Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Gatlinburg

This place was close to everything on the Parkway, yet beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. We very much enjoyed our weekend here. The mattress was fantastic (if it only fit in the car, haha!).

Our one-night stay was perfect. Just make sure that you have Jadina check that washcloths are available. It was not a big deal for us since we were only staying one night. The master bedroom bed was super comfy for me.

This air b n b was absolutely perfect! The house and property were beautiful! The hot tub was soo warm. We enjoyed the fire pit. The location was perfect for us. Our kids really enjoyed all of the games provided! We would definitely like to book here again in the future.

It’s a super clean place and comes with a lot of little things that are often forgotten on trips, so that was super nice. The use of the garage and the fire pit and backyard was way better than staying in a hotel. The only thing I wish I would’ve known and think others should be aware of is the entrance to the driveway is really steep. My car is only lowered an 1” and it bottoms out trying to pull in. I had to go in at a super extreme angle and have people watch to get in. I even had to back out to get out as it would have ripped my front bumper off. With a lot of car shows happening I feel this should be made known before people rent and can’t get their car in.

Would highly recommend. Great location, spacious house, very clean and lots of amenities. Owner does all the little things to make your stay like home.

Jeremy and Janie were super responsive from the very start, even while we were just planning our trip. Any questions we had were quickly answered, which made everything so easy. Their place was clean, simple, and beautiful, exactly what we needed. They’ve been some of the best hosts we’ve had, and we’d definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tennessee. Tara was a great host, she responded quickly to my messages. Offered an early check in and late check out which we loved. The house was spacious and had a fun game room. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening we were there. Our pups loved the fenced in yard. The house was in a great location which we loved. We will definitely be staying again.

A lovely place to stay! Everything was very clean and the view from the place was absolutely beautiful! Downtown Gatlinburg is very close and there’s plenty to do! We had a great time. Would definitely go back here if we’re ever in the area again!

Clean, well decorated, everything was labeled and stocked. Plenty of towels, pillows, sheets, etc. Would love to stay here again! Hidden gem.

Very cozy place! My brothers and I had plenty of space and I really enjoyed the jacuzzi tub! Next time we're in the area we'll definitely be back!!

This is such a quaint cozy place to stay. It is so close to the shops and attractions. Sandra responds back very quickly. A perfect place for a girls shopping trip or a couples getaway. We will definitely be back next year!!

Robert was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to ensure any questions were answered right away. We had trouble working the ceiling fan and he came right over to make sure we could use it. We were thankful for his directions to the property as the way the GPS wanted us to go had some major road issues and we were able to avoid them. The kitchen was wonderful and we loved having a carport too! Highly recommend!

Incredibly clean place to stay and very responsive host. I would absolutely stay here again. Not a far drive from nearby activities but just far enough to appreciate the peaceful location.

I have no words to describe what an amazing host Laura is—by far one of the best hosts I’ve ever had across all the properties I’ve stayed at. Her place is super cozy, well-equipped, clean, and organized. It’s also really close to all the key spots. The beds are super comfortable, and she was always attentive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed for an amazing vacation. Can’t wait to come back soon!

This was our first ever stay at an airbnb, though we are hosts, ourselves. It didn’t disappoint, as the space is really nice with comfortable furniture. Sadly, those awesome looking recliners were not working at the moment, but are probably fixed by now. The children with us loved the pool! Everything was just as shown in the photos! April was an awesome host, accommodating some special requests we had.

10/10 stay with no complaints. Great location, great condo, and great host. It was perfect for our weekend getaway, and super close to everything. Condo was clean and just as pictured, super quiet once inside and the bed was pretty comfortable which was an added bonus! We will be back!

We'll be back next year! Really great! Came in late at night but lights were on welcoming us. Absolutely perfectly clean, including the condo exterior. The kitchen was the most equipped I've ever seen. We could have prepared a Thanksgiving meal (including a mash potato masher). Really quiet, spacious and absolutely clean. Loved all the bear decorations and feeding the ducks & geese outside by the river. Thank you!
