Great experience! Alessia is very kind and super helpful. The house is spacious, clean, tidy and equipped with every comfort, we felt truly at home! Antonio was great in responding to any query. The apartment was just as expected and had everything we needed for a short stay. An excellent base, close to the beach. Not sure we needed the parking space but we paid for it anyway just in case. There were parking spaces in and around the building and despite having keys to the electronic gate there are, in fact, two entrances and the second gate was never locked. We did have some confusion as to what "make sure the switch in the kitchen is on 1 for hot water" meant. It's obvious now but the switch between the cooker and sink we thought was for the socket, until we realised it's obviously the boiler/heater. I know Antonio would have explained to us if we had asked. Double bed was comfortable (for me). Sofa bed was ok (for my friend). Plenty of hanging space for clothes and great to have two balconies, one big enough to have dinner on. Everything was great and we even left Antonio a beer in the fridge as a "thank you" :)

The place is clean, tidy, comfortable, and conveniently located just a few minutes drive from downtown L'Aquila. Tiziana and Alessio were welcoming and friendly hosts, we couldn't ask for more. Also, during this vacation we had a problem with the car and Alessio made himself available to help us and resolved the situation. Once again, a heartfelt thank you from us! We recommend this place and these hosts to anyone!

We loved our time in the mountains here! We felt very welcome and at home in the house. We visited waterfall Cusano, 30 minutes by car, so beautiful! Communication with Stefano and his family was also wonderful. The beds were also great and we loved how light the rooms were. With a 5 minute walk up the mountain there is a lovely little bar to drink coffee.

We stayed in Giovanni's wellness apartment only one night and had a great time! Giovanni and his family were very kind in welcoming and describing the services. She has a real passion for welcoming guests in the best way. Highly recommended

Great experience, comfortable apartment and perfectly matching the description and photos, very clean and in a very quiet area. A special applause for the beds, I slept better than at home! The super plus is the garage, in the historic center of Teramo, otherwise you don't park. Host present and friendly, perfect price. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Franca was super comfortable. The house matches the description, in fact live it is even more beautiful! Clean, tidy, very spacious rooms. Moderately cool, but when needed we had fans and cooler. The garden is very spacious and well fenced so ideal for those traveling with their dog. Large outdoor spaces to eat, barbecue, or just relax. Franca and her husband Raffaele were super responsive and always available for any clarification. Really nice. We'll definitely be back.

Fabrizio's house is in a very peaceful valley location with fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. It is within walking distance to the small town of Castelli which caters for all essential supplies. Great walking trails nearby but would recommend a local guide as some trails do thin out into the wilderness. Lots of wildlife in the locality and Fabrizio is a great host who is happy to spend time explaining the local flaura and wildlife which is right on thedoorstep. Would like to visit again for sure!

Luigi and Antonia were excellent hosts! The place is super cute and we felt right at home. It’s about a 15 minute drive to grocery stores and restaurants. The mountains are gorgeous and we really enjoyed the drive. I would recommend this place if you want to relax and recharge and enjoy some natural beauty.

We spent 12 fantastic days with five (2 adults, 3 children aged 2, 4 and 6) with Francesco and his family. The house, grounds, pool correspond to the pictures and descriptions - it is beautiful and very private. Amenities and cleanliness of the house are to a high standard and according to the price. The ventilation system of the house is completely sufficient and very pleasant even for the high temperatures in August. House and furnishings are very stylish, suitable for the area, sustainable and made of high quality materials. The nature pool is fantastic, clean and perfectly laid out. The entire outdoor area is in amazing condition and well maintained. Francesco, his sister and his parents are very accommodating people, always trying to give tips for the area, the beach and restaurants. They are very reserved and respect the privacy of their guests.

Great experience, Martina was a very kind host, always available for any request. The apartment was equipped with everything you need, very clean and well organized. The sea, beautiful, easily reached with a 6/7 minute walk. Nearby there is everything you need, supermarkets, tobacco, pharmacies, and bars. Also close to the village of Grottammare Alta, with a view of the crazy sea. Conveniently reachable by scooters, bicycles or walking, along the very long cycle-pedestrian cycle, also the beautiful San Benedetto del Tronto, with many bars and restaurants. It was really a nice stay, thanks again to Martina and the kind Ivana, who made us feel at home right away!

The space was very comfortable for 4 adults. It is in a beautiful ridgetop town with interesting views. The space was quite and clean.

We stayed as a family (2 adults, 1 child and 1 baby) in Claudios lovely apartment. The apartment is large and clean, with beautiful views from the balcony. It was the perfect place to explore local towns, beaches and a national park complete with waterfall. Claudio was a great host and provided all information we needed and ensured that we were happy throughout stay

The apartment is beautiful and clean, it is really a minute walk to the sea, the beach is vast and clean and free. We had a great time and can recommend to everyone. The host Francesco is friendly, kind and willing to help at all times. The best we had. We felt really at home at his place. Few people in Montesilvano speak English, but they're so friendly, you can always come to an agreement. You can also walk to Pescar, we gave it in 1h10min, wonderful trip and shoping. We will definitely come again❤️

Fantastic location for experiencing town with crazy delicious award-winning gelateria, right up the street, just past the steps. Worth returning for that alone! Wifi was fast and reliable. The TV is located in the very spacious bedroom. Water pressure was great for rinsing conditioner out of my long hair and I can't always say that. There are bottles of aroma therapy reed diffusers in the home. The bed was super comfortable for us; I prefer soft whereas my hubby prefers firm. If you have children, there are toys and games available. Pay parking was available on the street and free parking just down the road and we had no probems finding a place. Unfortunately, the clothes washer area was locked off and we were told it wasn't working. Highly recommend for short ot long stay.

I stayed in Francesco's apartment for about 10 days with my family and everything was perfect. Francesco's help has always been impeccable, especially when we asked for the crib for our daughter who made us find already assembled and ready. The apartment is spacious and enjoys a double exhibition that helps when it is warmer. For light sleepers like me, it is possible to close the windows to avoid hearing the trains in the morning using the air conditioner that refreshed the entire house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and eat, so it was very useful. We hope to be back soon!
