It was the perfect place to host Family Christmas. The Kids could run crazy in the basement and have a movie on while the adults were upstairs preparing meals. If we every need a place to stay again close to the Wichita Area we would pick this place first!

We had a last minute trip to Wichita and decided this was a better option than a hotel. The house was well done with a huge backyard space. As they are also pet friendly. We spent a lot of time outside with the dog. Was a much better option than a few hotel rooms!

Lakefront Cedar Vale Lodge w/ Private Boat Dock!

We absolutely loved the Cedar Vale Lodge. We loved how remote it was. The pond was a ton of fun for swimming with the kids and fishing was excellent as well landed several nice bass. We hunted in the area for youth season and found it to meet and exceed our needs. We will definitely be booking here again!

Exactly as described! Great location and excellent communication from the host. I would definitely stay here again. I was a little surprised there wasn’t a bathroom on the second floor, but that was my oversight for not reading the listing closely. The master bedroom downstairs was huge and very comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay at Delano Delight and thought the name matched the home. In a darling college neighborhood with lovely old homes decorated for the Christmas holiday, we loved the house for many reasons. And it was close to our event in downtown Wichita. Truly a lovely stay!

This house is an absolute beauty. I was very impressed with everything. It was very stocked with everything we needed. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice Air bnb. The price is very reasonable too. The whole house is hooked up to Alexa and makes it very nice. Super clean and very nice house.

BrightWater Beach House

Interstate noise somewhat disturbed the peace when outside but not really noticeable when inside. Pots, pans, dishes limited but adequate for four. Other cooking utensils were minimal, i.e, spatula, dippers, tongs, et al. Dock was great for fishing as catch and release. Had a very enjoyable stay. Site has three different types of lodging, all of which are private. However, there is what appears to be a public venue for large parties or gatherings with some of the activity areas adjacent to the Guest House which could be problematic if one is not participating in the public activities. I don't really know how well this is explained in the listing as my wife found the site and I booked it. Altho the site is adjacent to the outer boundary of the international airport it was not in the flight path and I didn't hear takeoffs or landings during our four-day stay. Really enjoyed our stay.

Jeremiah's house was 5-10 minutes away from many of the places that we visited in Wichita. The pictures that he posted are exactly how the house looks. He answers fairly quickly and is polite. This house was worth the stay and my family and I would stay in it once again if in Wichita.
