We had a fantastic living experience in Madrid because of Carlos’s apartment. He is a warm and welcoming person. The place is well prepared, you could see them in every single detail. You would love to cook here where you could find most of the tools and ingredients you need. The big terrance and the beautiful sunlight make the stay perfect. Last but not least, Carlos prepared us the wine, cookies, olive as gift with so much love. He is a great host and brings us a fruitful stay in Madrid. Thanks so much.

Great place to spend a couple days with fantastic location

Great place for a family, clear and prompt communication, close to transport and things to do, had everything we needed.

Olga's place is extremely quiet and comfortable and superbly well equipped. We really enjoyed our time relaxing there and exploring a few parts of Madrid from nearby San Blas metro station - about 5-7 minutes to walk. Olga and Daniel are extremely polite and helpful. We hope to revisit one day.

We have stayed here quite a few times and we have never been disappointed. The host is friendly and communicates well and the location is very good. Very close to metro and train and walkable to most things in Madrid. The home is one of the best stocked places we have stayed and it’s a very clean. We really enjoyed the upgrades from last time and it keeps the home very quiet. Thank you and see you in May.

we stayed for a week and had a lovely time in the flat. as it is under the roof, it felt very private and the look out the windows was beautiful. everything in the kitchen worked very well. the 98 steps up to the flat definitely kept us fit. The bed was comfortable and we the location was very central but still quiet enough. also great communication with the hosts. we would definitely come back.

Raquel's place was very inviting, white glove service from start to finish. quiet community, beautiful home and home amenities where perfect. Home has private parking that was available. Also had cable TV service - free of charge, great for my children. enjoyed plenty of sunlight. Bathroom and showers where amazing. Beds where comfortable after a long walks site seeing. This is a must stay and very close to Madrid (downtown). We had a rental vehicle.

The apartment was clean and comfortable and in a well-located neighborhood. Despite being in a busy area, it was quiet inside the apartment at night. Highly recommended.
