Scott’s place was cozy and comfortable. An easy drive to Sunday River and within walking distance to restaurants in Bethel. We had a great stay.

This home is amazing! It was perfect for our group of ten family members that were in the area to celebrate a wedding for the weekend. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating and we were so impressed with their hospitality!! So many nice touches and such a spacious, comfortable home - no detail overlooked. Enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely return.

This was our first experience with an Air B&B and happy that it was with Spencer. Our main reason for the East Coast trip was to see our grandsons football games at Bowdoin College and it was a perfect location. We stayed for seven weeks and loved the experience.

This was a lovely place and stay. It was beautifully furnished, comfortable, with terrific design. We felt so at home, partly because there were supplies such as extra blankets, coffee, and tissues. Thank you so much, highly recommend!

Kathleen was responsive and flexible, giving helpful recommendations and directions. There are loads of great restaurants and eateries in the area. The property was clean and cozy and not far from attractions.

We’ve stayed at Kent’s property several times and it is always a wonderful respite from the hustle-bustle of life. Staying in such a beautiful home only minutes away from my son and family is an extra benefit to staying with Kent who also lives very close. There’s really no need for us to look into any other Airbnb. This has it all!

We had a lovely time and felt right at home. House had all the needed amenities. Lots of room with 2 adults and children! Appreciated fenced back yard for dog!

We were happy we could spend time at this beautiful campground in the winter. We had snow which made it a classic New England winter wonderland. Our dogs loved this space. Mike provided dog blankets to cover the furniture . We brought our own as well. There is a loft with tennis gel beds and additional fold out single mattress. The campgrounds were quite icy but the dogs enjoyed leash walks around the property. I will be reserving a tent site here when I visit my daughter and her wife here this summer.

Beautiful Airbnb! Everything in the Airbnb was very well thought out. The host was super nice and always quick to respond. My only regret was not spending more time here!

The place was perfect for my family. Plenty of room, great space. The master bedroom and bathroom are beautiful. There are plenty of restaurants a short drive away. Plus there are walking trails nearby.

Angela’s place is great! It’s very conveniently located by the highway, great restaurants, bars, breweries and shopping . The house itself is gorgeous and looks exactly like the photos. I really appreciated the care Angela puts into the place. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our two pups. I highly recommend a stay at Angela’s!

BEAUTIFUL Home!! Tons of space to relax and spread out with our family! The beds were very comfortable! We really appreciated all of the bathrooms for our group! The kitchen was huge and so handy for preparing meals! I absolutely loved the style and atmosphere of this wonderful home! We also loved being able to bring our dogs!! We had a lovely time and we would most definitely come back!!! 🥰

Beautiful cabin in a beautiful setting. It was very peaceful and was just what we needed to getaway with our pups.

We had a great time at Beth's property. From check in to check out, everything went by smoothly and met our expectations perfectly. Beth was incredibly informative and responsive and her restaurant recommendations were top notch. We had a wonderful and relaxing time and would love to come back during warmer months. I would definitely recommend Beth's property to anyone who needs a relaxing getaway.

Our family and I had a wonderful stay at Jackies, we are all originally from maine, and her home gives you everything great about maine. We really felt at home, it snowed christmas eve which made it even more beautiful ( The driveway was plowed out early as well). I brought a small christmas tree with us on our trip up, and when we walked in, the place was decorated for christmas, which was just amazing and so thoughtful. We definitly plan on staying again, the next time we are back in maine. Thank you again Jackie!

Keith's place was such a cozy stay! The facility was spacious and well-ventilated. Keith was helpful, and the kitchen was equipped with items to cook with. Would love to stay again! The neighborhood cats are very friendly, I enjoyed interacting with them and giving them treats!

Our stay at Cozy Rock Cabin was wonderful! This thoughtfully designed space strikes the ideal balance between minimalist and comfortable - everything you need is there, without any unnecessary clutter. The cabin feels spacious yet intimate, and the attention to detail is evident throughout. What really set this experience apart was the exceptional hospitality. When we encountered a minor technical issue, the hosts responded immediately and resolved it with such care and professionalism. It's clear they take great pride in ensuring their guests have the best possible experience. The location is ideal - peaceful and secluded enough to feel like a true escape, yet just minutes from Freeport's amenities and a short drive to Portland. The cabin itself is beautifully appointed, we felt at home right away. Five stars across the board - we're already looking forward to our next stay, either back here at cozy rock cabin, or in one of Janice and Sean's other properties.

Host was great and friendly. Beautiful neighborhood. Apt was very clean and comfortable. Many extras like Keurig, coffee, tea hot chocolate and water bottles. Cozy extra blankets, fans and fireplace. Bathroom was clean and had liquid soaps, shampoo etc. Not a full kitchen, but all you need. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed at Matt's place over Christmas. It is a beautiful and spotless place that fit our needs perfectly. The fireplace and cozy living room made it easy to feel like home and celebrate the holiday! Matt was responsive to our questions and was quick to reply. Would certainly stay here again!

The cabin was absolutely beautiful! Lots of trails to walk around the property and very quiet environment. The cabin has all the needed amenities. The bathroom was possibly the best part of the cabin as it included dual shower heads and a bluetooth light for music. The hosts were responsive & kind. We had the best stay!
