Cabin vacation rentals in Gibsons

Gayle and Lee were amazing hosts!! We were greeted by the hosts at check-in and they had already set-up for us the woodstove fire place. The room was immaculate, with a comfortable bed and spotless floors. What really stood out to us was all of the personal touches from the freshly baked sourdough bread with butter and jam to a folder full of recommendations to build your own personalized itinerary. Unfortunately on the night of check-in my partner got the stomach flu. We informed the hosts and they leaped into action to help us in every way possible. They provided us with medication and disinfection to prevent myself from getting sick as well. They also graciously offered us an extra complimentary night for my partner to rest. We can't wait to come back!!

The house is perfect for a weekend getaway. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen and it had everything we needed. We took full advantage of the wood burning hot tub. The location was beautiful and it was a quick drive to everywhere we wanted to go. Garth and Jennifer were very proactive in messaging us and helping with the hot tub when we needed it. They were flexible with check in and check out times which was super helpful with our ferry times. Overall it was a great weekend.

Willos place was great. Very homey and comfortable, felt like staying at a friends house. Super cozy for our winter long weekend getaway. Loved the wood fire stove. Was definitely a rustic environment and felt like a cabin, which was perfect for us and our dog. There was no full oven, but used the cooktop and BBQ lots and has some amazing meals. Great place to decompress for a couple days, was super quiet and private.

Michael's place was beautifully decorated with lots of space to relax and enjoy the wonderful views. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms, squeaky clean. We enjoyed the fireplace on the main floor (bring wood) and loved soaking in the hot tub, listening to the birdsong. Michael was easy to communicate with and quick to answer our questions. We would love to stay at the lodge again. Thanks Michael!

We really enjoyed staying at Gayle and Lee’s place. It was an extremely comfortable and cozy getaway for three days with our dog. We enjoyed the amenities that were provided such as the wood stove, fire pit and hot tub. Gael and Lee went above and beyond to make our weekend extra special.

Julia’s house was the cleanest and best equipped Airbnb I’ve stayed at. Everything is extremely well organized and whatever you need is at your fingertips. The games, puzzles, books and hot tub provides plenty to do on rainy days. We tried local restaurants and a coffee shop and all were excellent. The Grasshopper Pub, only a few steps away from the house, has incredible views of the harbour. Madeira Village was quite charming and surprised us will an excellent bookstore. Baker Beach and Francis Point Lighthouse hike were nearby highlights. Highly recommend!

Beautiful spot in paradise. The cabin was fully stocked with beautiful linen, bathroom amenities and a fully stocked kitchen (2 fridges). The communication from the owners was amazing. The only problem was the road up, they do have a gator but you need experience to use it but otherwise highly recommended.

This cottage is amazing! Great get away with my husband for the weekend, but I would come back with my young adult family too. Very easy access to so many of the beautiful things the Sunshine Coast has to offer.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cabin! It was thoughtfully designed, very comfortable, and had stunning views of the water and mountains. We loved spending time by the fire pit and falling asleep to the sound of rain. The outdoor shower was a unique and refreshing touch. The cabin's location is perfect - private, quiet, and peaceful. It was a very relaxing stay. Coralie and Ben were fantastic hosts—very accommodating and kind, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a nature getaway!

We had a WONDERFUL time at the little red cottage. The view is incredible! We loved having access to the beach and swim out to the swim dock. We were lucky enough to watch orca whales from the house! Ian and Mary were amazing hosts and made sure we felt right at home with everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back!!

Every time we come to Bowen, we always stop by Alderwood Farm for the food and goodies—so it was such a treat to finally stay in! The place was cozy, and it felt relaxing being surrounded by nature and the farm animals. Jenny’s homemade pie was amazing (for real, don’t miss out when you visit), and Jules and Saskia were wonderful hosts and easy to communicate with. Can’t wait to come back!

Reg’s place was super peaceful and the perfect escape for two. He was very responsive and helpful with instructions, information about the island and overall was quick to respond about any other questions. The cabin was super cozy and a perfect distraction from the city life. Would recommend to family and friends looking for a nice little quaint place to stay!!

Bailey’s cabin is one of our top Airbnb’s that we’ve stayed at so far! The cabin had everything we needed and the bedroom and yard was super cozy and private. We really appreciated how Bailey was quick to respond to questions. It was so peaceful and exactly the relaxing getaway we were hoping for. 100% recommend!

Raquel was an amazing host! She is so friendly and very easy to communicate with. I felt like home at her place. It’s such a beautiful and peaceful location, perfect for those who love nature, ocean and lots of hiking. Everything is within a walking distance from the place. I managed without a car and I absolutely loved it. I’ll definitely come back. It was one of the best airbnb experiences for me! I highly recommend to rent this place if you are single, or a couple travelling with your lovely pet companion.

Amazing gem in Halfmoon Bay! We loved our weekend stay at Keitha’s cabin. Quiet and private with tons of nature right at your doorstep. The garden/firepit area is a great place to unwind after a day of hiking. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was the air b and b of my dreams. It was spotlessly clean, had everything you needed for cooking and fantastic amenities. The beautiful views, the hot tub right outside the door, private dock, kayaks and all the surrounding natural beauty, made there no real reason to leave. The air b and b was a site all within itself. My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and found it to be the perfect re-set. We are so happy that we found this little oasis and will definitely be back.

Had a wonderful stay at Reg’s cabin! It’s a perfect blend of rustic charm with modern luxury, creating a cozy haven to work in peace or just unwind in the serenity of nature. The outdoor sauna was a highlight of the trip. Fantastic for relaxing after a long day of exploring. This place is truly a perfect getaway for anyone looking to escape and recharge. Tina's place was the perfect little spot for a quiet weekend as it feels really private yet is only a short drive to anything you need. Incredibly clean and well equipped with everything you need for simple meals and relaxing in a zen indoor-outdoor vibe. It's a short drive from Langdale ferry terminal and super easy to get around. It feels like you're waking up right in the forest looking through the glass doors in the mornings. It was so cozy sitting on the banquette and deck reading or making a fire outside as it got cooler at night. The outdoor shower, while being surrounded by trees and crisp, fresh air is just lovely. Every inch of the AirBnB is well thought out - even down to the automatic walkway lights from the car to the entrance! Great spot to just unplug (wifi was strong, but not using it was even better :) ) and relax into nature but with all the comforts. Tina's recommendations for things to do was great - loved Soames Hill & Sunday Cider. Hope to stay again soon!

The Engineers Cabin is the perfect cozy retreat for a relaxing getaway. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. The cabin was very clean and perfect for our family of four. We will definitely recommend this place without any doubt and will be back one day.
