The apartment was perfect for what we were looking for. Location There is very good resturants and cafes in the block and a great little mini mart. it's a short walk into Cagliari centre, Marina, bus stop to go Poetto and a 10 minute walk from the train station. Apartment the apartment was very clean and larger than we anticipated, the master bedroom has two lovely double doors which open up for air flow. Each room had air-conditioning and there was a functioning kitchen and washing machine. Hosts Max and Davide were very friendly and informative of the local area and provided multiple recommendations. They allowed me some flexibility with times and only requested we communicate with them about any issues. As a conclusion, I re-booked this apartment for next year and I am trying to convince my friends to rent the neighbouring apartment hosted by Max and Davide. We had a wonderful time with Taty and Luca. The two are great hosts, were always easily accessible and very accommodating. The apartment is like in the Listing described and the view of the sea is simply fantastic. We felt right at home and at home. The entire property is very well equipped - especially in the kitchen there is nothing missing and you can cook wonderfully. The sea is a minute walk. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend the apartment, as well as Taty and Luca as a host. :)

Massimo’s apartment is a little gem in the middle of Cagliari, located in an amazing old building. The entire apartment is beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated. The high ceilings and thick walls and its location next to a beautiful square complete the experience. With a 2-minute walk you are right in the center of the city, starting at the Via Roma next to the harbor, where a lot of bars and restaurants are. A relatively large supermarket is located within just 5 minutes’ walk. So if you are looking for a stay in Cagliari in style, where you can and enjoy an evening in relaxation at “home” on one day and enjoy all the city has to offer within walking distance the other day, this is your place. Not to forget, Massimo is a great host and very responsive!

Great location , right in the beach and only 30 minutes by car to Cagliari. Clean apartment, well stocked for self catering. The hosts made it a very pleasant stay.

3 min walk from wonderful Poetto beach, and a bus stop to get easily into the city centre. Well appointed apartment in a quiet street. Wanted for nothing. Tatiana and Luca really are very good at this! Probably the best.

We were very satisfied in the house with Sylvia. The apartment on the second floor is quite bright, clean, the bathroom is large, a kitchenette for smaller cooking. The surroundings of the apartment is quiet, nearby there is a beach as well as a shop within walking distance. By car, many beautiful beaches are accessible. Sylvia is an excellent host, she is interested in clients, responds immediately to all questions, there is no problem for her, she helped us with renting the car and was also always helpful. We recommend!!!

Ilaria e her family were exquisite Hosts Perfect welcome and management of the house. We were able to use the very good aromatic herbs from their garden. We found a welcome welcome with everything for breakfast. House well stocked with everything. A big thank you and a real pleasure. Highly recommended like everything . 👍😘❣️

Quiet and fantastically located house near the beach. Very clean and lovingly furnished. Very fast and friendly contact. Fantastic to have a good time in the south of Sardinia.

We had a perfect vacation in Marco's house. Everything matched the descriptions and photos in the listing. The house is situated in a beautiful garden with outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen with Weber grill and separate laundry room. The kitchen is superbly equipped, the mattresses in the bed very comfortable! We were able to have all meals on the beautiful, quiet terrace. Very good starting point for excursions to the south of Sardinia! The beautiful beach can be reached within 1 minute and allows long walks on the beach. Marco is a very accommodating, helpful host who always responded within a few minutes. We will be happy to come back !!

I've loved Solanas since I was a kid. Andrea's house is in the immediate vicinity of the beach. The view from the balcony to the sea is breathtakingly beautiful. Andrea made it easy for us to feel immediately welcome and comfortable. He was always available and helpful. The house was clean and equipped with everything you need. The morning after arrival, Andrea sent us lots of tips for locations and things to do. We thank Andrea for the great stay. We will be happy to return. 🫶🏻

Perfect place for a young family with loads of seating and very well equipped for eating in. Enrico was extremely helpful and responsive. The beach is easily walkable and has a nice beach bar, and plenty of other beaches a short drive away. Perfect for a relaxing low key family holiday.

We loved staying here as a family. The hosts were so helpful and friendly even loaning a fishing rod. Their advice was great! The house was great and had everything we needed. We liked that there were 2 bathrooms. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay with stunning views & wonderful hosts. Our tips for people staying: You need a car to get around but do get an SUV as the roads around are full of holes so it was easier compared to a normal car. If you stay in the back bedroom and like to get up past 7am or sleep in the afternoons take ear plugs. The neighbour has loud conversations on his telephone & you can hear it all & their shower etc If you are a light sleeper you will need this or use the 2 front bedrooms. Make sure you watch the sunset. It’s beautiful The recycling takes a bit to work out what is where if you don’t speak Italian but use a translator app and take a picture and it translates it for you

House where we left our heart, it was like being at home, equipped with every comfort, furnished with love and really equipped with everything, even hair straightener and everything you need for the kitchen oil,salt,etc… the coffee machine with pods, and accessories for the beach (umbrellas for those who don't have them and toys for children) house near the center about 10 minutes walk (but we always moved by car) but away from the chaos, reserved parking inside the garage very convenient because around the parking lots are impossible to find. The house is beautiful with 3 very comfortable bathrooms, both the one in the garage and the one in the bedroom. Impeccable cleanliness. What can I say about Davide and Alessia, very kind people who welcomed us warmly, even letting us find drinks in the fridge and welcome sweets. Always available I highly recommend this house to those who want to stay in this area. I challenge you to find better.

The accommodation was perfect for us, a family with two adults and two children. Quiet and quiet area and close to good beach and swimming. We also had a car and could easily get to Villasimius with a large selection of great beaches, btiker and restaurants. We can defenitely recommend both the home and Michele as a host!

Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

Silvia was a good host, she provided us with clear directions for a late-night self check-in. The accommodation absolutely matches the photos and description, within walking distance of the Poetto promenade.

Great place, the bed was made already for the 3 of us, location is in the center of everything. Easy communication with the host, there was good documentation for getting in!

We had a lovely stay at Martinas place, it was super spacious, very clean and the two bathrooms were nice to have. Cagliari is in driving distance from the apartment and the beach is only about 100 m away
