We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Yiannis' and Georgia's apartment. It's newly renovated, super clean, has all amenities one could wish for and you can see the love they put into every detail. The location itself is fantastic: only a few steps from the beach (you have a wonderful sea view from the balcony) and super cute beach clubs (we'd particularly recommend Alibaba and Mylos) and waterfront restaurants (we especially liked Barbouni). The walk to the town center (which is a bit more touristy but very pretty as well) is only about 10-15 minutes, so you can easily get around by foot or bike, but we did enjoy our home neighborhood the most. As hosts, Yiannis and Georgia were a dream. They might be the nicest people we've ever met. Super accommodating, quick to respond and they made us feel so, so welcome from the moment we arrived in Kos to the second we left. We are really grateful and would definitely stay with them again!

The house is directly by the beach seeing bodrum on the other side of the sea with a perfect scenery, the apartment is lovely with everything you might need, and contacting the owners was super easy, absolutely recommended!

Excellent location near many fantastic restaurants (our favorite was right next door with amazing sea food). A bit noisy due to the restaurants around but with the door closed it was fine. Right down to the beach so a quick morning or anytime swim was in reach. Responsive and very helpful host.

Very nice sea view and the area was very good. You got everything right infront of the door. It was very clean and the ladie at the reception was such a sweetheart. We will come back to this airbnb next time when we’re in Kos. See you soon! :))

This Airbnb is a 10/10 and arguably the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. First of all would like to thank Aggeliki for being the best host we could ever ask for. She waited until 3am in the morning due to a flight delay for us and bought us milk, bread and cheese for the morning. She went above and beyond our expectations including sourcing a baby cot! She really made us feel at home. She included beach towels, blankets and even toothbrushes as part of her many amenities at the place. The pool area and the view is absolutely stunning. The pictures don’t do it justice. The price to stay here is worth it just for this view and pool. We never wanted to leave and often would spend the whole day here with hours just passing by. The room itself is wonderful - nice kitchen to make meals, big comfy bed and a lovely bathroom. I’m usually quite critical but I couldn’t fault this place one bit. The other reviews are 100% accurate. We will be back!

The house was clean and well kept. Had everything we needed. The host was very nice and friendly. Resmiye made us feel at home. There is a close by beach and local stores to buy your groceries from. Quiet and lovely neighborhood.

The villa was very clean, plenty to do for the kids! Thanks for the PlayStation game! The boys loved it plus the table tennis! The pool was very beautiful and well situated for the morning sun. Plenty of lounge space; and private space to sun bathe. The balcony was beautiful, plenty of fresh air for my morning meditation and yoga. Plenty of wardrobe space; and cupboard space for storage. The fridge was very clean, plenty of cups, plates and pots. Cooker was easy to use and heats up quick. The bathrooms were clean and no problem with hot water. Washing machine and dryer were very useful to have especially when travelling with kids! Would 100% recommend and stay here again if I did return to Bodrum.

Wow what an experience! Peaceful but at the same time close to everything. A hidden gem. Evdokia was a total please to deal with the whole experience was hassle free just what you would want when on holiday. Cannot recommend enough and can't wait to go back!!! The thought of this beautiful place will be forever in our memories.

First of all, we would like to thank Ms. Esra's dear mother, Ms. Sema and her father, Mr. Metin. They took care of all our needs and made us feel like a guest who came to them. The view of the house, the sweet breeze is very nice. It is very advantageous that the compound has a private beach by the sea. Everyone who lives on site is friendly. Every need is considered, the greengrocer bread deli comes all the way to the site. There are very fine details by Ms. Sema in the house, the beds are spotless like chewing gum. We had a nice holiday calm, peaceful and quiet.

We planned to stay for 3 days, but ended up staying for 5 glorious days ..and it was still too short!! This airbnb is absolutely wonderful. The views are to die for. A grocery store is at the bottom of the very steep driveway up. Very convenient! We went to Bitez Beach which was sand, clear water, good restaurants and very quiet since it was end of the season. The beach, castle and markets are a 30 minute drive, but it is very pleasant. We had a fantastic host who was flexible and very helpful. 5 stars plus!

Murat was a great host. Communicated well and was responsive. Apartment was clean and as described. Only downside is the location - it’s far from all the nice restaurants/beach clubs on the north side.

Such a relaxing place, and very quiet and peaceful. We had all that we needed in the apartment. We walked to local supermarket and cooked in the apartment, we stayed for two nights and just chilled on the balcony with the amazing view, we also took a dip in the on site pool. We are returning next year for longer because we loved it so much

The layout of Elena hn's house, the fact that the items are more than adequate, high quality and equipment, made our holiday extremely easy to meet our holiday.
