It was all perfect! We spent 3 days in this space, super comfortable and close to everything, amazing neighborhood, access to super fast artists' beach.

The apt. is as advertised, everything very organized, good structure, super clean, has everything you need and more, as we were by car the location was great to go to the tours. The apartment of Bete is better than the pictures and the view is spectacular! It was all clean and organized, good bedding and towels, everything was new without counting the decoration that is of extreme good taste. The hostess was very polite and kind, the tips we found in the apartment with local instructions were of extreme help, the building is very safe and well located, I really enjoyed the stay, I intend to return!

I loved my stay at this flat! The atmosphere is modern, cozy and beautifully decorated, which made me feel at home from the first moment. The location is excellent with easy access to sights, restaurants and public transportation. Huge pool, cozy rooms, comfortable home. The kitchen is small and the refrigerator was not cooling very well, but there is another refrigerator outside that supplied us well.

We were drawn to Rogerio's place due to both the location and the photos. The place was just as described. Most Brazilian homes I've been to don't have air conditioning in the living room which has been an issue in apartments we've stayed at due to poor ventilation. Rogerio's place is incredibly well ventilated so even without a fan or AC, we were comfortable in the living room, dining, room, and kitchen areas as there are a lot of windows and spaces to cool the place naturally with the breeze from the Ocean. The house was incredibly spacious and has everything a family would need to feel right at home without having to leave. This was specifically important to us as we had a large party and three toddlers plus no car, which would have made arranging going out to eat for every meal very difficult. We loved this place and would stay here again any time.

The Loft is simply spotless! I stayed with my fiancé during the new year and it was the quietest thing in the world. The environment was all organized for our arrival, all very clean and tidy. We had everything at our disposal, pots, crockery, appliances, plus it is clear from the air conditioning and television. The acoustics of the place also surprised us a lot, we didn't hear anything from the outside and everyone was super respectful, it's a really private place. The surroundings are also quite calm. I would definitely stay again, I felt at home, Anderson is to be congratulated! The site really delivers to what is available. 😉

Fantastic accommodation. Two full bathrooms, showers with very good pressure and hot water. Very comfortable bed. Aires conditioning works very well. The carport included is very useful and comfortable. Very safe building. Good beach options. Great place.

The cost benefit is great, plus a wonderful location. If you are going to take a trip to stay at home and wish a stay with a good location, quiet, with flexible check in, this is the place for you to stay in Natal.

It is a nice apartment, cozy, has everything and some more. The condominium is excellent, safe, lovely and quiet neighborhood, pool space great for kids. The internet is very good too, I went to work there every day and had no problems with the connection, which is super important for those who work with it. The only thing that made me apprehensive was the arrival of the first day. The neighborhood is poorly signposted and even with the GPS I ended up entering the community that is close by, super weird. But after better locating me and finding the right path, it turns out it's not a dangerous location, on the contrary. Close to the beach, bakeries/restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Shoulder! The condominium is super safe. One of the nights we arrive there at dawn in a quiet way, only the city sign that is bad to get there but that is almost every Christmas with the exception of the center.

We really like the apartment. Magnolia removed all my doubts and was solicitous at all times. The region is great and well served for commerce and services. Note 10.
