Great place for couples! Would recommend anybody who’s looking for a nice place that’s close to the heart of the city and more!

The cosy spacious apartment with spectacular view. Located in a peaceful area close to nature (you can oversee numerous birds and monkeys directly from the balcony). The apartment has everything for a comfortable life and even more. The pool in a condo is clean and mostly empty. The guards were friendly. There were no problems in a month.

Good place to stay, but furniture and TV a bit outdated

I had four weeks at Daniel and Grace's place. It was so beautiful looking out at the water and the location for groceries, food etc was spot on. The hosts are both very proactive and very friendly. The bed was super comfy (and I'm a bad sleeper), so I found that really good. I was often the only one in the pool, and it was so refreshing as I found the heat hard to handle. Would stay again if visiting Penang in future.

Floral was a very responsive host and the apartment was just what we were looking for. It's a great location, and the community who live within Miami Green are so welcoming - we felt right at home from day 1. A small issue that we reported was resolved quickly and professionally. The apartment has a fantastic view! If there was anything I think other people should possibly be aware of, it's that the internet hub is shared and is actually kept in the apartment next door. This would make it difficult to restart if there was a connection issue, and we found the signal was not quite strong enough for us. It was manageable in the living room, but not very good in the bedrooms. I would often need to use my own mobile data, so you may want to consider this as a backup if you are very reliant on the internet. Apart from that, everything was as expected and our overall experience was great. We'd definitely visit again - with thanks to the great hosts and wonderful Miami Green community!

Nice place, great view. Lots good food nearby, and a few little night markets with good food (one by the nearby Lotus). A bit far from Georgetown but a 20min Grab will get you there. If you want to stay a little out of the hustle and bustle this is a great choice. Also low traffic and open areas to run (good place to prep for Penang Bridge Marathon) if that's something you are looking for.

We had an amazing stay at Hoon’s place! The most important is we feel safe staying here. The apartment was spacious, and the bed was enough for 3 of us n comfy. WiFi is provides, which is a bonus. I felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay!

A fantastic place for large families to stay, offering a stunning view of the sea and the Penang Bridge. Conveniently located next to a mosque, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby

My family very much enjoyed this beautiful house in a great Penang location. Great eats abound, and super easy to get food delivery when you prefer to stay in. Super responsive host.

Sparkling clean and very near Gurney Drive

Perfect, just perfect. Cozy and artsy space. Pets allowed so all my kiddos had fun. Aircons are super cold, all supplies well provided. The bedsheets are so comfy!

I stayed here for almost a month and I really liked the place. super easy to go the groceries on the basement floor and plenty of restaurants and gyms in the area. within walking distance of several malls and public transport right outside. only comment is the power outlets in the apartment aren't conveniently located but that's easy to work around

I have no complaints at all. The place is very clean and strategically located. Zac, as the host, is very informative and kind. I will definitely come back on my next visit.

We had a great stay! Its a very conformatable and spaios appartment, with all you need to feel home. Views and location are great! Close to the beach and lot's of shops and restaurants around. Check in very straight forward and great comunication with host. 10 out 0f 10 Thank you for having us!
