Stayed with my family for our 4D3N trip to Penang, have to say the place are really strategic, very close to all the famous attraction and food stall in Penang, every place is jz within 10min normally, the house was also decent , just nice for 8 of us staying with kids. However, the clealiness are not the tip-top, there are blood stain on the masterbed room, minor but still disgusting... did not really affect our stay, but to be safe we did not use the quilt, and the masterbedroom have smoke smell, tried to open window to get rid of the smell, but it will come back when you close it back. The door are very noisy as well as the lock are ageing, give out very loud noise when you turn them, very annoying at night Overall, we enjoy the stay, and the host was very responsive and friendly, will still recommend this place.

The place is easy to find with great sea view. Using Grab around is very easy and cheap. There’s a bubble-tea cafe and some eateries below the condo. Location is good, walking distance (20 to 30 mins) to many food stalls and shopping centres such as Komta, Chowransta street morning market and GAMA. We love going to the Tong Lek 8 Cafe for our dinner. The fried fish is super nice. Host is very responsive and helpful. Will book again if we are back to Penang!

Joal is patient and responsive. Check in instruction is clear. Room is clean and well maintained. Conveniently located above island plaza where you can get food from restaurants and groceries from Mercato. Another bonus point is that the room window is facing right towards east where you get to enjoy the sunrise view!

A good kick place for Batu Ferringhi and Teluk Bahang.

I had a fantastic stay at Emily's place! The property was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Easy to find, not too far from shops, nearby to beach

terrace house but deco ala2 apartment/condo ready to have a bathtub, and there are toys for the kids to play, just stay 1 night, if it's 2 nights sure to enjoy!

Had a wonderful stay here. The neighborhood was peaceful with a basketball court and hill view. The rooms were very clean and true to the pictures. The host was very polite and responsive. Most places are just 10-15 minutes away. We used grab for transporting and it was available round the clock. We were able to get grab even at morning 5.30AM. Great stay overall!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The host was incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The location couldn’t have been better—close to cafes and many eateries.
