Comfortable place to stay

The cosy spacious apartment with spectacular view. Located in a peaceful area close to nature (you can oversee numerous birds and monkeys directly from the balcony). The apartment has everything for a comfortable life and even more. The pool in a condo is clean and mostly empty. The guards were friendly. There were no problems in a month.

Good place to stay, but furniture and TV a bit outdated

I had four weeks at Daniel and Grace's place. It was so beautiful looking out at the water and the location for groceries, food etc was spot on. The hosts are both very proactive and very friendly. The bed was super comfy (and I'm a bad sleeper), so I found that really good. I was often the only one in the pool, and it was so refreshing as I found the heat hard to handle. Would stay again if visiting Penang in future.

Nice place, great view. Lots good food nearby, and a few little night markets with good food (one by the nearby Lotus). A bit far from Georgetown but a 20min Grab will get you there. If you want to stay a little out of the hustle and bustle this is a great choice. Also low traffic and open areas to run (good place to prep for Penang Bridge Marathon) if that's something you are looking for.

We had an amazing stay at Hoon’s place! The most important is we feel safe staying here. The apartment was spacious, and the bed was enough for 3 of us n comfy. WiFi is provides, which is a bonus. I felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay!

The room is clean and equipped with amenities. Many people can stay. The air conditioner is working properly. It is a very recommended place to stay if you have the opportunity to book this place again.

Very spacious place to stay and suitable for furkid as well. Alvin the host is very helpful and informative. Parking is difficult to find but Alvin has helped with full day parking pass. Overall the place is comfortable and jacuzzi is a bonus. We appreciate that this place is pet friendly and there are a lot of pet friendly eateries nearby, highly recommended.

Yes, the sound of praying at 5am can be heard in the room.

The place is clean and have the basic items. Love how there is ventilation fan in the bathrooms to keep them dry. Host is responsive when I encountered issue with the washing machine.

Sparkling clean and very near Gurney Drive

The home was nice and cozy. It was clean and the location was superb. Easy access with only a 15 mins walk to Gurney drive. Everything in the home worked well and we had a wonderful time there. The host was also responsive and sent very clear instructions to access and open the gates and doors. The house switches were labelled properly so we knew which was for which. AC in the house and rooms were nice and cold and the bathrooms were cleaned with decent Hot water shower with good water pressure. Rooms and beds were clean and comfortable as with the compound. Would recommend this place for a family of 6.

Susie is a very good communicator and easily contactable. She was at the apartment when we arrived even though we were much later than we had expected. The apartment was exactly as described. The facilities were great and the view over the sea spectacular. The beach and restaurant/shopping strip are a short walk away. Susie made herself available immediately when we had queries and her advice on local matters was very good. All in all it was a very pleasant stay and we would love to return to Susie's apartment at Batu Feringgi.

I stayed here for almost a month and I really liked the place. super easy to go the groceries on the basement floor and plenty of restaurants and gyms in the area. within walking distance of several malls and public transport right outside. only comment is the power outlets in the apartment aren't conveniently located but that's easy to work around

Though building from outside looks old but inside the property is cosy, very clean and exactly as per the description
