Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Gelsenkirchen

I stayed at Thomas place for a week during a combined business / family visit. The place is unique, very lovely in a private neighbourhood. It is spacious and well equipped. Thomas was super friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay and made me feel at home from the first minute. Solingen is close to highways to locations like Dusseldorf, Cologne or Dortmund, all of which is reachable within an hours drive. If you are looking for something exceptional, give it a try.

We had a very nice time. The arrival and orientation were clear and understandable. The items were easy to use. The hosts were very friendly and responded quickly to messages. The place was very clean and exceeded our expectations. We are happy to visit them again for a pleasant break from everyday life.

Beautiful house with breathtaking views over Lake Baldeney. The house has everything you need for a good time in Essen, everything very high quality and even personal, which you can't find in every typical Airbnb. Throughout the house you can enjoy music in the best quality, for example through Spotify. Also, the house has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need and even several fully automatic coffee machines. You can grill in the garden with a weaver or relax in your own house which has a heated hot tub and sauna. The hosts Clemens and Mr. Siegler are very friendly, extremely hospitable and are always easily accessible. No matter what I asked, everything was always done to make you feel comfortable. We felt very comfortable in the small apartment in a very quiet location of a residential area. The small forest nearby was very good for walking the dog. The parking spot was right in front of the house. Communication with Florian worked out very well and all questions were answered quickly. What was partially missing in the apartment was immediately provided to us with explanation and apology. That was very pleasant. The bed was very comfortable and the couch cozy. We slept excellently. The kitchen had everything we needed. Shopping was a 3-minute drive away. The small garden with terrace is perfect for stepping outside in the morning. In summer, I imagine that to be very pleasant. We were very happy with the place.

This place is absolutely magical! Every corner is filled with beautiful art. A truly inspiring space that made my stay unforgettable. Highly recommend to anyone who appreciates creativity and a unique atmosphere!

Everything was great.

Beautiful house for an unforgettable weekend away with our friend group. It was our own private castle! Large rooms, comfortable beds, and kitchen and bathrooms were large, clean and well equipped. We were greeted very friendly by the house’s caretaker and contact during and after our stay was very pleasant and friendly. Two small remarks: some of the rooms didn’t have curtains or blinds to block out daylight, and in some rooms the light switches were not working properly or confusing to use. But those are just minor issues because we had an amazing time in the villa. Thank you!

For our JGA we booked this place for one night. We were 13 people, room was more than enough for everyone. Rooms were all clean, there were plenty of towels for everyone. About the location: as already described in some reviews before me, the house is located in a residential area and is a semi-detached house. Therefore, it should also be noted that you cannot/should not make noise until the end of the day. We talked to the neighbors before and were still partying around 11:30 pm. Until then, no one complained about the volume and we were certainly not quiet on the road. The garden is nice and large, the hot tub well maintained. The house itself is also in good condition, the bathrooms in the rooms are "newly" renovated. Check in / check out went smoothly, the hosts are very nice. All in all we had a great time and with the house the perfect accommodation for the JGA, thank you.

Big house in the countryside! It's perfect for large family or group of friends. Also recommended with children due to the large garden. A few furniture/ fixtures could be replaced, but on the whole everything was tip top. We particularly liked the hot tub:) Check out was possible a little later by appointment.
