Let there 2 days ago and just wow! The place was amazing, beautiful views literally 10 steps away from the beach. Unfortunately I went when there was nothing open due to it being out of season so no Retirants or bars were open but plenty of supermarkets and places to walk! Sorry to leave the place so messy upon departing I was too peaceful to even wake up and nearly missed my flight! Jose was a great host and helped me all the way so thankyou!!

the apartment was nice we had very noisy neighbours for a week we were really nervous and on edge we will not be going back to el rincon cos of that and we really did used to like that area spoilt it

lovely location, some beautiful view , have been to this area before, we hired a car, car parking was available, the only thing was there were no sunbeds to take to the beach overall had a great stay

A fresh and modern apartment with all the comfort that one needs. It was nicer than the pictures. Nothing to complain at all. If we go there again, I would book this apartment again.

The apartment was excelent for us(family with two kids) it was clean, well equipped (all appliances in house and kitchen were provided, air condition and fans were working very good), the neighborhood was quiet and safe (the grocery store and few cafeterias were close), the swimming pool was clean and not crowded in the end of August, when we were there. The only think worth mentoning is that the swimming pool in its shallowest point has got more or less 1,55 meter, so if you are with young kids who are not good swimmers you will need additional swimming equipment. To sum up Kim’s place is worth visiting and good choice. Kim was a great host, very helpful, prompt replying for any questions, very communicative.

Izabela is very friendly and helpful host. Always answer on any questions in just few minutes. We also got from her some ideas for days out. All the places recommended by her were amazing (including Muelle - amazing restaurant with Italian and Argentinian food). Apartment itself is small but very cosy. It was more than enough for us (couple + small baby). Place is spotless and well-equipped, but what is not always sure - it looks exactly like on the photos. It's also very close to the beach, promenade, restaurants, shops etc. If we decide to visit Torrevieja again - Iza's apartment will be our first choice.

The location of the apartment is just perfect, the sea is just 30 meters away. You can meet the sunrise over the water looking out the window. The apartment has everything you need for living and relaxing on the beach (umbrella, swimming boards, chairs for sitting, balls). The beach in front of the apartment is rocky, but to the right and left there are kilometers of beaches and you can choose any you like. Shops are within 5-10 minutes walk. Cafes are almost at every step. Of the minuses. The nearest big supermarket Mercadona is only in Torrevieja. There are a couple of fish shops in La Mata, but the prices are 1.5-2 times higher. There are no entertainment on the nearest beaches (jet skis, water bikes, etc.), and there are no toilets or changing rooms in principle anywhere. Over the course of two weeks, the green flag was hung out only 3 times, the rest of the time there were waves, sometimes very strong. The overall impression is positive. Very nice and clean place! All basic stuff tenants might need is already there. Playground for kids was very helpful. Bbq in common area was closed probably due to low season.. Overall would definitely recommend this place!

We stayed here for a week, had a great time. The property is close to the beach and restaurants and there is no disruptive traffic. A walk into the city center takes about 30-min (2.8 km), but most things are in the nearby area. We will be back

Everything was perfect. Amparo is charming and was always aware that we were at ease. The apartment is spacious, modern and impeccable. Totally recommended.

I stayed at this lovely apartment in early January 2025, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The cost was excellent, offering great value for money. The apartment itself is absolutely stunning, with comfortable beds and well-equipped facilities that made the stay very enjoyable. The location is good, though I’d recommend having a car for convenience. While there are a few nice restaurants nearby (I particularly enjoyed Ohana), the supermarket is about a 30-minute walk away. One of the highlights of my stay was the jacuzzi—it’s such a fantastic touch and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Overall, a wonderful place to stay, and I’d happily recommend it to others!

The layout of the apartment is very functional. The stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The apartment is a 15-20 minute walk from the city center. Tram stop is two minutes away. Mercedes's a lot of host. I worry about being in the flat when we arrive to show it to us. I would send us messages with information about things to see and do during Christmas and good places to have breakfast close to the apartment. When we come back to Murcia, we'll try to rent it again.

I have stayed here a few times along with my family. It’s great location for us. Perhaps there could be more oven dishes and glassware. We had a fabulous holiday and weather was great

The roof terrace really made it for us: massive and all-day sun. Also the apartment was well-equipped with everything needed. Two showers and toilets made it super good for just the two of us and the showers were powerful and hot. The tv was amazing as it had all U.K. channels and channels from all over the world. I watched the English football at 1500 via a Canadian channel. Shaun was a great host and made sure we settled in and had the chance to cover any issues of concern (there weren’t any). Be aware that this is a massive housing estate and aesthetically pleasing it isn’t. Also needs a car ride to a beach.

We, me and my husband spend there a weekend, from Friday till Monday. Very quiet place, probably because the complex was almost empty. There is a building site next to apartment, so on the weekdays, is noisy and dusty. Weekend was ok. Unfortunately there is no sun on the patio at all during the day. Everything else was great, just like on pictures 👍

Great place to enjoy the beauty of the Mediterranean sea and explore the region of Murcia. There’s not much around the area where the house is but there’s plenty to explore around like Cabo de Palos, Salinas De San Pedro and Cartagena.

I had an amazing stay at Rafal’s apartment! From the moment me and my family arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, the kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals. The location was perfect—close to local shops, town, beach and only a 40min drive to Benidorm. 10min drive from the airport which was perfect, yet it was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. Rafal was incredibly accommodating, responding quickly to any questions. One of the highlights was the balcony with a stunning view and the Hot tub. It truly felt like a home away from home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Alicante . I’ll definitely be back next time.

Had a lovely stay and hosts very responsive and Jazmine who checked us in was lovely. Place and views are amazing from bedroom balcony and roof terrace Worried staying somewhere new with a small baby but place was very clean and absolutely everything we needed. Really enjoyed our stay. No fault to host or apartment!!!! The only down fall for us was the steep hill that you need to go up or down for all shops and restaurants especially with a pram. Would definitely return Thanks for hosting us we had a lovely stay :)

Awesome place to stay in Alicante! Property looks and feels new. It's about 50 minutes from Alicante Airport nestled in a very peaceful spot about two blocks from the beach. Nice pool, jacuzzi, outside work out area inside the complex. Unit itself is very clean and has all the advertised amenities in great working condition. Perfect for 4 people and the added bonus is the 'solarium' patio on the rooftop with BBQ grill, dirty kitchen, patio furniture, and your own private hot tub/jacuzzi! Host communicated well and check in/out process is very easy. Recommend getting a car rental from the airport that you can also use anywhere in Alicante and surrounding areas. Highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again if I ever go back to Alicante.
