very charmingly designed mini duvet with character and everything you need. Everything was exactly as it was stated on the listing, and the contact with the host was always friendly and helpful. Value is simply unbeatable, always happy to come back.

The apartment was modernly furnished and very clean. The plus point was the made beds and plenty of towels. The highlight was clearly the hot tub, which was already heated up on arrival. The surroundings were quiet and shopping and bakeries were within walking distance. We felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the apartment!

It was - as always - wonderful ☺️ We still love the absolute tranquility on site. We feel right at home when we arrive and can relax well. The sauna is an absolute dream. After Tina's briefing, we were able to use it completely relaxed according to our wishes and we did. It was our 5th or 6th stay there by now. And if I weren't already going back with friends in 43 days, I'd be looking for available dates right away. ♥️

As a small family with a son under one year old, this was the perfect place to stay. The entire accommodation is child-safe and offers numerous employment opportunities. The garden provides the basis for, for example, wonderful evenings by the fire pit. For us, the private sauna in the house was an additional highlight to round off the day in a relaxed way. The hosts are also really very friendly and gave tips for different aspects. Overall, we can make a clear recommendation :)

We had a very nice time in the Vechtedomizil! Here, young and old get their money's worth: Our 1.5-year-old son was delighted with the child-safe apartment, the games, books and the beautiful surroundings with playground, zoo and swimming pool. And we adults were able to relax well in the hot tub, sauna and while SUPing (highly recommended)! By the way, the hosts are super accessible and very friendly!

We had a great stay. The apartment was super clean and everything you needed was available. We felt right at home. In addition, the apartment was tastefully decorated. The communication with Phil was quick, exemplary and super nice. When there was a short problem with the jacuzzi, he came right by to clarify everything. After that, he ran flawlessly again. We certainly weren't there the last time. Thank you so much for the beautiful weekend 🙏

It was so good. Everything went well What we didn't like was: - Tiles around the hot tub damaged. - Exterior lighting did not work. - Power switch on the patio door torn out of the wall. - Door frame in bedroom damaged and loose. - Faucet bathroom loose. - Door handle sliding door bathroom damaged. - Waterbed possibly too little water? At least that's how it seemed to us, since you come directly to the underground. Should not happen at the price and the ambiance. Still had a good time.

The four of us had a wonderful weekend in Marjolijn's villa. The pool was lovely, the beds were nice and the kitchen was very well equipped. Marjolijn was a very friendly host and responded quickly to messages. Actually nothing to criticize, except for two very small points: - An Airfryer was advertised, but it was not present. However, we did not ask Marjolijn about this, so maybe she could have arranged an Airfryer, she was very helpful. - The house is located on a (during the day) quite busy road, which sometimes disturbed the tranquility by the pool Other than that it was lovely, I would definitely recommend booking this stay!

Our visit to Dortmund was also a complete success because of this great apartment. We expected a very nicely furnished, cozy apartment with perfect infrastructure. On the table were fresh flowers, sparkling wine and a chocolate Easter bunny, which gave us the nice feeling of being welcome. Of course, we also enjoyed the jaccuzi to the fullest. Thank you so much and we'll be happy to come back!

we had 2 fantastic nights at Marianne's place. The apartment is very spacious and everything is very clean. Really everything you need is present, this is really an airbnb of exceptionally high level. also the communication before and during our stay was perfect, with clear instructions and photos. i highly recommend it!

We stayed here for one night with the family at short notice and were very satisfied. In particular, the communication with Hardy & Eva before and during the stay was always quick, nice and very eager. There were a few quirks in the house, such as the sauna door, which warps a little during weather fluctuations and therefore needs to be opened jerkier - or one or the other remote control you need to activate the outdoor heater, for example, which is not on the information sheet. All in all but highly recommended 👍🏻🙂

We felt very comfortable in the small apartment in a very quiet location of a residential area. The small forest nearby was very good for walking the dog. The parking spot was right in front of the house. Communication with Florian worked out very well and all questions were answered quickly. What was partially missing in the apartment was immediately provided to us with explanation and apology. That was very pleasant. The bed was very comfortable and the couch cozy. We slept excellently. The kitchen had everything we needed. Shopping was a 3-minute drive away. The small garden with terrace is perfect for stepping outside in the morning. In summer, I imagine that to be very pleasant. We were very happy with the place.
