House vacation rentals in Geauga County

The home was so very nice. It was very spacious and had so many areas to hang out in. The outdoor sitting areas was so relaxing. Thankfully the weather was nice and we were able to sit out on the front porch and enjoy the very peaceful neighbor hood. There was a sitting area in the backyard - which while we didn’t use it, was very nice. My son couldn’t wait to use the hot tub. He said it was so relaxing! The beds were super comfortable. Having 3 bathrooms was nice as well. We had my husband’s parents with us - who are over 80 and having a first floor bedroom was wonderful. We like to cook and had pretty much everything we needed to prepare all of our meals. The table in the dining room easily fit all eight in our group because the table had a leaf in it! The kitchen was spacious and allowed everyone to participate in food prep without feeling like you were walking on top of each other. I would definitely stay at this home again.

This was a beautiful condo inside and out. Clean, immaculate and so so comfortable. It had all the comforts of home with a beautiful view of the lake. Quite, peaceful and really there is not a thing that I would change. Kayleigh was a great host and our stay was more than I could hope for. The location of the condo is great, minutes from down town, wineries and great restaurants. It was a great get away for my sisters and me. I plan on booking it again for future trips. My sisters and I give this a 5 plus star review.

Had a good stay at this location. Everything was great. Ohio in the wintertime crossing to spring time means snow. And we had a good ole fashioned snow storm the last day before I left. Location was warm and cozy was never cold and I'm a live in Phoenix girl so I really appreciated it being warm. Even had a snow shovel which came in very helpful when I needed to dig out a bit and clear my car rental! I can't imagine doing that without a shovel so wow, that was a great help! Thanks Evan! Didn't get to the backyard/pool because hey snow my old friend! Did notice a drip noise in the middle room which is I think below the unit. Not sure if it was normal but didn't notice a leak anywhere, and there was no musty smell so, prob normal. Beds were comfortable. Can't comment on pillows because I bring my own traveling. In all, lovely stay would do again at this location if I'm ever in Ohio again!

Mary’s place was amazing!!! We booked it for a group of moms and daughters in town for a dance competition at Spire Academy (just a 5-minute drive away). It was the perfect spot for a girls’ getaway—spacious, extremely clean, well-stocked, and filled with fabulous amenities. (Our dancers loved the vanities and hot tub!) The customer service was the best I’ve ever received in an Airbnb or VRBO experience. There were so many thoughtful touches, right down to the stocked, delicious coffee beans, that made the whole stay feel truly special. I’m not usually one to write reviews, but this experience was so delightful, I couldn’t pass up the chance to brag about this perfect getaway home!

The accomodation felt much bigger than on the pictures. We liked that two of the three bedrooms do not have windows which meant it was pitch black for sleeping. The view on the lake is amazing. Be aware there is no coffee, shampoo and shower gel available. There is plenty of towels, spices, toilet paper, hand soap. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, very warm and we had it just for ourselves. The unit is on level -1 same as the swimming pool so it's easy to access and great when you have forgotten something. We had a great time and would go there again if we're in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay here, great area great amenities, very spacious. We could not have asked for anything more from check in to check out! Thank you very very much!

Perfect place for a girl’s weekend! House was done up super cute. Spent the majority of the time in the hot tub, which the weather was just the right kind of chilly for. Would love to be here when the pool was open and warmer weather to chill and eat outside. We didn’t get around to building a fire, but the pit area was nice. We ate all our meals out. Some good restaurants like Driftwood Point, Mary’s Diner, & The Farmer Butcher Chef Bistro. Wish we could have stayed an extra day or two!!!

This is a gem of a home! Our group was able to spend quality time together during a week of celebrating a wedding. This home has everything you could need and is very private, quiet, and feels very safe! Alise responded immediately when we would reach out with questions. Would highly recommend!!

Kristen's place was just as described! this was our first time using Airbnb and Kristen was more than accommodating with answering questions quickly. Her place was very clean and had more than what was needed for our long weekend stay!!

The house has all your needs very close to leaks and playing area the lady nice and helpful Quite area at night house was big enough for us I will come back to this house when i have chance to be in Cleveland thanks for all thanks for Mr Jamie you nice man

Amy is an excellent hostess. Made us feel right at home. The house is amazing, beautiful furnishings and the beds were very comfortable. Wished we could stay longer.

