house renovated and in the countryside on the edge of a small wood, it seems normal to me to have one or two spiders in the corners especially since the whole place is very clean (the children hid in pajamas under the beds: they came out without dust👍). The setting is very quiet and the children know how to take care of themselves in the garden. No complaints, in spring or summer it must be a little paradise! Hosts are proactive in communicating and the guidelines are very clear. Celine always responded quickly and was very available. In short: if you want calm while being well received, I recommend it.
