Very peaceful location away from the center. The house was spacious and comfortable, surrounded by trees, perfect for a quiet getaway. It is quite a distance to the center, so it is good to be prepared to walk or organise transport, however this is also what makes it a great place for someone who is looking for peace and quiet. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and Sean’s commitment to making me feel comfortable and would definitely return!

The house is in a well-located, easily accessible, family-friendly and organized condominium. All electrical and hydraulic installations working normally, towels and bed linen, kitchen utensils, new microwave, 20-liter bottles, good refrigerator, large table... everything very good. In the rooms, everything is working well, the air-conditioning is cool, not to mention that for those who like to sleep with the window open, the view and the sea breeze cool the environment well. Just be careful with the bathroom floor, which is slippery, especially for children or seniors. Otherwise, it was a very good experience in a week's stay. Both for the house and the condominium premises.

I felt at home. Larissa was very solicitous. All very organized, clean, functional and with a very good taste decoration. I didn't feel the need to take anything but clothes and food. The structure of the condominium is very well thought out for various needs. Home office, playroom, game room, cinema, spa, plus pools with excellent restaurant, cool service, recreators and activities for children and adults. It was a very comfortable, pleasant and fun stay. I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in spending a few days in Natal/RN, opt for this accommodation. Very close to the city with a great structure nearby.

The house is very well decorated and comfortable. Everything was organized with care. My stay was delightful, the balcony is spacious, overlooking the trees, where you can rest in the hammocks. Small details in the decoration, which by the way was all built by the host, make the experience very pleasant, such as the external shower, the tank and the clothesline that are right at the entrance of the house and the variety of utensils and appliances in the kitchen. Rodrigo was very helpful and friendly, always available and, at the same time, making us very comfortable and with privacy. It is important to mention that there is no oven and that the house is located on the first floor and the environment is visible to the neighbor in front. I loved it and I'll be back for sure! We had a wonderful stay in this house! As a large family (5 adults and 3 children), we are always looking for a place that offers plenty of space and comfort, and this house was a wonder (view, pool, space, etc.). The kitchen is very well-equipped and we did a barbecue. The house has old wooden furniture, which gives a unique charm, but it also has a strong smell inside the drawers. Marilia was super helpful and always available. The location was perfect, quiet and walking about 15 min (with child) we were in Pipa's little center.

The house was super nice beautiful pool. Niele was amazing she took care of us and the family the breakfast was wonderful. Everything was great!

Everything was great! Paula welcomed us and the house was just as advertised. Highly recommended to be in a quiet place with walking access to the beach.