Spot on perfect place to stay. Location was quiet but central to getting around town and near stores. The attention to detail that Matt gives his house guests surpasses any other place we have stayed at. Loved having a fan to fall asleep to, towels for every guest placed on the beds, extra fleece blankets, an ice maker, washer and dryer to use with a provided laundry soap, dryer sheets and a laundry basket, and on and on and on. Just a perfect place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house. We used it as a jumping off place for activities in Chardon, Chesterland and Holden Arboretum. Would add to the recommended restaurants the Square Bistro in Chardon where we had an outstanding diner.

Thoughtfully renovated and a great location. Two short blocks to the square and a nice coffee shop that had a good and inexpensive breakfast. A winter storm swept through the area during our stay. I was impressed that there were no drafts in this historic home. Speaks to the quality of the renovations. The driveway was plowed first thing in the morning, and so were the sidewalks. Power was out all over the county but ours only flickered briefly. Glad we had such a comfortable spot to weather the storm!

Anytime we find ourselves in Painesville, we will look up this home. I reserved it instead of getting hotel rooms for the guys to stay out while they was working nearby. They loved it, they enjoyed seeing the turkeys every morning.

We enjoyed our stay. We were welcomed when we arrived even though we didn't get there until around midnight. The location was great and peaceful. The cottage was clean and comfortable.

Beautiful Century Home in the country. Spacious and comfortable, with lots of charm. Bill is a great host, excellent communicator, and full of local information. The setting is beautiful, out in the country and a 10-15min drive to restaurants/grocery stores. We look forward to returning in the summer and taking advantage of the pond, canoe, beach and fire pit. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare and serve dinner for a large group, and the dining room can handle a crowd. A lovely farmhouse in a beautiful setting.

This was a very nice house, with a lot of space. We had everything we needed and we were close to the town. The scenery is beautiful especially in the morning.

Oh, my gosh! This adorable house met all of our needs, and is the best experience I've had with renting properties. Matthew is an amazing host. He is like you'd imagine an old friend to be. Just a good person who cares about what he's doing. My daughter and I stayed for the USA Hockey Nationals, which she was competing in. Having a nice, clean, comfortable, safe place was super important to us. And this checked every box! I can credit her performance, and ultimately winning gold along with her team, to how relaxing everything about our stay was. Cannot say a bad thing. If you're visiting this area, do not hesitate to stay in this home!

The house was very clean. We loved the privacy. The neighbors were not too close to the house. The main issue was too much ice in the driveway and on the steps. I fell in the driveway. It would be nice to include more pots and pans. We had difficulty cooking our Xmas meal. Otherwise the kitchen was adequate. We didn’t have sufficient trash bags. All the stores were closed on Xmas. Therefore, we were lucky I had brought a few trash bags with me. The cleaners should check games to assure all parts are in the boxes. The taboo game was missing almost all the cards. Please ask the cleaners to clean the back porch where the coats are hung. That area was dirty in the corner and there were not enough clothes hangers. Please do not allow my few negative issues deter you from leasing this very cute well decorated home. It had two bathrooms which were great! Overall our stay was amazing. The house was large enough for everyone to be comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Have stayed before, would stay again, and probably will. In my previous review, I had included a word of caution for guests to be a little cautious about the narrow steps on the inside stairway. Noticed that the host has since put in a handrail. So now I'll just caution guests to not actually eat the plastic lemons and artichoke next to the "Eat" sign in the kitchen. :) Great host, great stay, the whole weekend went smooth as silk.

Pepperli's commitment to offering a comfortable, beautiful home is so evident. Her attention to detail is noteworthy from the beautiful aesthetic of each room to the creature comforts you may need while there (think toothbrushes, fully stocked kitchen, cozy blankets, etc.). Also special about the place is how private it feels in the heart of a busy neighborhood. Our travel plans changed a few times after booking and each time I needed to communicate the changes to Pepperli she responded quickly and graciously. We really appreciated this! This is an exceptional find and Pepperli has earned her Super Host status!
