The accommodation is located in a quiet area and a short distance from the beach. I highly recommend this affordable place for a stay in Old Orchard Beach!

Beautiful house! Lots of space and had everything you need for your visit. The community pool was great too. Very close to Portland and easy to get to other areas of Maine from the location. Jason was a great host and very responsive and helpful! Only minor complaint was mattresses upstairs were a little on the firm side but other than that the house was great!

The yellow door house was very cozy and comfortable. It had absolutely everything we needed! Judith even shoveled the sidewalk during our stay when it snowed! A very welcome surprise. We felt very safe in our place. Our stay was two weeks and we prepared all of our meals except for one at home. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to prepare our meals. The house is exactly as shown and described, and this will be our choice to stay when we return!

The wife and I came here for a weekend getaway. Overall it was a great experience!

We’ve stayed at Kent’s property several times and it is always a wonderful respite from the hustle-bustle of life. Staying in such a beautiful home only minutes away from my son and family is an extra benefit to staying with Kent who also lives very close. There’s really no need for us to look into any other Airbnb. This has it all!

This was absolutely the perfect spot to spend a cozy New Year's visit. The views all around are breathtaking and the house is set far back from the road and very quiet. And the house was absolutely pristine. If you are like me and are picky about your bedding I can assure you that you won't be disappointed! The mattresses and pillows were super comfy and the sheets were lovely! You will rest so well! Also - if you have the opportunity, definitely visit Reid State park. It's about 25 minutes away and absolutely worth the trip.

Overall a great stay. Very clean, just the right size and quiet. The instructions were straightforward. It was a great staycation ☺️

This place was amazing! So clean and had every single thing we needed. And in such a great location, so close to everything, with easy and free street parking! The hosts were incredibly responsive and proactive with their communication, even reaching out in advance to give us a heads up that there might be a parking ban due to an unexpected snow storm. (which there wasn't!) I highly recommend this beautiful place if you are in the Portland area. It is just perfect!

My friend and I had a great stay at Susan’s place. We enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood with great food options nearby and it was also quite walkable to the downtown area for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at David and Kate’s. It was exactly as advertised, and it felt like a home away from home. The king-sized bed was super comfortable! The provided recommendations for local food were on point. The location was ideal for exploring coastal Maine. Would definitely recommend!

Delightful place to stay in Portlands West end. It is easy walking distance to everywhere…. downtown and even the East side. Great restaurants in the neighborhood from breakfast to dinner. The apartment was immaculate and was stocked with just about everything you’d need. The shared yard was charming and felt very private. We have family in the area and I hope we can stay there again and again. It was much more comfortable than a B & B. Lorie was very responsive to anything you might need.

Absolutely beautiful area. Cute place with a lovely back yard. Nicole was very responsive and very helpful we loved our weekend away and I got to meet their pup! Would definitely stay again and may in the near future. It was everything you could ever need and more!

Great apartment in a very walkable part of Portland, a perfect location for exploring the city. It was clean & spacious with a very comfortable bed and we appreciated the off-street parking. The owner Jeff and his wife are very friendly and served us a fantastic meal at their small brewpub downstairs. I normally wouldn’t choose a rental above a pub, but theirs closes at 9pm every night, so noise wasn’t an issue at all. Would highly recommended this unit for a stay in Portland.

There's so much that can be said about this place and the area. We stayed for a week and barely scratched the surface of what's available to do. Within 15-20 minutes of driving, you'll find both sand and rocky waterfronts to explore, Island ferries, forest hiking, and countless amazing restaurants. Coming back to this place after each day of exploring felt like coming home to rest and recharge for the next day. Comfortable places to sit/sleep, conveniently supplied snacks, and great material to review what to put on your list for the next day. Please take my advice and stay here if you want to have a peaceful and fruitful stay in the Portland, ME area.

Such a perfect location! We were able to visit many fun places in Portland. I really appreciate how dog friendly it was!

Amy was very helpful and communicative and generous with an end of season late checkout. We were in town to celebrate my Dad’s 85th and she even offered to help with balloons! The place was perfect for us with my young nephews. The unit was well stocked with plenty of kitchen tools and cookware and dishes. There were plenty of linens and towels available to us. Very convenient to pine point beach. We would love to visit here again if it worked with our schedule.

This was the cutest condo. Exactly what the pictures showed. Very clean and everything we needed. It’s so close to the beach, we enjoyed that on a beautiful fall afternoon! We also enjoyed how close it was to the pier area…..we had to get pier fries! We enjoyed our stay!

We’ve stayed at Dave’s condo a couple of times now. Each time we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is in such a wonderful location in South Portland and Dave is very communicative and friendly with anything we may need. Definitely recommend a stay if you’re looking to check out the Portland area and enjoy some beach time while you’re at it!
